- Kay (10/5): Very dog friendly hotelon the beach - The hotel was very easy to find and right on the beach. Nothing was too much for the owner. WiFi was pretty good. We had an evening meal, which was great. This hotel is very dog friendly and does not charge for your pet either. The shower was actually a wet room and the shower was a rainforest one. Lovely hotel and I would recommend it to anyone.
- John (10/5): - I had work to do in Campbeltown and needed a place to stay overnight. This hotel is a wee gem in beautiful surroundings.
The rooms are finished to a high standard, the food and drinks menu is extensive but not too expensive and Nick and his staff are attentive and friendly. I will definitely stay here again when next in the area and can thoroughly recommend it.

Owners are very friendly and seem happy to have you as a guest! Worth a note is the large (homemade) jam selection they have at breakfast!
- Clare (10/5): - Excellent, all aspects
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Fantastic location, friendly staff, great breakfast.
- michael (8/5): Stunning venue - I had a very pleasant stay, the food was good breakfast large and good the location was stunning only feet from the sea, on the down side and only a miner point the WiFi was poor.
- David (10/5): Outstanding food!!!! - One of the best hotels i have stayed in for a long time (buisness stay). Food is incredible! Owners are fantastic, found out i was working outside on a cold day and they gave me a flask of tea to take to work! Only point i would make for people staying on buisness which is no fault of the hotel is there is no phone signal and the broadband isnt great, but again this is out of the hotels control.
- audrey (10/5): Top place to stay - Always always a great stay. Guys are so welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast never fails and enjoyed every dinner I've had.
- Angela (8/5): Outstanding location! - The location is out of this world! Right on the beach with the most amazing views of the nearby islands and beyond. Nowhere better to start your day with the view and amazing breakfast. We also enjoyed a really tasty dinner with a sunset view.
Enjoyed having access to a well stocked bar and games/pool table.
The room and bed were in need of an upgrade which the fabulous hosts Nick and Ian told us were in the planning this year - that will make this place perfect.
- Anita (8/5): Lovely hotel - This is a beautifully renovated hotel right on the beach at Bellochantuy. We arrived an hour before check in but the host was very welcoming, more than happy for us to show us to our rooms, and offer us a cup of tea or coffee. The Dining room has a wonderful view of the beach, the lounges and bar and bedrooms are delightfully and comfortably furnished. Food at dinner and breakfast was imaginative and well cooked and presented. It was a charming place to stay.
- Peter (10/5): Thoroughly recommended - Absolutely wonderful place - one of the best hotels I've stayed in for its all-round appeal, amenities and experience. Extremely welcoming owners and friendly staff, amazing food at a great price, wonderful sea view in the restaurant and the sandy beach is accessed immediately from the patio area at the back of the hotel. A massive bonus is the friendliness towards dogs and not having to worry that your pets are a burden or nuisance in the hotel, including the eating areas. For all these reasons, we will definitely be back.
- Bill (10/5): - The hotel situated on the beach with a beautiful sunset in the evening. The two course meal deal was excellent as was the staff attending to us. A gem of a place not to be missed.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Lovely outlook - Return visit to hotel. Always a warm welcome received, yes some of the room looks a little tired but great value for money and beautiful location.
- Jolynne (10/5): - A lovely hotel in a beautiful setting! Hope to return again!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Warm welcome, nothing too much trouble, food was ok and reasonably priced room. Great if you like the coast!
