• Robert (5/5): I appreciated that the room was clean but whether we had the do not disturb sign on the door or not, staff was knocking - Location. Elevator. Initial entry process is frustrating. Both times we stayed there it took 20 minutes to get initially buzzed in. The fact that we had to produce cash to pay city tax and leave it in the room was an irritating experience. That tax could have been paid online ahead of time. It seemed like they were trying to mask the full cost of the room.

• Pichová (9/5): Určitě doporučuji, pokud tedy nehledáte klasický hotel. Toto je penizon v obytném domě. - Ubytování je v centru, tedy dojdete všude pěšky. V ceně máte italskou snídani přímo na malém historickém náměstí. Ubytování bylo čisté. Líbilo se mi, že se ubytování samo ozvalo 3 dny dopředu a poté mi dali jasné pokyny, jak se do pokoje dostanu.

All kommunikasjon med ansatte ble gjort med sms, og eventuelle ansatte var veldig vanskelig å få svar fra. Skulle man være uheldig med noe å trenge kontakte ansatte tok det tid å få svar. Standarden var svært lav og prisen eksepsjonell høy. Det var enormt med bråk utenfra. Vaskedamen gjorde jobben sin, det var bra.

• Nuria (7/5): Bien para pasear por roma - La ubicación es perfecta para ver lo principal de Roma andando. Y si necesita utilizar urbano la parada está al lado del portal. Mucho ruido, no está bien insonorizado. Necesitas tapones para los oídos si eres de sueño ligero. Hay mucho tráfico y se oye mucho. Te incluye el desayuno, pero no te dicen que tienes que ir a una cafetería a unos minutos del alojamiento. Y solo te ofrecen un café, un zumito de bote pequeño y un croissant. No hay más variedad.

So close to lots of sights, great restaurants all around to walk too, taxi stand and bus stops near by. Breakfast provided was good. Very happy with m our choice of booking the Inn. Quiet at night. Bed was great.
• DIDIER (9/5): Très beau séjour - La chambre est propre, la literie de qualité, l’emplacement parfait et vue sur les toits et la basilique St Pierre. L’avenue est très fréquentée donc bruit de circulation jusqu’à 23h. Après cela va correctement.
• Martin (4/5): - Der er ikke meget luksus over Sora Luxury In bortset fra placeringen. Dette gælder både service og værelserne. Værten var ikke særlig tillidsvækkende. Værten ville dagen før vores ankomst flytte os til den anden ende af byen. Jeg ville derfor annullere mit ophold, dette kunne jeg ikke, men fik alligevel mit oprindelige værelse. Efter vores ankomst og indkvartering skulle vi pludselig flyttes til et andet og mindre værelse. Forklaringen var at der skulle foretages reparation på det værelse vi havde booket, dette havde jeg svært ved at få til at stemme da det var andre gæsters kuffert som blev indkvarteret på vores værelse.
• Carlos Manuel (9/5): Base y personal ideales para visita a Roma - Sin duda lo mejor es la ubicación, cercana a todos los puntos turísticos de interés. El personal nos facilitó en todo momento la reserva de visitas importantes, traslado al aeropuerto, información sobre Roma y nos atendieron en todo lo que necesitamos. No es un Hotel al uso, pero suficiente como lugar de descanso y reponer fuerzas. Hay cosas que pueden mejorar , como TV con internet, luces, etc … pero son detalles de menor importancia. El ascensor podría ser un problema si necesitas subir carritos o similar, para nosotros fue una curiosidad más y forma parte de la Roma pintoresca
• Annika (7/5): Bra läge i Rom - Överlag ett bra boende nära de flesta turistattraktionerna i Rom, man kan promenera till samtliga. Rummet var välstädat och fräscht. Det fanns en nespressomaskin och man fick nya kapslar nästan varje dag. Boendet ligger på våning 5 i ett bostadshus och inhyser ett antal rum. Hade kontakt med värden via whatsapp och då vi hade sen ankomst kunde de öppna via kontakt i appen. Ljudnivån från gatan utanför (som var ganska stor) var hög. Sängen var hård. Frukosten fick man på en restaurang som låg ca 5 minuters promenad bort.

Rangement pour les sacs, valises, manteaux... literie confortable, grand lit. chambre propre. Pratique le petit déjeuner très proche de la chambre sur la place du marché.c est plus un Airbnb qu un hôtel pour le côté communication avec le responsable par WhatsApp. Mais le ménage est fait Tous les jours. Pour un prochain séjour a Rome nous y reviendrons. Supers restaurants conseillés par le responsable lors de nos échanges. Seulement la douche tiède par moment. Si on tout était bien.

Strong smell of humidity, with the non-option of leaving the window open because of a shared balcony that would not allow security. In my case, there was NO HOT WATER in the morning and a bit of sewage smell when showering. I asked for an even partial reimbursement but it was not conceded. I'm sorry, but last time.

• Alexandra (6/5): Nice stay overall considering the high season - Perfect location, walkable dostance to the main attractions, spacieous rooms. The cleaning lady was very helpful despite her luck of English - she was brilliant in her caring for the guests. The description on booking is not clear, it states "Breakfast included" where in fact - there are vouchers given for visiting the cafe nearbuy where tourists are served cold coffee with the cold cruasson as pre-paid breakfast. Moreover, for the gorup of 3 people we were given only one set of keys wich is not convenient, thanks to the cleaning lady who helped us with the second key set. I suggest to use more detailed and clear descriptions in such cases so that guests will understand what to do and will not be disappointed in need to take walks around and get cold coffees with frawns.

• Marco (8/5): - B&b a meno di 5 minuti da Campo de' fiori e piazza Navona, al 5° piano di un palazzo di pregio. Appartamento ampio, con 2 letti (un matrimoniale e un divano letto). L'appartamento è ben insonorizzato. Nel televisore della camera matrimoniale sono disponibili solo i canali radio. Non vi è la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in deposito il giorno della partenza. La colazione si consuma fuori, in un bar convenzionato a 5/6 minuti a piedi.

Overall, nice little apartments to spend the night in after long days in Rome, thanks for your care at check in and check out! The owners send all the necessary information clearly and understandably via WhatsApp. However, it's like a month away from luxury inn. Many things require repairs.

• Caio (7/5): Fair cost-benefit option - Great location, access to many supermarkets, restaurants and bus stops. Only a 20-30 min walk to almost all main squares and monuments. Very standard accommodations, not fancy, but ok for people that won’t spend too much time on it. Support from host was only through WhatsApp. They were always polite, however sometimes took a while to respond. Mattress is already a bit worn out and the coffee-break included only one Roman croissant and a cappuccino, if you’d like to have more options, don’t mind the coffee-break and have it on a Cafe right around the corner.

• Szymon (10/5): Overall, my stay was very comfortable and enjoyable from start to finish. - The apartment has a very pleasant, cozy interior design. The bedroom is comfortable, and the whole place feels warm, relaxing, and very private - you really feel nicely isolated from others. The balcony view of St. Peter’s Basilica is beautiful and definitely a highlight. Daily cleaning is a big advantage, and we also appreciated being allowed to check in earlier than the standard time. One of the beds is a fold-out sofa, which is a bit less comfortable, although still fine for a few nights. The corridor is slightly narrow, which could be inconvenient if you have larger suitcases.

• Martin (9/5): - Lokalita v dostupné pěší vzdálenosti od všech podstatných pamětihodností v Římě. Check-in byl dostupný pouze přes WhatsApp, v ložnici byl poměrně dost slyšet hluk z hlavní ulice i přes zavřené okenice a okna.

La chambre était minuscule à peine la place pour le lit , la salle de bain aussi , on se cognait partout tellement c’était petit,le lit était inconfortable comme un canapé lit , poussière , saletée même sur les murs. Les propriétaires n’ont aucunes sympathies, pas de garde de bagage apres le Check out , on a dû aller payer un autre endroit pour nous les garder . Ils ont refusés de nous remettre du papier toilette . Ma pire expérience ! Pourtant je suis allée l’année dernière à Rome dans un autre établissement b&b juste la rue à côté et c’était juste parfait! Mais je vous recommande vraiment pas cet établissement ! On a payé super cher pour être dans une cage à poule.

The room had a separate sitting area which was great for storing cases and enabled us to stretch out a bit There is no reception, all contact is only done by phone which is not convenient. The TV in the bedroom didn’t work and apart from asking “have we tried both remotes” they were of no help. There is also no place to store luggage after check out so we had to find our own way to do this as our flight didn’t leave until later that night

We expected luxury. - The location was excellent, lots of patios, coffee shops and walking distance to many attractions such as the Colosseum. The property has self check in which we did not like. We never saw any staff member and there is no lobby, the only interaction is through Whatsapp. It is very basic accommodation, not luxurious.
