- YUKI (10/5): - ヤマハのマリーナで船舶をレンタルされる方には好立地だが、それ以外の方にとっては駅から遠く不便。ただ部屋は広く清潔に保たれており、スタッフの方も親切に対応してくれるので気持ちよく過ごすことができる。大浴場が温泉というのもよい。アメニティは一通り揃っている。

Tried to spend more time outside exploring but found myself inside a bit however I was never dissatified with that. Good place. I also didn't come in with unrealistic expectations.

- Verified traveler (10/5): また行かせていただきます。 - アメニティは揃ってます。駐車場も隣接する形であります。自動化されてるためか、予約前の不明点はメール等の窓口からよりも、直接電話で聞くのが確実です。古いということもありますが、廊下や部屋の照明部分に蜘蛛の巣がはつてありました。当方虫など全く気にしませんが、そうした細かいところまで出来れば清掃してもらえるともっと気持ちよく泊まれるのかな？と思いました。あと、夜はフロント誰もいなくなるので、ビール等購入したくても鍵が掛かり購入出来ませんでした。持込お勧めします。とはいえ、当方の素泊まりで求める内容は全て網羅されておりましたのでゆっくり休めました。

- Tamon (10/5): 良かった。 - 最上階のお風呂が、利根川が見えるようにデザインされている。お風呂は暖かかった。宿泊のお部屋もきれいでよかった。1階のロビーに、朝はコーヒーが頂けるようになっていた。昨年夏も泊まったが、お正月の冬も良かった。近くのセブンイレブンでお弁当やカップメンを買って部屋で食べた。電子レンジが各フロアーにあるし、お部屋にお湯を沸かすヒーターがあり便利だった。

- Kei (8/5): - 貸切の露天風呂は最高に気持ちよかった。 建物は古いけど清掃が行き届いておりゆっくりできた。 金曜日の月の舟(併設されているカラオケ？)でダンパがあり、爆音でおんがくがなっており、その点はイラッとさせられた。

- Tamon (8/5): チェックイン対応、チェックアウト対応 - きれいなホテルですが、夜の受付時、ロビーに人がおらず、すべてシステム（機械）での対応でした。朝のチェックアウト時も同じでカギをボックスに入れてチェックアウトしました。朝は不動産屋さんがロビーで仕事をしていてその方々がご挨拶くださいました。不動産屋さんがオーナ―なのかな？

- Verified traveler (2/5): 戸惑う状況。初めての経験。 - 壁が薄い、ホテルというより学生アパートのような印象。年季が入った古めかしいホテル。アプリを使っての前払いだったのだがチェックイン時に同額の料金を請求された。互いに調べて決済済み判明しことなきを得た。広告画像では明らかに温泉を打ち出していたが、実際は風邪をひくような環境だった。大浴場の湯船は30センチほどしかなくお湯が巡回している印象はなかった。片方の湯船はお湯はりさえなされていない。また、シャワーのお湯も目一杯あけて30度弱の湯が力なく出る始末。終始寒かった。最悪だった。

- 湘汰 (4/5): - 最初にチェックインした時、子供用の布団と歯磨きらタオル等、用意頂けず、エクスペディア様との予約の条件と違っていて、予約の条件表を見せたのですが、聞いてないとの事でした。仕方なく、エクスペディア様に連絡して、交渉した所、解決しました。一体、ホテル側とエクスペディア様とどちらが悪いのでしょうか。

- Verified traveler (4/5): - 安いホテルを検索して ここに決めたけど 築年数が古いのかいたる所のボロさが気になる。階段の薄気味悪さも気になる。 大浴場の水圧がとても悪いし 水道のお湯が出るのにも時間がかかった。 朝ごはんに関しても 板前さんの都合がつかないという理由だったか覚えてないが 用意ができないと言う連絡をもらった。 朝ごはんはコンビニで済ませた。 従業員さんの対応はいたって普通でした。
- Elizabeth (2/5): Horrible - Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. It is so far from the airport and they charge 50 dollars per person to take the airport shuttle. What a joke. We paid 150 to get a cab to get there because when we wanted to arrange the shuttle pick up the concierge spoke Zero English, except the next day when we needed a ride to the bus stop he suddenly could speak English to charge us 10 dollars a person to take us 3 blocks. Do not stay here it's a ripp off. Ridiculous! We ended up paying almost 300 just to stay here.
- edna (4/5): Lower than 3.6 published rating. - I was expecting at least a 3.6 turnout but it should be rated below 3. It's an old hotel. I would say not professional managed. Wifi is not stable. Breakfast was good though. Room with beds for 2pax is tiny; no desk and stool.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - チェックイン時に料金前払いや朝食付きで予約したことが伝わってなくて、確認を要した。 部屋内には冷蔵庫の他、ポットや電子レンジがあり、外で買ってきた食事をするのに便利だった。 WiFiも利用可能であったが、接続が途切れることがあり、動画等の視聴はできなかった。 大浴場があり、朝は5時から7時まで入浴可能とのことだったが、6時に入浴したときには浴槽のお湯が冷めていたため、仕方なくシャワーで済ました。 朝食は定食形式でご飯のお代わりも勧められ、ビジネスホテルとしては十分美味しいものであった。

- Michael (10/5): Wonderful stay at the New Makomo Hotel - We had a very unique and wonderful experience for a one night stay. The hotel manager (Kishi) offered to be our personal guide both on the evening that we arrived and on the next day at no extra cost. He took us to a classic Japanese restaurant and ordered on our behalf for dinner (we walked there). Afterward, we were driven to a festival of lights at a nearby and beautiful shrine in Itako. On the next day, Kishi drove us in the hotel shuttle vehicle to the stunning Kashima shrine, Kashima beach, the Ayu Shuzo Sake brewery (where we had a personal guided tour and sake tasting - the sake is excellent), and finally, to an old Edo-style Japanese town nearby where we purchased soy sauce from a well known soy sauce manufacturer and souvenirs. The hotel offers shuttle service to the airport for 7,500 yen (about $75) per vehicle. Narita airport is about a 35 minute drive away. You can also take the train but it takes much longer. This area is clearly well known to Japanese but not so well known to people outside of Japan. I feel lucky to have visited and hope to visit the region again.
