- Felix R (1/5): WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY THERE. - ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. The building is a very very old and shoddy building. Wyndham should inspect the buildings before allowing the property to come under the Wyndham family name. The chair by the desk was full of dog hair. The building is a very very old and shoddy building. Wyndham should inspect the buildings before allowing the property to come under the Wyndham family name. The chair by the desk was full of dog hair. Trash and cigarette buds all over outside. A certain stench of very old carpet as soon as one enters. Would not pay more then $20.00 per night at that place. Horrible. The lady at the reception did not know how to run the computer, plus the antique computer was not functioning properly so there was a long wait to check in. Extremely old furnishings. Absolutely no security anywhere.

- Manning (4/5): 50/50 stay, depends on staff on the quality. - The morning staff very nice Evening shift okay, wasn't too sure about what room we were in. Called to let them know about the TV, wasn't working. They didn't have much of an answer for me, or didn't offer another room. They said they would send someone but no one ever came.
- Cherie (8/5): - Big bathroom. Comfortable bed. Clean room No coffee
- Edward (8/5): -
- Leslie (1/5): - as mentioned i had to move rooms 2 times, first room the door didnt want to open at all even after changing keys, when i first got the the door was already opened and one of the pillows was on top of the phone, the second room a/c didnt work, the final room the tub was dirty and the water didnt drain, at this point i was just tired and didnt want to move rooms but it was such a draining experience

- Jean Ann (5/5): Need improvement - The location was good for us. The towels were an improvement. The staff was friendly. The staff do not coordinate with each other. We requested housekeeping one day but didn't get it because they had us already checked out. The room smelled like smoke, which was listed as non-smoking. The 2 doors were an issue. Not notified locks were being changed so they needed us out of the room.
- Deserae (9/5): -
- Quintana (1/5): Fraude - Reserve y pague mi alojamiento online, y al llegar al hotel no tenían habitaciones disponibles y tampoco me reembolsaron mi dinero
- Thomas (4/5): poor - our stay was not good, the cleaners cleaned rooms at night and was load ands noisy rolling carts up and down walk ways, smoking ands talking load. then Saturday night we got back to room and was locked out of room, had to go the office and get new keys to get into room.
- Regina (10/5): - Furniture was nice,, quiet
- susan (1/5): - Canceled our room although we had paid for it didn't get our money back
- Christopher (7/5): Less than expected for a Whyndam property - Breakfast was not included, if it was we were not informed. Ate dinner at the Dinner, it was excellent Room was dated, strande odor that was not as noticeable as long as air conditioner was on high and cold. Room was never serviced and we stayed 3 nights
- Andreina (2/5): - Front desk was so rude i was unable to check in because it was 1 am even though they had rooms available i had booked it online and we raninto some traffic so took longer than expected she was so unhelpful with the situation we had to drive 20 min to the next town over
- Jill A (8/5): - Location is great to where we have family price is good and staff are very friendly Need to have regular bars of soap and larger towels room was clean but had a stale smell maybe carpets need to been clean or air fresheners installed

- Sue (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sharon (4/5): Disappointing -
- Tina (10/5): My first Travel lodge experience - We had a decent room, clean, quite no drama, friendly and helpful, love the Penny's diner , also very nice and classic fun.
- Gwenna (7/5): Good -
- William (2/5): - Stayed three nights. This was my first and likely last stay. No hard feelings. I had four 60 pound boxes that i had to bring inside so they wouldn't get stolen. Can you believe they dont have a cart? WOW! I like that the room has a thermostat and ac blows quietly but cold air. I set the temp for 68 degrees and woke in the night freezing. I think someone had previously programmed the thermostat to turn dow to 42 degrees. I just turned the ac off completely the second and third nights. They have an awesome diner next door called Pennys. Great menu selection, great food and terrific waitstaff. They can make breakfast any time of day. I can say the parking lot was well lit with ample signage warning of theft. You can walk down a few steps to the diner from hotel lot. Unfortunately, the hotel serves no breakfast at all. First time ever that i couldnt find a bowl of cereal, piece of toast and piece of fruit. After three nights, i noticed that this is the hotel for the "railroaders". Those guys that keep the train running that you would never know about until Denzel Washington stars as a train conductor. What could possibly go wrong in that movie? The railroaders are nice folks. I thought the hotel front staff was dismissive of the railroaders. The mattress was extremely cushiony and bouncy. Still, the room and bath were spotless.
- Judy (10/5): Great - Location of the dinner nextdoor was great. Nothing
- Melissa (2/5): - This place was a dump. Shower didn't work, sink faucet barely worked.
- Joyce (4/5): - Really can't say I was impressed with anything.
- Peralta (8/5): Very good -
- M (5/5): Eh - Gentleman who helped us with our keycard and getting the satellite set up was helpful. The staff during check out were friendly. Beds were comfortable, room was roomy During check-in and when we needed help with the satellite, Christine was dismissive, to the point of being rude. Room was dusty, found some bugs on the floor, bottle cap under the bed, previous occupant's trash in the bathroom.
- Ray (10/5): - It’s all good
- Debra (10/5): Very Clean and Comfortable - The room and bathroom were very clean. I liked the big bathroom.
- jaylF7978ED (10/5): It is a reasonable place to stay - First off, know what this hotel is - inexpensive, dependable accommodations. No spa, no frills, just reasonable place to stay. The room was clean, AC worked well, Internet was good, everything worked, staff was courteous, no issues. They also have pretty good availability.
- brentdale69 (8/5): Front desk attendant - Man I'm check in unprofessional rude stressful unaccommodating denied my reservation ordered me to go somewhere else and get my money back on my reservation never experience nothing so unprofessional stressful upsetting has no ethics or customer service
- Joseph (2/5): If I had to stay there again, I’d stay in my vehic - First thing right off the bat I got double charged. Then when we got in the room, the sink wouldn’t drain because the drain plug was rotted and broke. Had to get underneath it and pull the drain up myself. What are the worst days I’ve ever had and I would like a total refund.
- Mary (7/5): Good -
- Janna (1/5): Extremely dissatisfied. I will not stay here, or book on Booking.com again - I booked 3 weeks in advance, but arrived on my motorcycle after a 400 mile day of riding in the freezing rain, hail, and snow to find that the hotel had overbooked their rooms and had no room reserved for me. I had paid in advance, and have received no refund or apology, only blame for Booking.com not sending my reservation through to the hotel, which is not how I believe the error occurred. All the other nearby hotels were also completely booked due to an emergency in the area which put me in an extremely dangerous position of continuing on and riding in extreme temperatures in the dark on my motorcycle. No apologies were made, and no refund was offered. Horrible situation, staff was unconcerned with the problem, no refund
- Chris (10/5): Exceptional -
- Steven (2/5): - Looks like mainly caters to Bnsf employees
Dirty run down and front desk didn’t know how to check in a regular customer (non railroad)
- Nunez (10/5): Exceptional - Location right off of the freeway. Should not be on booking.com if you don't accommodate other people besides railroad employees. Came to visit family from California Employees were very rude. There was a coffee filter left in the coffee maker. Don't know how long it was there.😝
- Lisa (1/5): We didn’t stay. - Nothing We booked through you. Arrived and were told they don’t use a third party service and they had no rooms. We were exhausted with no place to stay at 10 pm!!!! What the heck? You need to take them off your list
- William (6/5): - Room was a little dirty.
- David (6/5): - This was a bare bones operation. It was at the very edge of town with no amenities
- michele (8/5): - I enjoyed my stay, it was peaceful.
- Richard (9/5): Superb -
- Marina (1/5): Bad - N/a When I arrived I was informed that there were not any rooms available despite having a booking
- Patricia (8/5): - There was no parking near our room, but a hotel employee moved his vehicle so we could park closer.
- Peg (6/5): Okay. - The room was clean. Lots of noise. Railroad Motel.
- Marina (7/5): Good - Availability of rooms Room was next to the laundry room, you can hear the staff talking.
- Gene (7/5): Good -
- Cathy (9/5): Superb -
- Dave (6/5): - Was ok, nothing impressive, room was clean, no frills. Served it’s purpose.
- Peter (1/5): Overbooked by booking.com! - Nothing -- booking.com confirmed my reservation, but when I arrived they had no rooms. The fact that booking.com overbooked this property. There were no rooms available but booking.com still confirmed my reservation.
- Steven (8/5): Very good -
- Donna (10/5): - We were very pleased with our stay here. It was convenient to all of the things that we were going to see while we were there and the staff was great. Room super and we could play cards in the very large lounge.
- Elizabeth (5/5): Passable - Paving parking lot so has to park at next door property. No luggage cart. Ran out of hot water for shower.
- J (9/5): I definitely will be using this lodging facility again. It's THE BEST I've found in the area. - Very clean comfortable room. Excellent staff - the front desk is staffed 24 hr. / day and they are helpful and cooperative. I travel in a full sized 4WD pickup and the parking was excellent. Absolutely no problem finding multiple very adequate parking places very close to my ground floor room. And it was QUIET and peaceful. No traffic noise, and the other guests were quiet and friendly. The associated "Penny's Diner" was adequate. The menu was a limited. I got a patty melt sandwich for my dinner and it was OK - not great. The staff at the diner though was friendly and attentive. But I don't think I would eat there again if I had time to go elsewhere. Since my business took me to Los Lunas the next morning (13 miles up the interstate), I wound up having breakfast at the I-Hop restaurant there which was quite good.
- Eduardo (9/5): Superb -
- Jacob (8/5): Very good -
- Robert (1/5): Didnt stay. - N/A No room available when we arrived.
- John (10/5): - Excellent, friendly staff. Processed the check in efficiently.
Rooms very clean and quiet
- Lisa (1/5): After finding the drugs we asked for our money back and left. - Nothing. Dirty room with bugs and drugs found in the carpet.
- Jeff (6/5): Pleasant -
- Phil (8/5): Was well worth the money, nice and quiet and very clean. - Room was very clean, location very convenient.
- Jeree (10/5): - It was great
- 909sandyo (2/5): Terrible - My room was not ready when I arrived at 7pm. Also this was a very busy hotel with railroad workers in and out all day and all night long. I had a couple make me feel like I was imposing and said they don’t know why they let the public in. I did not feel safe at all here. I was a female traveling alone. I checked out 3 days early I was so uncomfortable with my surroundings. My keycard wouldn’t even work the day I decided to check out. I had to keep going up to the front desk and wait in line to get back in my room. My stay was awful!! Will never stay there again.
- Lawrence (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dianna E. (10/5): - Very nice,clean,quiet rooms are very comfortable.
