Joanna (8/5): Great Villa, Value for money - It is near 7 eleven, parks and night market, good food and great place! Outside lights reflect inside my room, they could improve the curtains. Also, sound from the street can be heard inside the room, especially big trucks passing by.

Dietrich (4/5): Sehr enttäuschend und nicht empfehlenswert. - Das nette Personal und die gute Lage. Das Zimmer war überhaupt nicht komfortabel. Lärmschutz vom Verkehr war nicht gegeben. Schlafen kann man hier total schlecht. Außerdem war der Preis des zugeteilten Zimmers viel zu hoch. Schönere Hotels in der Umgebung waren günstiger.

The room was also clean and the beds were good. The hotel is also located near Burnham park and a lot of restaurants and cafes. The also have breakfast which is very convenient. Petit déjeuner très limité ou on doit choisir entre le café ou le jus d'orange ! Notre chambre n'était pas situé sur le site montré sur les belles photos mais au dessus de l'accueil qui donne sur la rue .

Manny (8/5): Great accommodation that is located near Burnham Park and other key attractions in Baguio City. - The property was big for my family as we realized that we rented a two-bedroom apartment. Property is located in a prime location since it’s a few meters away from Burnham Park, Great Taste Restaurant, and other key attractions. Rooms were very spacious and ambiance was really homey. The villa we rented is far from the road so it was quiet all throughout our stay A P2,000 deposit was required prior to check in. Most of the staff are courteous and hospitable as they greeted and smiled at us whenever they see us. Truly good value for money. 1. WIFI is available but connection was intermittent probably due to the number of guests using the internet. There were times when the internet was slow or not working at all. 2. Reception did not inform us that free drinking water is available (beside their counter). We have to confirm it with them when we saw other guests getting from the dispenser. Because of this, we used some of the mineral water in the villa which was for sale. 3. Hot shower is available. Unfortunately, this was not activated prior to our check in. We thought there was none as there were no mechanisms in the shower area for hot water. We only knew there’s a hot shower when our neighbor villa complained that there was none. The staff were apologetic though and immediately activated the hot shower in our villa upon request.

Oat meal in the breakfast was delicious. Our room was on the street side and it was very difficult to sleep there due the traffic noise. It was extremely loud thru the while night.

The rooms are good enough although it appears a bit bigger in the photos. I like the fact that there are utensils for cooking food. There are also numerous restaurants nearby. It’s good all in all except for the two blackouts on the early morning of the last night of our stay. It wasn’t that hot in the room as there’s the cool air from outside.

Just 10 minutes away from Burnham Park, 7-11 store beside the hotel and a lot of restaurants and fastfood near it. It’s very easy to find a taxi. Very safe neighborhood. Very safe for solo traveler. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean with enough water supply. The place is very quiet so we were able to relax and sleep well. Exceptional service from the staff. We checked out late but needed somewhere to leave our baggages as we wait for our bus back to Manila and they made us stay at their conference room. We appreciate that so much. Breakfast is so yummy! Thank you! Slight noise because they’re fixing the hallway tiles but it was tolerable.

The garden is well kept. The noise was unbearable, as the hotel is located in one of the busiest streets in Baguio. You hear car noises even in the middle of the night and it was hard to get sleep. There were also cockroaches in the room, and the toilet bowl kept leaking. There wasnt enough space for toiletries in the bathroom and very limited space for luggages. No complimentary drinks, not even water.

Marivic (9/5): Superb - Location was accessible sa lahat ng fastfoods, restaurants, convenient store and even SA mercury Drug . 5 minutes walk to burnham park so di mo problem ang pagpunta sa night market :) Masarap ang breakfast nila especially yung longganisa, aabangan mo anong presentation every set of breakfast :) Rooms : ok naman, comfy yung bed and malakas ang water which malaking factor yun when you were in Baguio. Yung staff, very accomodationg din nila sa mga request namin. Thank you Medyo maliit yung parking, first come first served.

After the front desk confirmed that we can stay for another 4days, all of a sudden, I was informed that there is a conflict with the booking and we need to look for another hotel. The guard on duty is so rude. Excellent service is number 1 in hotels. If there is a zero rating, this hotel deserved a zero for incompetence and rudeness of its staff and guard. MyIncompetent and rude to the max. I will never stay in this hotel again.
Mary (10/5): Great location and excellent service, one of the best budget hotels I've stayed at in Baguio - It is conveniently located on Legarda Rd and GH Del Pilar, which is just a few minutes walk to popular places like Burnham Park and Good Taste Restaurant. There was also a 711 just beside the hotel entrance, and short walk to a drugstore and BPI bank. Legarda is a busy street so expect traffic noises during the day, but it did not bother us since we were out sightseeing during the day anyway. At night it is mostly quiet and we had uninterrupted sleep during our entire stay. The hotel staff are also very friendly and accommodating. They have great selection for plated breakfast meals as well, and the food is very good. The room size was also just right for me and my partner, and there was a cabinet large enough to keep our luggage and jackets. The AC for the room is just right. The water for shower, bidet, and sink are all heated. The bed duvet is nice and thick enough to keep us warm while we sleep. Towels, slippers, body wash, toothpaste, toothbrush are all provided. Overall our stay was very pleasant and will definitely book here again if we return to Baguio. No elevator to upper floors where our room was located, but this is just a very minor detail and did not affect our overall experience, and the staff was nice enough to carry our luggage to the room.
