• Peter (10/5): Perfect Location & Staff With Small Rooms - The staff was excellent, respectful, and provided what was needed for an enjoyable stay. They were so good that on our return flight we noticed we were close so we stopped by to relax and enjoy so coffee. The location was perfect to everything and slightly off path for silent nights. The room is very small so if you have 2 large suite cases you will be stepping over them.

• ÖZGÜR (5/5): - Concierge was great. They organized everything like shuttle, guide, etc. And they were very suppotive for the last minute changes. There was a very bad smell in the bathroom. And towels were not very clean.

Freundlichkeit des Personals war außergewöhnlich 💕Jederzeit hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend. Das Frühstück war reichlichst und superlecker - eine Etagere mit guten Sachen und zusätzlich einen Frühstückswunsch frei (Eiergericht- Pancakes- 2.Portion Obst) Dachterrasse nur einmal genutzt- Akropolis war gut zu sehen …wir haben alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß besucht Die Unterkunft ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig! Es ist mitten in Plaka- lebhaftes Viertel mit grossartigen Restaurants in der nahen Umgebung - wir konnten dennoch wunderbar schlafen- im Sommer bei geöffnetem Fenster vielleicht anders…wir hatten noch Heizung an und Fenster geschlossen….

The staff couldn't do more for you, from a free drink on arrival to a complementary breakfast and even an offer of a free bottle of wine. They were super informative and friendly and made the stay a real pleasure. Nothing to flag - the staff and hotel was great.

My husband had his birthday and they made sure that stay was memorable. Thank you for all you do! Location is brilliant, close to everything. Terrace on the 5th floor with the view to Acropolis. Great breakfast with caring service. Room needs a bit maintenance and care. Toilet handle was broken, some walls chipped. Mattress had stains in the head of the bed.

Excelente azotea con vistas a la Acrópolis. En la habitación de modalidad básica tiene la cama demasiada ancha, para la anchura disponible. Nada importante para quien está todo el día viendo cosas en Atenas. Compensado sin duda con todo las demás ventajas.

• LIMOR ISHAI (9/5): נהדר ! - המיקום של המלון מעולה. ממש מאחרוי השדרה של אלייה ארמו ובשליש הראשון שלה מהצד של כיכר מונסטראקי (פרלמנט). צוות השירות מאד מצומצם לרוב תמצאו אדם אחד קבלה מבד זמן ארוחת הבוקר. החדרים קטנים מאד לדעתי אבל מספקים את הצורך. במקום מעלית קטנה המתאימה לאדם אחד עם מזוודה. בסך הכל מאד נהנינו. ארוחת הבוקר היתה מעולה ! וכמו שצינתי המיקום מעולה שזה שווה הכל !. גודל החדר

• IURII (9/5): - В целом всё было отлично. Хороший и удобный номер. Удобная локация. Ночью всегда было достаточно тихо, несмотря на то, что окна выходили на улицу и в сторону собора. Очень хороший выбор блюд на завтрак и сами завтраки были отличными. В следующую нашу поездку в Афины обязательно забронируем этот отель. Уборка номера могла бы бить и получше. Иногда остались грязные полотенца. И полы за все 4 дня, на мой взгляд так не разу и не помыли или не пропылесосили.

• Sarah (9/5): Very comfortable and well located - Maria was amazing: super helpful and kind! She made us feel super at home, helped with arrangements and gave good tips for food and entertainment! The location was excellent as well. Because it's an older building, there was some noise from other rooms. But, it wouldn't stop me from staying there again.
• Peter (9/5): Perfect boutique hotel in central Athens. - The location was perfect for exploring Athens in the main tourist areas around the Acropolis, including Plaka, and the Acropolis itself. A short walk either way down Ermou Street, the main shopping street right near Villa Brown Ermou, takes you to Syntamaga Square or Monastariki, both being key areas of interest. There were also numerous restaurants and cafes nearby. The hotel facilities and staff were excellent, and any requests that we had were dealt with very professionally - would highly recommend staying at Villa Brown Ermou. Everything was great - whilst the lift is very small, there are wide stairs which are very easy to use instead.

• Karen (8/5): the excellent location… - The location was excellent, everything was almost a 10 to 20 minute walk away. The bed was very comfortable, but the price was a bit high. The rooms were very small and the bathrooms were not very clean. The elevator was very small. Although there were several things in the room, Nikki did everything possible to make our stay pleasant. I work in the hotel industry and she did her job very well. I didn't like the bathrooms, they need to invest in improving them.
