Only one suggestion. Needs more light in the parking lot first safety of the customers , like reflectors , area looks very quiet it but. • Gebonz (10/5): Clean, Quiet Fair-priced Hotel - The hotel was located in what appeared to be an industrial area but really was a gem. It was CLEAN and quiet at night. The manager Sergio was a true professional and quickly resolved a billing issue I created and made sure my wife and I had coffee when we left the next morning. The evening associate was a young man who also was very professional during check in.

• Jose (6/5): - The location, near the border I rented a room with 2 beds (because that's what I needed), but when I arrived they told me they didn't have that type of room, and the solution they gave me was to give me 2 separate rooms (even so they didn't solve my problem because my 90-year-old grandmother who needs special care was traveling with us and needed to be in our room), other than that everything was fine.

• brucefO7584HM (10/5): September one night stay with friends exceeded my expectations AGAIN - Again a very good experience at the Santa Tersea Travel Lodge. Price was very good. Both room and bathroom were clean. Enough towels for the two of us and the towels were fresh. Sheets were clean and fairly new. Room was quiet. Check in and out was good and had a meal at the dinner.

• IVAN (4/5): - To check into the hotel you need to go next door to a diner, the diner people were friendly but busy, so we had to wait for them to get freed up to help us. We had booked the room from the road and had selected two beds, when we got there the staff wanted to give us only one bed and offered to look for pullout bed or so, but they ended up setting us in two separate rooms that were next to each other but not connected. The staff blamed it on the websites that supposedly do not update. But this is the first that this has happened to us… we have used Expedia for years, honestly I did not believe the staff. The hallways and room had a strong smell of tobacco. Again, we reserved the room on the road and did not add the option to cancel, plus we were already tired from the long ride, so we had to stay there.

It’s not the Hilton but it was perfect for us for a one night stop in the road. Staff were super friendly and fast. We had a problem with our room as there was an odd healing sound when we came in and we couldn’t figure out where it was coming from or how to turn it off. I called the lobby and immediately she apologized and suggested a room switch. That meant a lot since we were so tired and I didn’t want to spend hours trying to figure it out before having to switch rooms. Would definitely stay here again. The dinner/lobby is very cute! We didn’t get to eat there.

Our room never got cleaned, bed wasn’t made after we asked to have it made, trash was never taken out, only got clean towels twice. Their office was a computer in the diner.

The room was clean, handicap accessible (although never part of the room description, so it was a surprise because we are fully functional) but adequate for one night. Because the price was very reasonable, even having to wait until around 2:20 PM to check in (when check in time was posted as available at 2 PM). We adapted and slept well. Check out was simple and easy!

Room was clean both visits and the hotel was quiet. Good value. Bathroom was clean and towels almost new. Ate one meal at the dinner and was satisified with food and prices

• William (10/5): A nice surprise - I was a little hesitant about the “office” being in the restaurant on the property…but there were no issues. It is 24/7 and it was nice to have a restaurant on the property to grab dinner when I checked in and get some breakfast to go the next morning since I had a 12 hour drive and wanted to get moving. The property was clean and very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.
