• Giovanni (10/5): - Great and spacious property in good neighborhood, close proximity to important areas in the city, such as Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace, Gran Vía, etc. There are many places for eating and drinking in the area. We had a situation with the AC that stopped working the second night, called management after hours and someone came to the place 10 min later and fixed the problem right away. We definitely would choose this place again and recommend it to anyone who wants to spend time in Madrid.

• Daniela Jessica (10/5): - Sehr schönes und zentrales Apartment um Madrid zu Fuß zu erkunden. Ein großer Supermarkt ist ganz in der Nähe. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Möbel haben ein paar Gebrauchsspuren, was uns aber absolut nicht gestört hat. Die Umgebung ist sehr nett und nicht so touristisch. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappte prima. Zu empfehlen!

Tem que retirar as chaves a 2 ruas próxima, tem Carrefour na esquina, acústica achei ruim, escutava todo barulho das pessoas do prédio. Custo beneficio bom
• Kiran (10/5): - Very nice safe and convenient. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores near by. Overall apartment is very well maintained. The reception super nice. We arrived late, the communication was clear and the receptionist waited for us to Pick up the keys. Bathrooms are a little too small for my liking. No hassle checkout just leave keys in the apartment and leave.

We lived in Madrid for several years and have seen the inside of many Spanish houses/apartments. For what you pay, this is a great space in a nice spot to be in Madrid.

• TETIANA (8/5): Not good - We booked this hotel for 7 nights. And there is big different between pictures in internet and real room. We got the room with own entrance from the street. It was a big mistake to take it. There is no soundproofing at all in this room (may be others are better). So all the night (if you are not drinking and dancing and want just to sleep) you have to listen sounds of the street. Listening to this noise all of garbage cans, yelling of drunk people. Our doorstep was very popular among the homeless people. They liked to sit on it by two-three persons, smoking and talking...The corner of building they used as a toilet (and not only they). Some times I thought that I was sitting with them...The sound was as if you do not have a door at all !!!!! Friday and Saturday - no comment at all.... There is no heated towel rail. So the towels were wet all the time. I think that this room (I don`t know about other) is good for teenagers on spring holidays.

The bad side of this property it that the bathroom is tiny when you go in the shower it was impossible to move or turn It was juts super tiny. And they only have a washer no dryer and that was a big down side for me since we were there 8 days.Also take in consideration there’s no elevator so if you have a lot of luggage like we did is hard to get your luggage to the upper floors.
• Noel (10/5): Hidden Gem - Location is awesome in a little side street. close to Gran Via and also to where many bus tours depart. The room we had was really good with all you can expect for an apartment. Restaurant and even a Flamenco Show a short walk away. If in Madrid again, we will probably stay again with these guys.

Not to mention thoughtless guests. One big benefit is the helpfulness of the staff, they go the extra mile. Just don’t get a ground floor apartment.

Super close to Metro station which is easy way to get around city. - Bed, sheets, pillows clean and comfortable - Closet with lock box - Full length mirrors - Bathroom shower a little small but it is just how room is set up. Bathroom has hand, body, shampoo soap and lotion - Living area nice with pull out (we did not use) - Washer was key because this was middle of our two week trip and was able to wash clothes. We purchased laundry soap tabs at local market just a few mins away - Kitchen has everything and key if you are going to eat breakfast there. We did breakfast (eggs, fruit) that we purchased at local market.
• Randolph (10/5): NIce time in Malasaña - The location was great - getting to the place by train and subway were quite simple, and getting out into the town was also the same. We felt quite comfortable here, and it was a quiet and cozy stay for my family. We didn't use the kitchen much, but the refrigerator and hot water maker served our purposes just fine.

The check in was great, Paul, I think his name was, explained everything and was willing to help us in any way he could. They have an office with people to help you make tour reservations. We would go there again.
• houston (8/5): Nice enough - The apartment was in a good location, close to the metro. Washing machine worked but no dryer, drying rack instead. Ran out of shower soap and TP. Neighbors were a little noisy. All in all, the stay was nice enough.
• Phyllis (8/5): Fantastic 5 days in madrid - Apartment was in one of the best locations. 5 minute walk via gran via to centre of madrid which was amazing. A few minutes walk to the heart of malasana which was typically Spanish with cobbled streets with lots of bars and eating places absolutely buzzing at nights Room was quite compact for 4. Immaculate condition with washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer and 42 inch television. Very lucky as we were on ground floor as there was no lift. Would highly recommend as staff were excellent.

A lady came promptly to check us in. She was helpful and went through places of interest etc. Really clean. Small bedroom but we had a separate lounge area and kitchenette so wasn’t claustrophobic. Really nice bars within walking distance - favourite was La Musa (Musa Malasaña) and La Tape.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Three Night City Break - Prior to arrival, communication with the management was made and arrangements were made to stow luggage prior to check-in time - very helpful. Accommodation is in a modified old building with central courtyard / stairwell leading to multiple apartments. Apartment spotlessly clean, with a well equipped kitchen. Dining and lounge area are quite spacious. Two bedrooms were slightly on the small side, but functional. Shower room, with toilet and sink is small, the shower cubicle is particularly cramped. Street noise in a city is to be expected, but the main bedroom was adjacent to the courtyard and any noise within this echoed loudly, which was found to be an issue, in addition a security light within the courtyard was continuously activating during the night. Location; approximately 5 mins walk from Grand Via and 2 mins walk to Noviciado Metro stop. Despite the comments regarding the shower size and noise, would recommend this property.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Great stay - Very professional and friendly check in. The hotel itself doesn't have a reception but it was incredibly easy to arrange my check in at 10.30 in the evening. The flat was very nice, clean, well equipped. We could also leave our luggage until our flight departed. The area itself is great - many bars and not far to metro stops.

The flat was immaculate and as we were staying for 9 days, was cleaned immaculately again half way through with a change of all linen. Really good instructions with diagrams for how to use air con, washing machine etc. It was very comfortable and we would definitely stay there again.We are already planning our next trip!No problem getting key, it was all very easy.

• Silvia (6/5): It wasn't easy climbing three flights of stairs. - It is challenging to bring luggage up when you have to climb 3 flights of stairs. They don't have a reception inside the building which makes it difficult to arrive at your convenience.
• Maz (8/5): Perfect location for weekend break - Definitely will stay here again. Perfect location close to Main Street Gran Via, underground, bars, shops and mini supermarkets. Clean apartment bit small for one mum and three 6 foot odd hubby and sons but ideal for short break. Roomy kitchen/living room large enough to be comfortable. Claudia - staff lovely and welcoming explained where everything was located. Shower room bit small but again manageable. Towels not changed but I am sure if we had asked we could have got clean towels. Street lovely and quiet could not hear traffic or noise at night. Have relatives in Madrid so will be returning and will stay here again.

• Christine (8/5): Great apartment - Very comfortable and well appointed apparent close to Gran via but far enough away not to be too moist at night . Very trendy area with great bars and small independent shops . Only problem was with gaining access to flat as when we rang contact number from airport no one answered. Arriving late at night and being dropped in a dark side street was no fun for 3 women. Eventually we contacted someone on a different number which was on the door and had a 20 minute wait before a very helpful member of staff turned up to let us in . We thought that we had been unlucky but other people had same problem 2 nights later so they need to get this sorted! Madrid is a beautiful city would definitely recommend it !
• Manuel (10/5): Great Room with great location - Very clean, great room for a great price! Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Madrid. Very close to all the plazas, restaurants/bars all within walking distance and taxi's very easy to get near the area.
• Kerie (8/5): It's new and quiet and welcoming - Bearing in mind this is a 3.5 star rating, and is not expensive, it is good value for money. The apartments are under construction with a few finished. The lounge and kitchen are great, the bedroom has a very comfy double bed but don't expect to get your suitcase in there. It's very small but you only sleep there. The bathroom is tiny, in particular the shower is the smallest I've ever been in. The shower door is flimsy and cheap and didn't close properly so water all on the floor. Maybe they'll fix it? The faucet gets very hot and you could burn yourself on it, be careful. I know we shouldn't be watching tv on holiday but, we do when we are tired and hot, and in siesta time, but not here - 70 odd channels and not one English or int'l sports channel. If all the guests are Spanish, fine, but I bet they're not! The wifi was very sporadic, when it worked it was fine, but then would freeze or go slow. The area is okay, close to shopping, cafes, metro, stick to the main streets. I prefer other areas for nice restaurants. Staff were really nice and welcoming. It was very quiet for its location.
