- Ashley (9/5): If you want a clean room with clean air and security, stay at Hyatt Place, current best deal. - Cleanliness overall 85%, most comfortable hotel bed me and my partner have slept in, proper security, pleasant atmosphere, exceptional air quality, easy communication with staff, no noise issues (I understand it varies on who stays around your room but we lucked out with either no one or quiet people) and overall the experience was a relief after traveling by car. Like any hotel I’ve stayed in, of course I don’t like the small bits of black mold in the shower despite them bleaching when cleaning. Only in small cracks and crevices that water would typically get trapped.

- Chrisandra (10/5): My stay was perfect & I will be back! - The location is perfect. It was very quiet & peaceful. The staff were beyond amazing. House keeping was very respectful & amazing as well. Every time I called the front desk for towels, house keeping came right away! House keeping also kept my room nice & tidy. Breakfast was served every morning ON TIME! The shower! Woo! The shower was everything. The water stayed super hot for a long time. This was the first hotel I stayed at with actual hot water & not just warm water. I also realized that I needed to stay an extra day about 20 minutes before check out & the lady at the front desk was very helpful with getting me an extra day despite it was last minute. The pool was nice & clean. The parking lot was nice & clean as well. Aw yea & when I checked in, my room was definitely clean!!! I will absolutely be back! I give this hotel a 10/10. When I checked in the first day, my room was extra clean! Nothing. Everything was PERFECT!

- P2257LHkp (2/5): Very Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience - I reserved two rooms at this Hyatt Place, but was unable to attend due to personal reasons. I called the hotel ahead of time to explain the situation, and the manager on call clearly told me it was okay, that I would not be charged, and that a refund would be issued. Three days later, I was shocked to see that I had been charged for both rooms anyway. I called the hotel again and spoke with the General Manager, Gloria Chranya, who refused to honor what her staff had already agreed to. She was rude, condescending, and dismissive, and even told me to “do whatever you want.” This is not how a customer should ever be treated—especially after being confirmed that a refund would be issued. If the hotel does not intend to honor what their managers promise, that should be made very clear. Because of the lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and refusal to take responsibility, I will never book at this location again and do not recommend it to anyone.
