Management accepted lack of space and published wrong photos... When asked for an alternative room , the other room near pool unfortunately occupied... they tried to contact another hotel of theirs but no answer.

Management team is only trying to welcome foreigners. They should respect to local people in country.The way they treated to local is not acceptable. The room they are showing is different & photos are different what they are posted in booking.com. Need to check the room type & size properly before confirm the booking.

• Kapila (1/5): Do not recommend this place to anybody - Nothing False description in website. 1. Web page says WiFi available- in the hotel it’s available only to the pool area 2. Website says TV is available- our television wasn’t working. It was reported to the staff, but unfortunately they informed that there is no body to repair. 3. Web page says request ed a family room for 3 kids and two adults. Room was 13 feet into 13 feet , which was not adequate at all. 4.There were no bed linen or towels in the room . It’s glad to mention that with the request staff provided then to us. 5. Room surrounding was smelly. 6. There was a cat in the breakfast room and cat litter was seen outside the breakfast room . 7. We expressed our unhappiness to the staff. They suggested to cancel the booking through booking.com to give us a discount. Then they deducted Rs.1000 from the payment and we paid R/s. 29000 for the one day , which is not reasonable at all. 8. In front of the hotel they have mention that they provide dinner as well. But it was Fromm another hotel under the same name which is 15 mins drive away. Therefore I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. This is an ashamed hotel under booking.com . I will not book any hotels under booking.com as it’s not trustworthy.

• Lianne (2/5): Nooit meer! - Het balkon zitje. Communicatie was slecht. Bed en kussen waren vies. Badkamer was meer kapot dan wat je kunt bedenken. Wanneer je weinig betaald kan je niks verwachten maar hier was het echt te duur voor. Airco maakte herrie, bijna geen water. Wakker worden van gillend personeel.

• Sarhoon (2/5): Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price - Rating: 2/10 “Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price” I recently stayed at JKAB Beach Resort in Trincomalee and was thoroughly disappointed. The overall experience did not meet the expectations based on the hotel’s online description, and I felt the amount I paid was not justified. The room was very ordinary and poorly maintained. Although they advertised TV, Wi-Fi, and toiletries, the TV was not functioning, and the toiletries consisted of just two soap tablets. The air conditioner was old and made a loud noise throughout the night, and the ceiling fan was no better — very noisy and disturbing. The bathroom was also not properly cleaned or maintained. What made the experience worse was the attitude of the staff. The receptionists were unwelcoming and rushed through conversations without proper greetings or courtesy. During phone conversations, they hung up even before I could finish. At check-out, I was treated with clear disinterest, and I couldn’t help but feel that this was because I was a local guest. The only positives were the food, which was quite good, and the hotel’s convenient location. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you’re looking for a warm, comfortable, and well-serviced stay, this is not the place. If you want to experience how unwelcome a guest can feel — then maybe this is the place for you.

• Jörg Hendel (7/5): Schönes Hotel mit schönem Ambiente im Poolbereich. Ausstattung weist leichte Mängel auf. - Schöner und sauberer Pool in netter Atmosphäre. Die Lage der Zimmer in der Nähe des Pools ist sehr schön. Jedes Zimmer hat seinen eigenen Bereich mit Sitzgelegenheit vor dem Zimmer. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei manchen merkt man leider noch die fehlende Erfahrung im Umgang mit dem Gast. Trotzdem war alles in Ordnung. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und es riecht in allen Zimmern sehr gut, was in Sri Lanka leider nicht überall selbstverständlich ist. Bei uns war leider die Klimaanlage in einem Zimmer nicht immer ganz so in Ordnung aber das war nur eine Frage der Einstellung. Die Zimmer insgesamt hätten etwas mehr Platz haben können, aber das ist nicht wirklich so schlimm. Alles in allem ein nettes kleines Hotel in dem man in Ruhe auch mehrere Tage Urlaub machen kann Beim Essen gab es manchmal eine Überraschung, da das gleiche Gericht mal so und mal anders serviert wurde. Sonst war eigentlich alles okay. Preise sind für meinen Geschmack etwas zu hoch. Wenn man ein Doppelzimmer für ca. 55 Euro bucht, dann erwartet man ein weinig mehr.

• othmane (8/5): Good hotel for value - Big rooms Big swimming pool Rooms well equipped. Delicious breakfast. Nice staff. Big supermarket next by. Chef cannot cook even if his life depended on it. My son ordered the most expensive dish on the menu, tender stack, all he got was an overcooked piece of meat that he could cut even with a sword. They don’t clean the room on daily basis. Stayed for a week and they offered to clean the room on the 5th day. Swimming pool water has something that hurts the eyes while diving. Scooter parking area keeps getting flooded by the rain water. This one has nothing to do with the hotel itself, Sri Lanka has a plastic problem. The hotel is close to the non touristic end of the beach which is full of plastic. If you stay here get a scooter it makes the stay more pleasant.

The bathrooms were adequate a d the room was clean. The A/C was great. The staff were lovely although it was hard to communicate with some due to language barriers. The pool was a great addition and was clean. Well worth the money. The location was ok and a short tuk tuk from the main beaches. The breakfast was excellent with a huge buffet and a variety of foods. The dinner food was good for the money but don’t expect a 5 start dining experience. The variety was also good and they had everything in the menu we requested. Overall we would Return to this hotel for the value. We were charged large amount for laundry so ask the price before you give it to them.

Las sábanas limpias estaban manchadas y amarillas. Las paredes marcadas con personas que habían incrustado animales como mosquitos, etc El frigorífico perdía agua y no lo puedo is utilizar, no lo arreglaron. El aire acondicionado se apaga al salir de la habitación y no lo puedes dejar encendido. Limpieza, materiales obsoletos, viejo sin renovar. No lo recomiendo, por ese precio hay hoteles mejores en la zona

Leider gab es nur WLAN am Pool, in den Zimmer gab es keine Verbindung. Beim Chek-Out konnten wir nicht mit Karte zahlen, weil ihr System ausgefallen war. Sie wussten nicht, wann es repariert wird. Gemäss Reception war der Automat 200m entfernt, leider war das nicht so und wir mussten ca. 20 Minuten laufen um Geld abzuheben. Sie sind uns mit einer Preisreduktion von 5000 Rupie entgegengekommen.

• Ashan (8/5): - It is located in a convenient place, on Nilaveli rd. not too far from the town, all the main attractions within 2 to 3 km away. Plenty of parking spaces. The staff is friendly. I didn't like how the rooms are very far from the restaurant and packing spot.
• Raj (9/5): Very good place to stay with family. - We enjoyed the pool, dinner, resort environment, sea view, and nearby shopping center. We had a great one-night stay at the resort and it met our expectations. I would recommend it for both families and business travelers. Wifi wasn't available in the room as I expected. Wifi was provided from the restaurant and reception area.

• Blom (7/5): Fijn hotel, vriendelijk personeel en lekker zwembad - Personeel is heel vriendelijk en wilt je graag helpen op hun manier. Ontbijt had voor iedereen wat te bieden en het feit dat er een lekker zwembad bij zit is fantastisch. De airco en ventilator maakt best wat geluid. Denk dat het door ouderdom komt. Het hotel is namelijk wel wat verouderd.
