Annezina (10/5): A perfect cozy stay near Logaras Beach! - I stayed in the Aphrodite home while traveling for work, and it was really nice—super clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, making everything feel relaxed and easy. The whole place has a cozy vibe, and it’s just a minute’s walk to Logaras beach, which is perfect if you love the sand and sea. Piso Livadi is also close by, so you can easily walk to shops and restaurants without needing a car. It was a great spot and everything I needed was right there nearby. Hope to stay soon again!

Fußläufig erreichbarer Strand und Restaurants in Piso Livadi Die Betten sind etwas hart, das Bad hat ein Fenster zu einem Schlafzimmer, so das es dort hell und laut wird wenn jemand die Toilette in der Nacht benutzt

McCausland (7/5): Nice location and helpful staff - We liked how it was close to the beach and a few cafes/restaurants. The staff were very helpful also. Generally quite nice apartment and area. We had some issues with the hot water so had to move apartments, but the staff were helpful. Pillows were a bit hard and bed quite soft. Otherwise a decent option for a few nights.

Die sehr große Terrasse war perfekt für Frühstück und Abendessen. Wermutstropfen ist die Baustelle gegenüber, die den Meerblick nimmt. Man ist in 3 min am Strand.

elisabeth (8/5): Très belle découverte ! - L'accueil : adorable ! Vraiment très agréable et serviable. L'appartement était très calme, lumineux, avec une jolie vue. L'ambiance très agréable, relax. Les "voisins" très discrets. Appartement très bien placé, tout peut être fait à pied. La plage magnifique à 2 minutes à pied, Piso Livadi à 5 minutes à pied... Le rêve ! Nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir nous garer facilement mais attention aux rues étroites et en pente ! Sinon rien à signaler.

It has everything you need for a short stay. Host was very friendly and willing to help with anything we may need during our stay. Would definitely recommend ! Parking could be tricky since it is on the street which are very narrow.

The host/manager (Emilia) was very welcoming, communicative and helpful about things to do and where to eat. Her response time is amazing. There are great eateries near the beach and the apartment. Short walk. Would’ve loved an AC or a fan in the living room area. But the bedrooms had AC so that was a plus. I would consider staying here again but update the description since there are constructions and sea view is obstructed. View is a peep at best.

Le camere sono pulitissime e ben curate, con tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. Un altro punto forte è la gentilezza del personale: la ragazza che ci ha accolte è stata super disponibile, sempre pronta a darci consigli utili e a renderci il soggiorno ancora più speciale. La posizione dell'hotel è perfetta, a pochi minuti di distanza dal mare, quindi facile da raggiungere le principali attrazioni senza essere troppo nel caos. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chi cerca un soggiorno tranquillo, confortevole e ben posizionato!

Ademas los propietarios muy atentos con todo: recomendaciones y nos dejaron una sombrilla Durante dos noches había un grupo de jovenes que hacían mucho ruido. Se entiende que son jovenes, pero los propietarios deberían dejar más claras las reglas a la gente joven.
lucie (8/5): - L'emplacement est vraiment top! A proximité de la plage, des restaurants. L'accueil est top. L'équipement du logement date un peu et n'est pas suffisant pour 5 personnes. Les lits banquettes ne sont pas trop confortables. La climatisation n'est présente que dans la chambre. Donc si vous dormez sur les banquettes c'est sous la chaleur et sans stores.

Smedsgård (10/5): Toppenboende med toppenservice. Kan absolut tänka mig att komma tillbaka. - Trevligt, lugnt område. Fint beläget i en backe. Rent och fräscht samt bekväm säng. Stort pluss var tvättmaskinen. En pool hade varit magiskt. Och lite mer grönska.

Isabelle (8/5): Très bien mais bien vérifier quel appartement réserver dans le complexe - À 2mn à pied de la belle plage de Logaras et des restaurants. A 50 du charmant port de Piso Livadi. L’appartement est beau, plutôt neuf. Places de parking faciles soit juste devant soit dans un parking public à coté. Emilia notre hôtesse, charmante et qui parle français. Je pensais avoir réservé un appartement avec vue mer et je me suis retrouvée avec un appartement avec vue sur la rue et les voitures garées ainsi qu’un immeuble en construction en bout de rue qui prend toute la vue…de plus le logement réservé pour 5 personnes s’est révélé etre avec 1 chambre + 3 couchettes dans le séjour… sans Clim. Pas terrible en termes de confort, ps assez de rangements pour les affaires, et pas de Clim, donc nous dormions Clim allumée dans la chambre pour espérer rafraîchir le séjour avec des grands enfants dont les pieds dépassaient du lit…

No había leído pero nunca hacían limpieza ni cambios de toallas. No tiene estacionamiento y además hay una obra en construcción que hace muy fea la vista

Patricia Wyckmans (1/5): Expérience Inacceptable – Nous n'avons Pas Séjourné - Rien Absolument rien ne correspondait à la description de cette propriété. Dès notre arrivée, la déception fut immense. Premièrement, le parking annoncé était inexistant. Pour couronner le tout, nous avons été confrontés à un chantier en cours avec trois bâtiments en construction juste à côté et en face, rendant toute vue sur mer promise complètement obstruée À l'intérieur, les problèmes se sont accumulés : un bidon électrique d'eau chaude était dangereusement installé juste au-dessus de la douche. L'électroménager était abîmé, et il n'y avait presque rien pour cuisiner. La terrasse était partagée, sans aucune intimité. Le lit double est petit, colle au mur et la fenêtre donne sur un mur Enfin, à part une bouteille d'eau, rien n'était fourni. Quand nous avons fait part de notre étonnement, la réponse fut : "Vous n'avez qu'à aller faire des courses !" Face à cette accumulation de non-conformités et de désagréments majeurs, nous avons pris la décision de ne pas rester et avons cherché un autre hébergement. Nous ne recommandons absolument pas cet endroit.

laurent (3/5): - Je déconseille fortement. Vétusté, nous avions réservé pour 5 on nous a entassé dans un studio pour 4 pers maxi. Nous voulions prendre une autre chambre mais c était complet . La réceptionniste nous fuyait tous les jours . Aucun professionnalisme. A faire Seul la proximité des commerces, taverne.est le seul avantage de cette endroit.

Front door was not easy to open from inside. Screws were loose. We got a knife to screw in the nails so we could open the door. Mentioned as above

sarah (9/5): Amazing, love Paros and this area - The location is perfect, you are a few steps to a beautiful beach ( logaras) and the bus stop. We ended up renting a car and parking was not an issue. The hotel made the arrangements for us and someone came at the agreed upon time to drop off the selected vehicle, a truly seamless process. Staff was amazing, so so helpful with providing information about the island. Emilia checked us in early, was so kind and informative, amazing customer service!! The property is exactly as depicted in the pics. We loved the area, as we visited Parikia and Naoussa but loved the quietness and chill vibes of this area, as piso lavadia is a few blocks to the left wth a beautiful view, a few shops and really yummy restaurants. There is a mini mart (2 min walk) and a grocery store about a 13 min walk away. Only a few small things, but I would still book this unit again ! The shower was messy, no matter how you tried to contain the water inside, the floor was always a bit wet. There was no oil for cooking, no cutting board, and no dish to bake something in the oven. No bottled water upon arrival which would have been appreciated as you are not able to consume the tap water.

Liezl (10/5): Great, peaceful stay! - The property is very well located close to a beach and shops and restaurants. The bus stop is a short walk away. The property was clean, modern, well equipped to make your stay comfortable. The property also offered assistance with arranging airport transfers. There was a lot of stairs to climb with luggage to get to the unit we stayed in. That is something to take into account when you have older guests.
Karla (4/5): Desconfortável não recomendo este alojamento, as fotos não correspondem a realidade - A Cleopatra a pessoa responsável e que nos atendeu. 2 Quartos muito pequenos do tamanho de cama de casal e menos de 1 metro da porta a mala não cabia dentro do quarto. As malas ficaram na sala. A casa de banho muito pequena, chuveiro muito apertado, má ventilação com cheiro a humidade e sem espaço para por as amenities, teve que ficar tudo na mesa da sala. Enfim a sala foi o apoio do quarto e do wc. Acesso difícil rua estreita e cheia de carros mesmo em cima da entrada para a casa. Os carros não deviam parar na rua tão estreita em frente ao apartamento até porque há parque de estacionamento perto. Conclusão as fotos no booking são uma ilusão não representam a realidade. Já fiquei em apartamentos de 45 m2 e com outra configuração design Arqt de interiores. Muito desconfortável.
