Eric (9/5): On reviendra - Ça n est pas la première fois que nous venons dans cet hôtel et ça ne sera pas la dernière. L’accueil est toujours agréable et les chambres sont bien entretenues. Il y a en plus des places de parking public facile et gratuite juste derrière l’hôtel. Tout était agréable.

Marian (8/5): - Consiglio la struttura per un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. La posizione è molto comodissima, vicina al lago e agli imbarcadero. C'è un parcheggio gratuito vicino all'hotel e uno a pagamento nella struttura. Alla reception abbiamo conosciuto Nikos, spero di aver ricordato bene il suo nome. È stato molto gentile e disponibile nel darci informazioni su come muoverci. La camera e il bagno sono molto grandi. Tutto è nuovo e arredato con gusto. Ci sono anche 2 terrazzi uno grande e uno piccolo. La colazione è completa, tuttavia i dolci non sono fatti in casa.

Staff were exceptionally helpful. Room was a good size. Was one floor up from the road level but there was a lift. The hotel offer parking, however there is free parking a large parking area just behind. Easy to find parking out of season. The beds were nice and firm but extremely comfortable. Good size bathroom with everything needed. We nearly missed the roof terrace which would have been a shame as the views were beautiful.

Martina (8/5): Constanza war wirklich ausgesprochen hilfsbereit, so wie man es sich von einem sehr guten Hotel vorstellen würde. - Sehr sauber, liegt zentral, nah an der Kirche, schöne Sicht auf See mit Kirche davor (von der Dachterrasse) Constanza von der Reception war sehr freundlich und außerordentlich hilfsbereit. Wir wollten eine glutenfreie Pizza und sie hat sich eigens darum gekümmert und uns kurz nach der Ankunft gleich mit einer tollen Pizzeria überrascht. Wir waren nach der langen Anreise sehr froh eine so nette und positive Person anzutreffen!
Jacqueline (9/5): Très agréable ,calme et reposant . - Hotel très bien situé en plein centre de Baveno dans une ruelle calme .Possibilité de se garer à l'hotel (payant) et juste plus bas sur un petit parking gratuit .Hotel bien décoré ,très agréable avec une chambre (Suite car nous étions 3 avec deux chambres séparées ).Petit déjeuner varié . Tout était propre depuis le bas des garages au jardin .Juste en bas de la ruelle ,les bateaux pour aller visiter les Iles .Baveno se fait à pieds très facilement ainsi que les iles .Stresa n'est pas loin en voiture ainsi que le jardin de Stresa . Le seul point à améliorer serait le nettoyage . Hormis la salle de bain avec changement des serviettes toujours bien faite ,les chambres n'étaient pas toujours bien nettoyer .Un des jours de notre séjour ,la chambre du haut n'était pas faite du tout ...c'est vraiment le seul point en amélioration .

Une belle surprise nous attendait dans la chambre pour notre anniversaire de mariage. Le personnel est très accueillant (sourire et amabilité) et donne des conseils utiles pour organiser les visites (notamment des îles à proximité).

Vladimir (10/5): Ein Ort der Stille und des Rückzugs in idyllischer Umgebung. - Wir haben einen zweitägigen Aufenthalt in dem Hotel gebucht. Die Lage ist sehr gut, denn es liegt im Herzen des kleinen Städtchens, gleich daneben befindet sich eine alte Kirche. Die Promenade am See und ein kleiner Hafen sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und wir haben auch nützliche Tipps und Informationen erhalten. Das Zimmer war sehr gut eingerichtet und verfügte über ein geräumiges Badezimmer. Das Hotel hat auch einen kleinen gemütlichen Bereich mit dem guten Frühstücksbuffet. Alina (9/5): Gut - Das Hotel ist sehr schön, mit schönem Aussicht. Das Zimmer war gut eingerichtet. Die Betten sind gut, groß und bequem. Die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider war das Wasser im Badezimmer ziemlich kalt. Und im Zimmer ist auch ziemlich kalt gewesen. Parking ist für extra Zahlung, 25€ pro Nacht.

Das Upgrade zum Zimmer mit Seeblick war das Sahnehäubchen! Gleich hinter dem Hotel großer, kostenfreier (und sicherer) Parkplatz. Kleine Anregung am Rande: Frühstücksbuffet war wirklich prima, allein beim Brot/Brötchen gibt's noch ein wenig Luft nach oben;-)

Renate (10/5): - Unsere Suite hatte zwei kleine Balkone. Einer war mit einem wunderschönen Seeblick und Blick auf die Altstadt/ Kirche. Richtig romantisch. Die Dachterasse des Hauses war ein Ort, wo wir gerne verweilten. Die Aussicht, vor allem nachts, war gigantisch. Auch die Zimmerausstattung war sehr schön. Das Bett war für uns äußerst bequem. Wir schliefen himmlisch. Das ganze Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Leider wetterbedingt war die Dachterasse nicht bewirtet. Aber dafür hatten wir sie für uns alleine

Margot (10/5): Bello e rilassante! - Hotel Al Campanile ha superato le nostre aspettative! All’arrivo e durante il soggiorno il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile, attenti al cliente ed è stato piacevole anche scambiare due chiacchiere con i ragazzi e le ragazze alla reception. La camera è molto accogliente e davvero spaziosa, con letti grandi e comodi, disponibile in stanza il cuscino di cambio per ogni esigenza e anche una coperta nel caso di temperature più basse; anche il condizionatore di utilizzo intuitivo e facilmente regolabile. Anche il bagno molto grande e dotato di ogni comodità. Tutta la camera pulitissima. La colazione offre molta scelta, torte deliziose, nutella, frutta di stagione, yogurt, cereali, bevande di ogni tipo e anche una vasta scelta di opzioni per colazione salata, personale in sala molto gentile. La struttura in generale è molto curata, sia all’interno (è disponibile su richiesta anche un parcheggio coperto) che all’esterno, dove si può godere di un ampio terrazzo all’ultimo piano. Posizione centrale a due passi dal lungolago e dalla banchina di partenza dei traghetti per visitare le vicinissime isole Borromee. Spero di avere l’occasione di tornare!

Ruime kamer, en goed gekoeld! we hadden paar kleine issues maar door het allerliefste personeel gehoord en opgelost. Top locatie. Housekeeping moet nog beetje leren, maar dat komt vast wel goed.
