• Jane (8/5): Very good for a short work trip - Very clean and spacious room and easy to access the Wifi. Good choice of food for a typical Turkish-style breakfast. About an hour from the main airport. I have included the view from my room. You could open the windows to let some air in. It was a bit crowded at breakfast if a large group was all down at the same time.

• Ana-Maria (10/5): A Good Accommodation Option - Clean rooms, friendly staff, and excellent value for money. Highly recommended! The downside is that it’s far from the city center, but the metro is a 10–15 minute walk, making it easy to get around.

• Duygu (9/5): Genoten - Schoon, fijne ligging, schone kamers, laminaat super fijn als je astma hebt ipv vloerbekleding. Cansu aan de receptie super aardig. Je kunt je auto makkelijk parkeren. Goed eten ook pizza en de pasta heerlijk

Вода, чайник и чай с кофе - приятный бонус. Сантехника рабочая, всегда была горячая и холодная вода. Чисты полотенца и постельное белье. Рекомендую.

• Suzan Nural (8/5): Konforlu bir oda deneyimi yaşadık. - Kahvaltı yeterliydi. Oda dekorasyonu çok güzeldi. Otelde ayrı bir ütü odası var, bence çok iyi bir fikir. Eğer fazla vaktiniz yoksa kendi ütünüzü yapabilirsiniz. İş için bir gece konakladık ve sadece temiz i, rahat bir oda ve yeterli kahvaltı beklentimizdi. Beklentimizi karşıladı. Yine kalırım.

Miła sprzątaczka hacite Obsługa za pierwszym telefonem bo coś było nie tak w pokoju była miła. Kolejne razy już były miny, zniesmaczenie. Z toalety na dole laciala woda miał przyjść ktoś w 5 minut nie peszyła w ogóle. Posprzątane tylko dla oka, ale jak człowiek się przyjrzał wszystko było brudne, prysznic zepsuty, ręczniki do ciała ohydne, sprzątaczka jak je wymieniała czyściła nimi podłogę i wycierała popielniczkę, co to ma być. Kubki od kawy brudne, czajnik nie działał, Ohydne, otworzyć okna nie można bo hotel przy samej ruchliwej drodze i nie dało się tego słuchać. Cały czas jakieś problemy. Jedyna miła Pani to sprzątaczka.

From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The check-in process was seamless and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by the warmth and professionalism of the reception team. The room was immaculate — modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was exceptionally cosy, ensuring a great night’s sleep after long days exploring Istanbul. Breakfast was another highlight. The variety of options, freshness of the food, and attentive service made every morning enjoyable. I also appreciated the convenience of the hotel’s location — close to the airport and well-connected to the city, which made travelling around effortless. What truly stood out, however, was the hospitality. Every staff member I interacted with displayed genuine care and attention to detail, which made my stay feel personal and memorable. I would highly recommend Ibis Istanbul West to anyone visiting the city — whether for business or leisure. It offers excellent value, first-class service, and a level of comfort that far exceeds expectations. I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit to Istanbul.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - Odalar o kadar da temiz değil. Yataklar ve havlular saç ve kıl dolu. Örtünün altına giremedim bile. Sigara içilmeyen odada kaldım, tuvalet ağır sigara kokuyordu. Özellikle yalnız seyahat eden insanlar için önemli bir faktör olan kapı kilidi düzgün çalışıyordu. Fakat ikinci bir kilit veya kapının altına sıkıştırılabilecek bir kapı stoperi yoktu. Olsa insan daha rahat uyuyabilir( ikinci kilit çıkarılmıştı). Giriş de check-in ve check-out yapan çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve yardımcı idi.

Quite far from the City Centre and Istanbul Airport. Public transport service can be difficult if one are not familiar with the route.

The girl at the restaurant was NOT friendly at all, she was like we came to eat free of charge in the restaurant. No smile, kind of arrogant, maybe because we were Asians from Germany. Well, I don’t need anyone to loose their job. But she is not cut out to be someone to serve the gustes coming to the restaurant. The room-service girl was far more friendlier than her, even though we spotted her only once on the day of our departure.

Odaya sipariş ettiğim karışık pizza içindeki malzemelerin tatları lezzetsiz olup sabah kahvaltısı vasattı. Ancak yastıkların değiştirilmesi ile ilgili talebim hemen karşılandı ve tüm çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü.
