A személyzet tökéletes és segítőkész volt de értek arányban túl ár - Érkezésünkkor a fa házunk elfoglalásakor a pezsgő medence mellett mentünk el. Nem tetszett hogy a medencében engedték a szállásadók a nudista fürdést. Ezt nem írták sehol sem amikor a szállást foglaltunk.

- Michael (10/5): - Super, super freundliches Personal! Toller Wellnessbereich und ruhige Umgebung. Für uns eine 10/10! Nur unser Zimmer war nicht mehr das modernste. Uns hat das 0 gestört, weil uns das nicht wichtig ist. Ich glaube es gibt auch "modernere" Zimmer. Wer auf sowas Wert legt vielleicht vor der Buchung einfach bei dem supernetten Team nachfragen, die können sicher helfen. :)

- Rebecca (7/5): Just like the pictures - The place and its facilities are super clean. The staff (especially Stephanie), ûwas always friendly, and breakfast was plentiful. Very nice views from our room and the pool area. It’s a lovely property. The dinner was disappointing. A choice of only 2 main dishes. Yes, it’s convenient, but slow and overpriced for the quality. We ate there twice out of our 4night stay and found much better meals for less elsewhere. The town of Lofer is cute and just a couple minutes away, there are variety of dining options. For the price of the room I felt like basic things should be complimentary. Want a couple of dry robes? 12 Euro. A glass of soda water from the bar tap with ice cubes? 3.60. For the price of a 4night stay a dry robe didn’t seem like a big ask.

- Breck (9/5): Recommended for a cozy, romantic getaway. - The surrounding scenery is beautiful mountains and meadows. The room/Stadl itself was warm, charming, and comfortable. the spa facilities were just right for the number of guests at this time of year. The restaurant is cozy and meals delicious. Several nice trails close by for daytime hiking and biking. Although it's a nice, peaceful location but options are limited if you'd like to another place for dinner. The next town is a few minutes drive.

Dining room very nice. The room was small, especially the bathroom, which was barely big enough to turn around in. The towel bar next to the sink was falling off the wall.

- Kerstin (10/5): Rundum ein toller Aufenthalt - Der Wellness- und Außenbereich des Hotels ist in einem super Zustand und einfach ein Traum. Dort lässt sich die Seele baumeln. Unser einfaches Doppelzimmer war geräumig, sauber und bequem. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Für uns ein rundum gelungener Kurzurlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Wunderschöne Lage, gutes Essen - Wir hatten drei schöne Tage im Chalet. Es ist zu empfehlen, Halbpension zu buchen, da es in der Umgebung eher wenig Restaurants gibt und das Essen bei den drei Brüdern wirklich gut ist. Einen ganz kurzen Fußweg entfernt gibt es eine kleine, aber wirklich schöne Klamm (perfekt für einen kleinen Spaziergang nach dem Essen. Wellnessbereich ist komplett textilfrei zu benutzen auch die Pools, was wir vorab nicht wussten und uns nicht besonders gefallen hat.

- Guillaume (10/5): Delicious food, amazing spa, perfect setting - The spa was amazing; I'm surprised more people weren't using it! Breakfast & dinner were delicious, and the setting was impeccable.
- Mark (8/5): Great location but lacking full service - Warm welcome given on arrival and room allocated was very nice , cosy, clean with a mountain view. We did a quick walk round to have a look at the facilities as was a Spa hotel. As we walked into the Spa reception area which was unmanned (evenimg time) we were suddenly face to face with naked people, Lol. It was a bit of a shock as it was indicated as being a family hotel and we didn't expect it. Again like all the hotels in southern Bavaria and Austria that we used it didn't have a fridge or tea and coffee facilities. This meant we had to use the bar for drinks, but it was only manned if guests were there after evening meal. If not it would be closed. The reception desk would also become unmanned by 9pm. As we often came back to the hotel after our day trips later in the evening (9pm) we would find that the hotel was in darkness and locked up with no staff. Using our hotel keys we could gain access to our room but that was it. This hotel is in a fantastic location for lots to see on day trips out but was not the right choice for us really as we never really used the Spa facilities. We had so much planned to visit during our days there, it wasn't really the right choice of hotel. The breakfast was very nice but you do need to be there early enough to get the most choice.
- Radu-Bogdan (8/5): - Felt very good staying at this property. Good breakfast and dinner, perfect spa and sauna facilities! Free parking, average internet connection, nice and careful staff. Still room for improvement regarding multiple language menus, signs and posted notices inside hotel area, but everything was fine otherwise! Hotel has a breathtaking view, also!
- Gilad (10/5): Hotel Vitaloase - winter 2018 - Beautiful place. The rooms are comfortable spacious and clean. Best is to come with a car to the hotel since it is a bit far from other sites. The food is excellent. I had both breakfast and dinner. The staff is helpful however most don't speak English.
