- Carey (9/5): Excellent few days! - Well located for visiting various parts of Bangkok as metro not far away. Room spacious and very quiet (I was not visiting Bangkok for the nightlife!!) and appreciated the P&Q. Great spa and pool area for in house relaxation. Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

Location is close to all the happening areas in Bangkok Service at the breakfast table is virtually absent. They don’t even serve water at the table. When things run out, there is also no one at the respective counters to refill.

- Alex (5/5): Es gibt bequemere Hotels - Die Skybar ist schön und im Spa haben wir eine ausgezeichnete Thaimassage genossen. Der Pool ist klein und nachmittags von vielen kreischenden Kindern überfüllt, die Sitzsäcke ins Wasser schmeissen. Niemand vom Personal hat sie daran gehindert. Es hat zu wenig Liegen. Das Bad ist sehr eng. Zum Duschen muss man in die Wanne über einen breiten Rand steigen, was nur für sehr bewegliche Menschen möglich ist. Der Preis in diesem Hotel ist für das Gebotene zu hoch. Das Personal ist korrekt aber nicht sonderlich freundlich und wirkt gestresst.

- Sebastian (8/5): Gutes Hotel aber mit einigen Mängeln - Das Zimmer war schön und recht groß mit einer freistehenden Wanne. Frühstück war gut aber nicht herausragend. Auswahl war zwar groß , aber qualitativ eher durchschnittlich. Zum skytrain ca. 10 min zu Fuß Wir hatten einen massiven Wasserschaden an der Decke unseres Bades. Es tropfte regelmäßig. Der Schaden wurde offensichtlich schon mehrfach provisorisch repariert. Das Schlafsofa war sehr hart und unbequem. Poolarea war lieblos in Design und Service

- loiseaddy (10/5): Natt the king of Concierge - This is a great Hotel.Large rooms, roof top bar and infinity pool. Can’t beat the price for this 4 star gem. But I am writing this review especially for Natt our concierge. To begin , my best girlfriend and I have been planning this trip for almost a year. The journey covered 30 days with a side trip to Kathmandu,Nepal since it was so close. Novotel was our base camp. 2 days in Bangkok, 4 days in Kathmandu , 4 days in Bangkok, 6 days in Chiang Mai etc etc ( you get the idea). I absolutely bombarded him with questions and situations. Had a long list of places to visit, things to do, logistics to figure out. And we changed our minds at the last minute more than once. Through it all, Natt was incredible. He always had another idea or an even better suggestion. He went above and beyond; making calls to restaurants and even helping with accommodation in different parts of Thailand…. Just to make sure our 30 day experience was the best it could possibly be. Thanks you so much Natt. Your dedication and kindness truly made a difference in our trip.
- Nir Adam (1/5): היה טוב חוץ מהמלון המזעזע - לא היה משהו כזה הגענו לכאן כאשר נתקענו במלחמה , באנו לצוות והגענו להם שאנחנו נשארים פה לפחות שבועיים לא בוצע ניסוי עזרה לתגמול יותר נמוך למרות שבבוקינג הייתה הצעה טובה יותר אבל זה עוד ההתחלה, בגלל שאנחנו ישראלים לא נתנו לנו קומה גבוה את הכי נמוכה והתייחסו אלינו בזלזול , הרגשנו שלא רוצים לנקות לנו את החדר כל פעם היינו מתקשרים במיוחד לקבלה, שהזמנו פעם אחת מגבות לחדר חיכינו מעל חצי שעה עד ששלחו לנו , ממש לא ממליץ במיוחד לישראלים , להתרחק !

- cd5collector (10/5): Nearly perfect - Back again at this nice hotel - great location This time we (1 platinum and 2 gold) got upgrades so we could use the lounge all of us - this was greatly appreciated and the lounge had a fantastic selection of foods etc The rooms are quite good but we are missing a small table by the sofa Now the pool has got almost the right temperature - well done only not enough sundeck chairs and parasols. There is space for more!! We will be back to see if you update the pool area

- cgtb1305 (10/5): No.1 Novotel! - This hotel came to our rescue when we found ourselves having to stay in Bangkok for longer than expected due to the hazardous air quality in Chiang Mai from the wildfires! Check-in was easy and we were able to book a Family Suite last minute for a very reasonable price. This included lounge access with complimentary food and drink from 5-7pm. The food was restaurant quality and plentiful. All staff very friendly, couldn’t do enough for us and the breakfast was also very nice. Good location right in the heart of the action and close to both SkyTrain and Metro. Top Tip: try the skywalk which connects the two parks near the hotel. A nice break from the cars, bikes and fumes!
