Enjoyed Turkish coffee each morning while chatting with the hotel manager and other guests. The pool area was a perfect spot to read and relax as well. Definitely would recommend.

But it was very quiet but maybe due to start of the season Our studio part of the room i.e. kitchen area was used by the cleaners to use the washing machine which we were not aware and really this should have been mentioned in the booking as we couldn't keep any of our belongings in there because it did not lock Please update your advertisement to reflect this When more guests came to stay the sunbeds came out and tablecloths and flowers on the tables - we were also paying customers so would have been nice to have these on first few days After from the above I would recommend this as a place to stay due to location and great value for money

• Ludivine (9/5): Séjour exceptionnel - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Kaleiçi Ozkavak Hotel. L’emplacement est vraiment idéal, en plein cœur de la vieille ville de Kaleiçi, tout est accessible à pied et l’ambiance est magnifique. L'hôtel est plein de charme. Les chambres sont confortables et le petit déjeuner était délicieux, varié et préparé avec beaucoup de soin. Un vrai plaisir chaque matin ! Mention spéciale à Han, le manager, pour sa grande gentillesse, son accueil chaleureux et son professionnalisme. Il est toujours disponible et attentif, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Son collègue Muhammad est aussi très gentil. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel et reviendrons sans hésiter ! /

Schon beim Check-in wurde ich sehr freundlich empfangen, das Personal war während des gesamten Aufenthalts hilfsbereit, professionell und stets gut gelaunt. Mein Zimmer war modern, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet – besonders das bequeme Bett und die ruhige Lage zum Innenhof haben mir sehr gefallen. Auch das Badezimmer war top ausgestattet, mit einer großen Dusche und hochwertigen Pflegeprodukten. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ein echtes Highlight: frisch, vielfältig und liebevoll angerichtet. Es gab eine tolle Auswahl an regionalen und internationalen Speisen, frisches Obst, verschiedene Brotsorten und sogar vegane Optionen. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls perfekt: zentral, aber ruhig, mit guter Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und fußläufiger Nähe zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Cafés. Fazit: Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder. Klare Weiterempfehlung! Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Alles war top.

• Andre & Nicolene (7/5): Good Value for Money - The location was perfect!! Right in the hustle and buzle of the Old Town. The perfect spot to enjoy everything the Old Town had to offer. Was not prepared for the night life - quite busy in this little old neighborhood - although this hotel is in a little alley and somewhat protected from the most noise - but not all! Bought our best bargains in the old town - carpets and bed covers and cushions. Breakfast basic but good. Room were clean and the air-con was a bonus. Sufficient warm water for a good shower. Hotel arranged Taxi for airport. Considering the price it was a good choice. Would visit again if I had the opportunity! Smoke from guests and people in the lobby traveled upstairs and under the door..... after we placed a shower mat in the gap between the door and floor it was much better. We would loved a kettle in the room - to make our own coffee - it would be a nice touch!

Absolut hervorzuheben ist das typische türkische Frühstück. Gegrilltes und frisches Gemüse, Eier, Käse, Oliven und herrliche süße Sachen. Wünsche wurden alle freundlich erfüllt. Die Lage des Hotels ist toll und mitten drin in der Altstadt. Dennoch ist es ruhig, da es nicht an einer der Hauptgassen liegt. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und speziell gestaltet. Das Interieur ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Doppelbett hatte einige Unebenheiten.

Завтрак не очень вкусный. Кофе только растворимый, чай тоже так себе. В комнате был запах канализации. Бумажные стаканчики в номере, что очень дёшево для бутик-отеля. Думаю, стеклянная посуда - не такие уж большие затраты. Во время уборки вынесли только мусор, даже не обновили использованные стаканчики, в итоге вечером пришлось пить чай из уже использованных.

• Joshana (8/5): - Fantastic location. We had a large family unit with 2 interconnecting rooms with 2 bathrooms. The bathrooms definitely needs maintenance. The best part for us was the friendly manager Han- he was so helpful, knowledgeable and looked after us. He took our feedback well and sorted some maintenance/issues we had. Pool was nice and clean even though we didn't use it. For breakfast, we liked their omelette but the rest of the items were ok. Overall we were happy with our stay and I'd recommend the place.

• Carol (10/5): Kaleici city break at the Ozkavak hotel - What a gem of a hotel in the old town. Check in was great and the manager Han spent time with us showing us around the hotel before taking us to our rooms. We had room 201 with a huge jacuzzi tub and quirky bathroom ceiling. Very central in the old town and easy to walk around the streets to other bars/restaurants. Takes about 10 mins to walk to harbour downhill (streets can be steep walking back up through the bazaars). All the staff at the Ozkavak are lovely and can't do enough for you. Osman looked after us at the outdoor bar/restaurant every night and the food in the restaurant was delicious. Towels for the pool area are available if you ask for them. Han booked our trips for us - we did the Turkish maldives boat trip, the waterfalls and city tour and he also booked us a turkish bath/massage at the Hanam. He even walked us there and introduced us together with showing us where the meeting place at Mcdonalds was for the morning pickups. Another special thanks to Han who suggested taking us to a local place for food on our last night. To our surprise we went to the Moon at Lara for delicious pizza and a night of amazing entertainment. We loved it. Han also helped on the morning we left and rang us a taxi back to the airport. For a short 4 night break we packed so much in and wouldn't hesitate staying here again. Highly recommended

• Edyta (10/5): An oasis of peace in the center of the Old Town - This hotel was actually my second choice – some of the reviews had made me wonder if it would be a good fit. Completely unnecessarily! My stay turned out to be a wonderful experience – I’m already planning to come back to Antalya and spend my holiday here again. First of all, the hotel is clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. It’s small, which makes it peaceful and feels like an oasis away from the hustle and bustle just two streets over. Despite being located right in the Old Town, only a 2-minute walk from Hadrian’s Gate, it’s wonderfully quiet. You can really relax here! The small pool with sunbeds helps, too. Next to the pool there’s a fountain with turtles, and someone has even placed bougainvillea flowers from the hotel’s patio into the upper bowls of the fountain. A small detail, but things like that really win me over. The beds are comfortable, the towels soft, and the rooms are cleaned daily 😊 Second, the staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The atmosphere feels like family. Their advice and recommendations on where to go (and where not to go), along with their willingness to help us with any problems, truly deserve five stars! Third, the restaurant is genuinely good. There are plenty of dining options nearby, so we only ate there twice – but both meals were really delicious and beautifully presented. Breakfast was also worth mentioning, with a nice variety to choose from. I honestly recommend this place to everyone!

Els treballadors molt amables. Vam poder rentar roba. Al centre de la zona antiga. Sense soroll ni música a la nit Faltatia aire condicionat en la zona de la cuina pq fa molta calor, però vam poder menjar a les taules d'aprop l'allotjament i la piscina.

Отдельно хочется отметить душ — потрясающий напор воды, пользоваться им было очень приятно. Больше всего испортил впечатление фонтан с черепахами. Пятеро животных содержатся в маленьком фонтане без солнечного света, с несколькими камнями. Вода в фонтане неглубокая, без фильтрации и обогащения кислородом. В такой среде у черепах быстро развиваются болезни: слабый иммунитет, кожные инфекции, проблемы с панцирем. Это больше похоже на «декор» для гостей, чем на заботу о животных. В таких условиях черепахи не смогут прожить долго здоровыми. Это выглядит как жестокое обращение с животными.
• Botan (10/5): - Everything, we have drive through turkey from Iraq with my family and we have stopped in many places, but Kaleiçi Ozkavak Hotel was the best and *Han* the receptionist was exceptional, he help us for everything we need it. They have best location, you can reach any place you want to visit by walk, and it is very quite during the night, they have beautiful swimming pool. I would definitely go back. I love it all.
• Mimma (8/5): Beautiful hotel in Old Town Antalya - Loved the hospitality from Han the concierge, waiter, and perfume artist. The room was well decorated and the air-conditioning was a cool retreat. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious with many Turkish dishes. The restaurant on site was lovely too and made for a great option when out exploring all day. Centrally located in the Old Town a perfect place to stay in Antalya. We would stay here again. Little things that we have come accustomed to and would improve the stay would be tissues, extra towels, and a tea/coffee station in the hotel room. Surrounded by fig trees and prickly pear trees it would have been a lovely addition to have this fruit on offer for breakfast too along with fresh juice.
• Julia (7/5): Agréable, calme mais à revoir. - La piscine est sympa. La chambre est spacieuse pour notre part. L'endroit et calme et se trouve près de Luna garden un espace très sympathique. La chambre dépend vraiment des personnes certains ont eu une chambre ridicule. Le personnel féminin est agréable cependant personne ne parle anglais. Le personnel masculin reste ma foie convenable. Je suis allée avec une amie, on était 2 femmes par conséquent le personnel masculin était collant par moment ce qui fut un peu agaçant. La localisation est pas mal cependant il n'y a pas de plage gratuite accessible à pied dans les alentours. Le petit déjeuner ne vaut pas du tout le coup, il est cher pour son prix puisqu'il n'est pas diversifié et les boissons tél que l'ice tea sont en supplément.... Je vous déconseille donc d'y aller uniquement entre filles.

Особая благодарность Явузу, со дня заезда до самого отъезда делал всё для нашего комфорта, подскажет, поможет, добрейший человек. Свободно владеет английским языком. Рекомендую, почувствуете реальную атмосферу старого города.

Breakfast it's the worst thing ever, i got breakfast only second morning on my stay ,and decide rest of my week eat outside ,linnean are not ironing, the towels are very old and hard to make dry my body.Outside i don't know how to explain how dirty and all inventories are to old,to dirty,and what else. The stairs for the going to the rooms are unhealthy dirty, i was so embarrassing, i know its not to expensive but any way inspections need immediate be there ,this is unhealthy place.

• Osman (10/5): Séjour antalya kaleiçi - Un séjour inoubliable en famille ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cet hôtel est, selon moi, le meilleur de Kaleiçi à Antalya. L’accueil est vraiment exceptionnel : toute l’équipe est aux petits soins, arrangeante et toujours souriante. On se sent tout de suite à l’aise. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et varié, avec beaucoup de choix, parfait pour bien commencer la journée. Le dîner propose un menu diversifié, qui change et qui plaît à tout le monde. Franchement, tout ce que j’ai pu lire dans certains mauvais avis ne correspond pas du tout à mon expérience : je n’ai rien retrouvé de négatif. Les chambres sont propres, confortables et entretenues régulièrement, renouvelées sur demande. Le soir, malgré la proximité immédiate du centre, aucun bruit ne vient déranger le repos. C’est un emplacement idéal : on est à deux pas de tout, mais au calme une fois rentrés. Je recommande sans hésiter cet hôtel, parfait pour un séjour en famille à Antalya.

Çatal soruyoruz yıkanıyor diye cevap veriyorlar. 1 gecelik bir konaklama olmasaydı kesinlikle orada kalmazdım.

• laurence (8/5): Très bonne situation pour une étape à Antalya - En plein centre de la vieille ville, à deux pas des restaurants, de la mer...mais très calme Petit parking à disposition L'amabilité du personnel Tout ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre à notre arrivée mais le personnel est très réactif et s'en est occupé aussitôt. Nous n'avons pas profité de la piscine car l'aménagement extérieur pourrait être amélioré ainsi qu'une Clim ou tout au moins une ventilation dans les parties communes

• safj2015 (8/5): Great Hotel, excellent location - Overall, an excellent hotel in a fantastic central location. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful—particularly the young gentleman who consistently checked in on us, asked if we needed anything, and warmly greeted us whenever we came and went. The breakfast offered a good variety of dishes, and we appreciated the inter-connecting family room on the first floor, which was especially convenient with the kids. There were just a couple of minor areas for improvement: One of the room’s air conditioning units was quite noisy, despite our efforts and the staff’s attempts to resolve it. It seemed like a technical issue. It would be nice to have an additional lamp or two in the room to create a softer ambiance, as there was only one very bright overhead light. Despite these small issues, this is a great hotel and we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Alquilamos el estudio con cocina y los utensilios estaban sucios y grasientos, además habían cucarachas en la parte de la cocina. Estaría bien reformar esa zona, cambiar los utensilios y hacer una mejor limpieza.

• Babyflowers4 (10/5): Fantastic stay, 5 star location and staff - We have recently come back from Antalya and decided to spend 3 nights at the start of the holiday in Kaleici, so pleased we did as it was a gorgeous town, full of old streets and character. The hotel is small but very welcoming, it was my husband's birthday the day we arrived and they had arranged a cake and sparklers! Han couldn't do enough for us generally, recommending places from barbers to shopping and restaurants to suit our needs. Small pool but enough to cool off and always quiet. Definitely recommend to add to the start or end of holiday, wish we'd stayed an extra couple of nights.

Отзывчивый администратор помог на при отъезде разрулить ситуацию с трансфером в аэропорт. На территории есть ресторан и небольшой бассейн, а также очень прикольные черепашки. Дети были в восторге. В целом отель рекомендую. В номере был огромный паук. На территории не могли найти контейнер для мусора, чтобы выкинуть пакеты с упаковками от еды. Когда обратились к администратору, нам выдали огромный мусорный мешок, который никто не забрал из номера.

L’hôtel dispose d’un restaurant avec une carte bien fournie. Pas besoin d’aller loin pour manger bien. Une playlist bien pensée joue tout au long de la journée pour une ambiance relax. Infelizmente a limpeza fica a desejar, o banheiro precisa de uma manutenção, pouca água no chuveiro, hora fria, hora quente, difícil de finalizar o banho. Fora isso, indico o hotel!
