• Guest (5/5): Staying there once isn't bad, but there is room for improvement - I liked the outside of the restaurant, it was nice to eat in a pleasant green area. It would have been even better if the breakfast had not only been edible, but also varied. But they could only present the same thing every morning. I liked the balcony and the spacious room. The shower cabin and the bathroom design are good. I didn't like that the socket next to the bed didn't work. I didn't like that the breakfast was exactly the same every morning. I didn't like that the dinner was 99% the same every night. Side dishes were boiled potatoes, mashed potatoes, fried potatoes every night. The main course offer was unworthy of a hotel that advertises itself as a 4-star hotel. Every night the same poor offer, fried chicken pieces, fried pork pieces, fusilli with carbonara sauce. Fried zucchini or other vegetables. They could get a cookbook or take part in an imagination improvement training. What I really didn't like was that it is not an environmentally friendly hotel at all. It produces a huge amount of single-use plastics. Pudding, milkshakes in single-use plastic cups, with single-use plastic spoons, water, soft drinks also in single-use plastic cups.

• Ozsvat (8/5): Satisfăcător - Mi-a placut hotelul, este foarte aproape de plaja, e destul de frumos, camere spatioase. Mancarea a fost destul de buna, nu foarte variata, dar mereu proaspata si calda. Nu mi- a placut ca a trebuit sa platim parcarea, desi pe booking scria ca parcarea e inclusa. N- am înteles de ce a trebuit sa platim 150 de leva pt 6 nopti, pt parcarea,care era a hotelului. A fost ft dezamagitor. Un alt lucru e lispa de activitati la piscina hotelului. Mi- ar fi placut niste muzica, eventual o baie cu spume, ceva acolo pt distractie.. acolo m- am simtit ca la băi😂 Era prea liniște, nu era atmosfera aia de vacanta plus ca dupa ora 6 nu mai aveai voie sa faci baie.. In rest a fost destul de ok.
• Stefan Cristache (3/5): Foarte rau! - Pozitionarea fata de plaja, personalul de la bar si de la receptie, apa din piscina arata bine si era curata. Am avut două camere duble la all inclusive, 6 nopți. Mobilierul era vechi, cu semne clare de uzură, tapițeriile pătate și scămoșate, așternuturile și saltelele pătate și cu fire de păr rămase de la alți turiști. Termostatul era scos din perete și se mai ținea doar în fire, pereții erau galbeni, crăpați și murdari, nu toate prizele și becurile funcționau. Sticla de la duș era murdara, scurgerile erau înfundate, fire de păr și aici, cele de pe furtunul dușului ajungând pe tine când te spălai, etajera din duș era ruptă, semne clare de rugină peste tot, para dușului exfoliată și crăpată, tavanul îngălbenit și crăpat, chitul dintre plăcile de gresie lipsea pe alocuri, neaspirat pe jos la primirea camerelor. Așternuturile nu au fost schimbate, zilnic puteai cere doar săpun (de foarte proastă calitate), șampon (nu exista gel de duș), hârtie igienică și luarea gunoiului. Scaunele și masa de plastic de pe balcon erau șubrede și murdare, iar despărțitorul dintre balcoane erau crăpat și desprins din perete. Dușul de la piscină avea gresia acoperită de mâzgă. Mâncarea a fost foarte puțin variată și se făcea refill diferit, neaducandu-se aceeași mâncare în loc când se termina (la unele feluri de mâncare). Sucurile erau doar în varianta cu zahăr. Meniul consta în diferite feluri de cartofi (prăjiți, copți, piure sau în alte combinații), salate de legume și o carne tocată folosită în mai multe mâncăruri. Desertul a fost foarte slab reprezentat, înghețată, câteva fructe, doar câteva fursecuri și grisine la care nu se mai făcea deloc refill.
• DIMITAR MANIKATOV (7/5): - Чистотата беше на топ ниво. Много близо до плажа. Ресторанта не е достатъчно голям за толкова много хора. Много често свършват приборите, понякога и чиниите. Доматите в салатата през цялото време бяха полувкиснати. Матраците са зле, възглавниците още по-зле.

Nepáčilo sa mi, že keď sme chceli ísť k bazénu, lehátka boli obsadené, hoci ľudia neboli v bazéne a ani na lehátkach — mali tam len prehodený uterák.

• Erika (7/5): Destul de aproape de plajă! - In fiecare zi prosoape curate,hârtie igienică,patul aranjat,curat.M-a mirat faptul ca fără să cerem,zilnic venea femeia de serviciu, își făcea meseria, deci bravooo! Începând de la parcare care trebuia să fie gratis,trebuia plătită și destul de scump,mâncare nu așa de diversificată,măcar cartofi prăjiți zilnic :)) au fost .PER total ok la prețul ăsta, daca rezervi din timp….

Advertised with parking included, when arrived there we had to pay 25 leva per day and no mention of it beforehand, when you asked about it the blonde lady at the reception said that we can cancel and leave if we want, and that shows how much empathy they have for clients coming from a 10 h drive. Long queues for food, no cutlery, no enough plates, recycled dishes, sour tomatoes, 1-2 types of deserts, fruits would finish before you get to take one. Everyone is just unhappy to serve, smile or sort any type of issue. Basic room, limescale everywhere, old furniture, cracks in the walls. Broken umbrellas that would fly away every 5 minutes, towels left on sunbeds since early mornings and not enough of them, is like a warzone for anything there. The only good thing is the location. Does not deserve 2 stars.

• Emilia (6/5): Slab - 1. Locația foarte aproape de plaja. De la hotel mergi foarte puțin pe o alee, traversezi strada și ajungi la plajă 2. Piscină frumoasă și curată 3. Personalul de la bar foarte amabil 4. Mâncare bunicică, destul de variata, dar cam condimentată pentru gustul meu 5. Apartamentul este foarte spațios, are două camere mari și o terasa generoasă. Noi am stat la etajul 8 (există lift) și am avut și o priveliște frumoasă, parțial spre mare 1. Curățenia lasă mult de dorit și chiar nu sunt o persoană pretențioasă. Mocheta din camera nu cred ca a fost curățată niciodată, era plină de păr (cameristele dau doar cu mătura din loc în loc și nu aspiră), mult praf pe mobila veche și în dulapuri ( a trebuit să șterg mai întâi ca să pot așeza hainele), pânze de păianjen în baie, prosoapele arată ca niște cârpe, iar salteaua este incomodă și murdară. Pe canapeaua extensibila nici nu s-a putut dormi din cauza arcurilor ieșite 2. Mâncarea este foarte condimentată și nu am găsit ceva potrivit pentru copil (10 luni), în afară de cartofii la cuptor cu mărar. Pentru micul dejun a fost ok, a mâncat iaurt, ou fiert, pâine cu unt și fructe 3. Personalul de la recepție destul de rigid, vorbesc destul de puțin limba engleză, nu știu să zâmbească 4. Nu există uscător de rufe ( deși se specifică faptul ca ar fi), așa ca e destul de greu să usuci prosoapele și costumele de baie

• Rosario (3/5): Orrible - Il personale al ristorante. The first day after our arrival we asked for some clean towels to replace the old ones because the room had not been cleaned. On the following day, along with towels, we also requested toilet paper because, for the second night in a row, the room still hadn’t been cleaned. The third day we strongly complained at the reception because, once again, for the third consecutive day, the room had not been serviced. We were again given towels and toilet paper. The following day, at around 10:30 a.m., a maid came to the room and aggressively addressed us in Bulgarian—we could only understand the word “reception.” She grabbed our towels, threw a couple on the floor, quickly wiped the floor using our towels, and then left. We later realized that this was a common practice used by the cleaning staff. As shown in the photos, there was no cleaning cart with a mop or proper floor-cleaning tools, so it seems they use towels instead. In the following days, the room was occasionally. In the end, we decided to buy cleaning products ourselves and clean the bathroom (see photos). The parking situation is a real scam. The hotel does have a parking area, but they let local guys manage it, and they charge guests simply to park on the street. It’s basically a form of protection to avoid damage to your car. The hotel itself is in a dilapidated state. The receptionist was extremely rude. Cleanliness was poor throughout the property. At the restaurant, we sometimes found plates that were not properly washed—they were greasy and dirty, making it impossible to use them. We had to wait until clean plates were available. As for the food, some dishes were decent, but the menu was extremely repetitive—just a few options served over and over again, morning and evening. Food was often recycled; once they even reused French fries, which were completely inedible. The only positive note was the restaurant staff—they were very friendly. On the last night, we found a cockroach in the bathroom...

Despite the efforts of the staff, it is not possible to manage such a significant workload with such limited resources. The food quality is satisfactory, but it does not meet the standards of a 4-star establishment. The Pool area sunbeds reservation needs to be strictly prohibited and controlled.

I didn’t like some of the stuff, i found a bug in my room on the second day, i told the staff and the lady from the reception didn’t really care, she shrugged her shoulders. And the sheets were kind of dirty. Almost the same food everyday, it was nice but not much diversity.

• Enoiu (6/5): Nu recomand - The food was good, silence. This hotel is quite old and does not deserve its 4-star rating – 2 stars would be more appropriate. There is no buffet service; instead, guests have to wait in line for food. The furniture is outdated, there are visible water stains on the ceiling in both the room and the hallways, and the bathroom fixtures were barely functional. Cockroaches appeared through the shower drain, and the staff seemed poorly trained. Additionally, extra charges were applied for parking, even though the lot belongs to the hotel. Overall, this property is in urgent need of renovation and proper management. I cannot recommend this hotel and I will not return – perhaps not even to the resort.
• Tanya (9/5): Відпусткою задоволенні!! - Дуже позитивне враження від готелю! Сподобались всі кулінарні страви, ввічливий персонал, нормальне прибирання. Номер звичайний стандартний, але нас все влаштовувало. А головне розташування готелю до моря! Хочеться сюди повернутися на відпочинок. Біля басейну мало лежаків і постійно вони всі зайняті.
• Denisa (1/5): FÉNIX ROZHODNĚ NE - Umístění hotelu. Hotel Fénix se sice prezentuje jako čtyřhvězdičkový, ale realita tomu absolutně neodpovídá – maximálně by si zasloužil dvě hvězdy, a to ještě s odřenýma ušima. Pokoje jsou zastaralé, špatně uklizené a rozhodně nepůsobí komfortně. Postel byla nepohodlná, vybavení opotřebované. Čistota byla velký problém – koberec špinavý, koupelna nedostatečně uklizená, všude prach. Dalším velkým zklamáním byla nabídka služeb. Animační program? Nula. Hotel sice slibuje zábavu a doprovodné aktivity, ale v praxi se nedělo vůbec nic. Pokud jedete s rodinou a čekáte vyžití pro děti, budete hodně zklamaní. Jídlo obecně bylo průměrné – výběr dezertů katastrofální. Od čtyřhvězdičkového hotelu by člověk čekal úplně jinou úroveň. Nabízí All inclusive, ale s All inclusive to nemá společné nic. Stále nebyli talíře a příbory. Málo stolů, takže jsme jedli v hotelovém vestibulu. Celkově bych hotel Fénix rozhodně nedoporučila Za ceny, které si účtuje, nedostanete ani zdaleka to, co slibuje. Na čtyři hvězdy se tváří jen na webu, ve skutečnosti se jedná o slabý, maximálně dvouhvězdičkový hotel. Pokud chcete příjemnou dovolenou nebo pohodlné ubytování, hledejte jinde..

• Anatolie (4/5): Fenix**** ---- - Aproape de mare. Relativ curat. Fructe, legume, dulciuri all inclusive. E totul vechi, jerpelit, in camera prosoape albituri vechi. Mâncarea de calitate scăzută, nu era gustos, era totul prea rasfiert prea prăjit. Băuturile 0 turnau din niște bidoane de 3 litri. Parcarea te pun sa le plătești 25 leva pe zi. Eu am vrut sa parchez doar pe o zi se subînțelege 24 ore, cu gândul să găsesc mai eftin. Mi-a cerut 50 leva, a zis că azi e azi și mâine e alta zi, menționez am ajuns la hotel la 16.00 - i-am zis că până în 11.00 plec + că ma parcat pe trotuar înafara hotelului. In 10 minute de căutare cu chatgpt am găsit parcare chiar vizavi - cu bariera cu paza cu camere și 20 leva pe 24 de ore, nu la băiețașii hotelului. Pentru banii care i-am plătit o persoană și 4558 lei pentru 7 zile a fost cea mai proasta alegere hotel fenix****

• Gheorghe (3/5): - A fost curățenie în camera,fetele veneau în fiecare zi pentru curățenie și schimbarea prosoapelor. Mâncarea nu era diversificata, in 4 zile,cat am stat noi, doar două -trei feluri de mâncare s-au schimbat; spațiul nu era suficient, am așteptat și 30 min sa se elibereze o masa pentru a putea manca. In prima zi au avut program doar o ora pentru mese,ceea ce a făcut să fie foarte aglomerat...din a doua zi au schimbat programul. La mesele din apropierea piscinei aveai voie să stai doar daca ai fi consumat ceva contra cost de la barul hotelului, nu cu bauturile incluse in programul de mese incluse ; sucurile erau disponibile la dozator doar la micul dejun,după acesta doar apa era disponibila. Piscina se închidea la ora 18, deșii era soare și ar mai fi putut prelungi programul avand in vedere că era plin sezon...

• Bolocan (10/5): - Am avut o experiență deosebit de plăcută la Hotel Fenix, Sunny Beach. Am fost cazați într-un apartament foarte spațios și curat, care ne-a oferit tot confortul necesar pentru un sejur relaxant. Un mare avantaj a fost distanța extrem de mică față de plajă, ceea ce ne-a permis să ne bucurăm de mare în orice moment al zilei. Priveliștea de pe balcon a fost absolut încântătoare – atât spre mare, cât și spre stațiune. De altfel, balconul, amplasat pe ambele laturi exterioare ale apartamentului, este foarte generos și creează un spațiu perfect pentru momente de relaxare. Atmosfera generală a hotelului este foarte plăcută și prietenoasă. Ne-am simțit atât de bine încât am decis să prelungim sejurul inițial de 5 nopți, iar un plus considerabil a fost faptul că am putut păstra aceeași cameră, fără să fim nevoiți să ne mutăm. Nu am niciun aspect negativ de semnalat. Menționez doar că diferențele între studio și apartament țin mai ales de suprafață și de tipul băii – în timp ce studioul are cabină de duș, apartamentul dispune de cadă, practic nu există două camere separate. Ambele tipuri de camere dispun de facilitățile unui studio. Recomand cu căldură acest hotel și cu siguranță voi reveni cu plăcere! 🌊☀️

• Mihai (2/5): - Nu știu dacă mi-a plăcut ceva ce tine de hotel mi-a plăcut stațiunea plaja Mizeria din sala de mese ,faptul că nu aveai niciodată tacâmuri ,mâncarea aceași in fiecare zi ,baru cu o jumătate de ore înainte de masă este închis,baru principal din lobby este doar pt clienți cu bani la fel și mesele cu fotolii sărăcimea avea un bar in sala de mese unde se serveau băuturi proaste la pahar de plastic 200 ml și aveai dreptu la 2 pahare de persoana daca aveai nevoie de mai mult ereai nevoit să iei coada de la cap

В градината сутрин до като закусваш 5-6жени вървят покрай масите и се мете... Капацитетът на ресторанта не може да побере гостите ,който са на пансион или он-инкузив Дори едната вечер трябваше да вечерям навън Препълнен хотел..Въпроса е да вземем парите,но с хората какво се случва.. Ако всеки работи с респект и качество ,Всичко ще е чудесно!!! 🍀

There are not enough tables for all the guests in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner, you have to wait a long time for a free table, then there are not enough cutlery, the food is good but you have to wait a long time to be served. The tablecloths on the tables are not clean, the cutlery is dirty, there are food stains left behind, the restaurant floor is dirty and full of fallen food.There are a small number of sunbeds at the pool that can never be reached because they are taken during the night.Guests must lie on the nearby lawn, Half of the tables on the restaurant's terrace are not allowed to be used, because they are rented to a cafe. And finally, the most interesting thing was that the maid entered our room at 8 in the morning without knocking on the door,

• Constantin (4/5): A choice for no more than 2 days vacation - The view to sea side from the room's balcony. The hotel location close to the beach and the well maintained pool. The apartment is large, has two bathrooms and a functional air conditioned. If you don't have too much exceptions, is good; recommended for no more than 2-3 days at a sensitive high cost. The worst experience is the All Inclusive concept and management. It is mentioned in reviews, but I did not believe can be so bad! Have to stay in line 15...20 min, have to wait for a plate for another 10...15min (not enough plates, spoons or forks). Finding a free table is an adventure. Do not expect to find a free sunbeds on the pool area during the day. Cleaning in the common areas like restrooms need improvement. The personal in the restaurant is young and they do not have all the training proper done to respect the safety of tourist. Drinks are served in majority of the cases in plastic glasses. Do not expect to see a space like 4 stars, it is 3 stars hotel; I don't know how they got 4. The furniture in the Booking rooms are old and damaged. Sofa bed is not flat, cannot sleep on it. There is some mold on the balcony. Bed small in the bathroom. The way the hotel is managing the collaboration with partners, like parking management is poor! The area is full, I was informed by one price in advance by the hotel and the parking staff asked to pay one extra day, they did not calculated every 24h parking (asked to pay 3 days for two nights booking!). I don't recommend for long vacation (more than 2-3 days).
• Иван (3/5): АЛАРМА ЗА НОВ МЕНИДЖМЪНТ! - Локацията е отлична, а базата има голям потенциал, но до тук. Камериерките влизат в стаите без да почукат в 7:30 сутринта! Матраците са смачкани и скърцащи, банята е съвсем различна от обявената на снимките, ще прикача снимка на действителността. Закуската и вечерята са в столова, а не ресторант - възможно най-базовите компоненти за изхранване: Закуска - пържени филий, баница, кренвирш, наденица, яйца, макарони, банан и портокал Вечеря - ориз, пюре, печен картоф, шницел, домати и краставици, сладолед скрежина и банан с диня. За 4 звезден хотел с тази локация и база, може да си позволи 1 кадърен готвач с визия да направи изкуство и да вдигне стандарта значително. Страхотен басейн, но с 20 шезлонга, които още от 7 сутринта са застлани с хавлии, но хора няма. При толкова хубав и голям басейн и такава голяма градина да нямате поне 40% от легловата база шезлонги... в други курорти използват и тревните площи без особено големи разходи за доработка, предполагам е заради паркингите, които са обявени на цена от 20лв в сайта, а таксувате 25лв на място и някаква измишльотина, която изобщо не е обявена 5лв/час просрочено време (просрочено време е, ако си пристигнал в 19ч и си платиш за 1цял ден -25лв, то на следвщия в 12:00 започва следващия ден по техния часовник, което е нелепо за гост на хотела при положение, че пред хотела на Лазур цената за ден паркинг е 20лв и се таксува от час до час (24ч сумарно)). Касов бон не ми беше издаден за паркинга, като помолих за касов бон, момчето тепърва включи касовия апарат и го попитах дали не издава попринцип, а отговора беше: "Само, ако някой поиска". Не стига, че в съобщението преди пристигане пишете, че ще създадете комфорт, а още не сме влезли и правите опити да ни изнудвате по незаконен начин типичен за българския туризъм. (казвам го със съжаление и желание нещата да се променят към по-добро). Съвет: направете го 15лв за гости и 25лв за външни посетители, за се чувстват гостите поласкани малко поне, а имате и хубави табелки за паркинга, на тях има поле за час, който не се попълва.
• Pavlova Maya (1/5): Не препоръчвам този хотел. Не отговаря на 4 звезди. - Локацията Липсваха достатъчно хавлии, дори за ръце . Поставихаме въпроса на рецепция, както и пред управителя, отговориха ни, че пералнята не смиогвала? Липсваше всякаква организация на закуската и вечерята, не достигаха съдове и прибори, нямаше места за сядане, абе просто война....

• Dezsi (7/5): - A szoba elég jó,a kilátás az erkélyről szuper. Nincs elég hely az ebédlőben,tányéral a kézben kel járkálni még kapsz egy asztalt, az evőkészletre néha kell várni, nincs rendesen takaritva az asztal. A medencénél nincs elég ágy reggel 7-kor már le van foglalva.
• Sanja (10/5): Vraticemo se opet bilo je fenomenalno - Cistacice su sredjivale apartmane svakog dana. Osoblje u baru je bilo super, od 11h do 22h je radio bar mogli smo da porucimo sta god zelimo i koliko zelimo. Imali su i veliki izbor zestokih pica, sokova. Uvek su bili ljubazni . Od pica smo probali pivo, sokove, koktele… kafa se posluzivala tokom celog dana. Sto se hrane tice bila je i previse. Corbica svakog dana. Salate vise vrsta. Veliki izbor ukusnih jela. Posebno mi se dopala pileca krilca, snicle, pomfrit, krompir. Svakog dana je bilo puno voca, lubenice, pudinga, kolaca. Za dorucak dzem, krem, pahuljice i jos mnogo drugih stvari. Niko nije mogao ostati gladan. Restoran cist kao i ceo objekat. Pogodno za porodice sa decom kao i mlade. Posebno bih izdvojila animatore, divni nasmejani uvek, odusevili su nas. Mnogo su mili i dragi. Igraonica je bila otvorena svakog dana za decu. Preko celog dana je bilo aktivnosti. Pikado., bojenje majica, Vaterpolo za odrasle i vecu decu. Vezbanje za zene uz instruktore. Uvece je bio disko za decu. Igrali su i roditelji. Pogled je bio ocaravajuc ka moru i bazenu. Plaza na 2 min.od stana, setaliste odmah ispred hotela. Bazen ogroman, postepen od 40 cm dubine do 160 cm. . Ima 3 lifta i nema cekanja. Parking ispred hotela se doplacuje a ima i neki dalje od hotela besplatan. Celokupna organizacija osoblja u hotelu je vrlo profesionalna. Ovo je jedno fenomenalno iskustvo . Vredi svaki dinar. Dosla bih opet na ovo mesto. Ne postoji tako nesto

• Gabor11111 (4/5): - Szobák tiszták,jó elhelyezés, kívülről szép,nagy medence A szobák nagyon regimodiak,lepukkant szoba,vacsorára nem volt csak víz az uditoautomataba,kevés a személyzet ezért az ebédlőben nagy mocsoksag .saját parkolójában fizetős parkolás, törött székek és törött napozó ágyak,sokat kellett várni az ebédlőben a kevés hely miatt és ha találtál is helyet nehezen takarítottak el az előző emberek után koszosan hagyva az asztalt.

• JOANNA (3/5): In short – this place discourages you from coming back rather than inviting you to return. - This hotel was one big disappointment. We extended our stay for one more night, but despite reporting it personally at the reception, our room key was never extended. Emails? No answer. Personal requests? Pointless. The service and organization are far below what you would expect from a 4-star hotel. Check-in took over half an hour – just like the long queues from the old socialist times. On top of that, we were told to come back for wristbands at 3 PM, which meant we couldn’t even have lunch we had already paid for. The restaurant was pure chaos – endless queues, no plates, no cutlery, sometimes not even free tables. Tea and coffee were only available in plastic cups – not exactly 4-star service. The queues were so long that getting any hot food was impossible. Luckily, I’m a vegetarian and could survive on salads. At the pool, different rules applied – sunbeds were “reserved” with towels from early morning, as if a towel were a legal title of ownership. The actual guests were nowhere to be seen for hours, but their towels stood guard faithfully. In the corridors and in our room there was a strong musty smell, adding to the unpleasant impression. The internet was so weak that it might as well not have existed – sending a carrier pigeon would have been faster. To make matters worse, on Saturday 16.08 someone (most likely housekeeping) opened our door before 8 AM, waking us up, and immediately closed it. The same thing happened the next day at 8:05. Doesn’t the cleaning staff have any information on which rooms are occupied? This is a complete lack of respect for guests’ privacy and security. Fortunately, we stayed only two nights – and then moved to another hotel where we immediately felt the standard that truly matches four stars. Here, the four stars were probably only in the logo.
• Marius Sergiu (2/5): Fugiti de aceasta locatie - Mai nimic Incep cu locurile de parcare. Am ajuns la hotel. Erau 2 locuri de parcare in parcarea hotelului . A venit un copilandru sa parchez in spatele hotelului deoarece acele locuri erau rezervate. De cand se rezerva locurile de parcare? Bineînțeles ca nu am mutat-o. Menționez ca am stat doar o noapte! Apoi checkinul a fost ok fara probleme ajungând la hotel la ora 15.00. Camera cu așternuturi curate dar restul sub orice critica. Nu pot sa dau nici 2 stele acestui hotel care pretinde ca are 4. In fine. Am venit doar pentru o noapte asa ca nu merita sa caut alt hotel. La baie un tub mic de gel de dus si un săpun la chiuveta care nici clăbuc nu face. Bine ca era apa calda . Bineînțeles ca curățenia in baie era se dorit. Am primit doar o cartela ca sa nu putem lasa nici macar telefonul la încărcat atâta timp cat esti plecat din camera. Pe balcon doua scaune si o măsuță erau împuțite! Cred ca acolo au uitat sa mai faca curat! Mâncarea( menționez ca am luat demipensiune) execrabila. Plina de ulei si nu prea aveai ce sa alege, iar ca sa mananci trebuia sa stai la un rand infernal . Nu au suficiente mese la numărul de persoane cazate, iar a trebuit sa astept 20 minute ca sa aduca farfurii. Cand aduceau cate 20 de farfurii era bătaie pe ele. In fine, am mancat ceva dar nimic special, doar prăjeli congelate, aproape arse si uscate. La breakfast cum am reamintit ouăle, kaiserul, mezelurile pline de grăsime sau bălteau in ulei. La piscina erau foarte puține șezlonguri ca sa acopere numărul de persoane care vroiau in aceasta zona, multi stăteau pe iarba pe prosoape. Lipsesc cu desăvârșire umbrele sau zone de umbra. Eu unul nu o sa mai calc prin aceasta locație.
