- B5314WCsherrih (2/5): Horrible - Horrible. I have been here a lot during bad weather and never had it been so run down. One room the shower didn't work, had to unplug and reset the AC/heater to get it to work. Beds and room look like they are not cleaned properly. No trash cans. No towels and wash clothes and toilet paper, have to get from when you check in, as people may steal it. TV does not one in one of the rooms. Have always been able to stay a little longer if needed to wait out storm. However was told before actual check out cards was already shut off to get back in room 30 min before was actually supposed to check out and was confronted by staff had to pay for another room ASAP as if I have ever not paid. I won't be back. Ridiculous. $79 for an hour extra to stay after 11am check out time. Her husband also drives a semi truck and my children witnessed him hit a parked vehicle in the parking lot and no one told the renter about it. Damage was done to vehicle. This was for 01/8/2024 if person that vehicle was damaged needs to know.
- sunitaayar (10/5): big and nice rooms and service. - They have separate buildings by rates and facilities.... cheap and regular rooms, So what you pay will get . this is outside and private property so if u compare with chain hotels definitely not like that, but the service is good and rooms are nice - clean.
- ramaJama (6/5): Farmshow - Close to the farm show is the main advantage for staying here. It's not well maintained and could be cleaned better. The mattress was terrible, should have been changed 15 years ago. The commode was so close to the wall you had to sit side way to do the paper work. A full bar of soap was provided but one half oz. of shampoo was to last 4 days.
- 860leannd (2/5): Disgustingly Filthy - After a pipe bursting in our home we needed to find a hotel ASAP! This place offered affordable weekly rates. We stayed several days as repairs continues to our home.
When we first walked I'm the room it was nothing like the lobby. The room stunk of mildew! I actually made my children stay in the vehicle while I cleaned the room after purchasing bleach and cleaning products. The linens were filthy and there were even bugs in the floor. At least they were dead!
I assure you if my family had any other option... "Room150" would have Never been an experience for us! I understand "inexpensive" hotels are not comparable to the quality we are accustom to .... However this was pure Filth!!!
Oh, I also had to run to Walmart as the room did not even have a trash can!
If you happen to be in town for Calico or the car show... please save yourself the stress!
- howell30507 (10/5): The Best - The people at the Country Hearth Inn and Suites are so nice, the rooms are so home set and what ever you need it's right there. When I was coming in I called to get help finding the place. The gentlemen there was so nice and patient he stayed on the phone and gave me step by step instructions on how to get there. After I arrived there was no wait I just gave my card signed and in about two seconds I was in my room resting. The wifi let me send my emails and I was able to just sit back and relax for the rest of the day. The next day I was so impressed with the breakfast they had orange apple and grapefruit juice, with coffee and muffins and biscuits it was so good. I do recommend this hotel for anyone who stays in Gainesville, GA for a night or two.
- carshowjunkie (4/5): Beware of online reservations during Moultrie swap meet - We booked this hotel five months in advance of the car parts swap meet held each Feb and Nov. Got an excellent price on line and was happy until arriving at check in and was told they did not have my reservation but had a cancellation room at almost double the price. I called corporate office who assured us we did have a reservation and at the price I expected, they then talked to the manager who refused to honor our price. After the manager talked to at least 3 higher ups, she still did not wish to honor our price and was very rude, telling us if we didn't like it we could go elsewhere (which is impossible during this car event). Anyhow somewhere along the line (after waiting 1 1/2 hrs to straighten this out) they did honor our reservation and treated us real nice after that. Hotel was decent but we got no coffee replacements glad we brought our own provisions.
- ForeverIDoWeddings (2/5): Not thrilled - We booked after seeing the hotel online. Showed up to a renovated lobby but the rooms were not. Outside rooms and there is a very strong (probably disinfectant) smell. We had reserved a suite which was actually two ajoining rooms. We decided to seek a room elsewhere.
The staff was very friendly and apologetic.
