• SUPRIYADAS (7/5): Nice location and spacious room to stay with family - Location and spacious. Prime location all shops are nearby. Oldest train tourist location was very near to this hotel. Finding the door was difficult it was not showing in a google map. Kitchen must be maintained specifically all the kitchen shelf's, we had an accident in the kitchen and got injured.

Der Pincode der Apartmenttüre entsprach nicht dem Pincode den ich per WhatsApp übermittelt bekam. Konnte die Angelegenheit telefonisch klären aber der an diesem Abend Verantwortliche war nicht sehr freundlich und eher ungeduldig.

Sin embargo, la humedad es terrible, al no tener rejas no se puede dejar ventilando, y no tiene ventilación salvo un extractor en el baño, que no es suficiente. Al intentar climatizar para bajar la humedad, los equipos de aire acondicionado despedían escamas de suciedad antigua que manchaban el sofá cama. También había hongos en la pared de la ducha El calentador eléctrico de agua había sido usado con leche, por lo que estaba inutilizable. Las fotos del alojamiento no eran exactas, mostraban fotos de apartamentos de 2 dormitorios cuando la reserva claramente era de 1 dormitorio. La atención fue sólo digital, respondiendo en inglés a consultas en español, sin referencias cruzadas entre reserva y el número de teléfono de contacto que habíamos dado. Una experiencia para el olvido.

Duży plus za codzienne sprzątanie. Apartament położony w pobliżu najważniejszych atrakcji. Jedyny minus to proces zameldowania online - wytyczne do zameldowania wysłane dopiero w dniu przybycia do apartamentu, w trakcie podróży. Nie jest to komfortowe rozwiązanie.

• ELENA (8/5): Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay with just a couple of minor issues, so I would recommend. - The apartment was spacious, clean and very well equipped, and the location was very convenient, about 20mins walk from Praca do commercio. The only things that negatively affected my experience were the smell of the couch (used as bed) and the noise from the street, as both affected the quality of my sleep.

• Rocio (10/5): Comfortable and clean. Definitely recommend - The apartment was perfect. We were on the fourth floor and the light was amazing. Facilities were clean and comfortable, and they did a quick cleanup everyday if you request it. We had trouble with the check in machine, just as we saw in other reviews, but there is a phone that responds 24/7 and they gave us the code immediately. We definitely recommend it To be honest the street was very very dirty, mainly because of the garbage cans in front of the building. I don’t think the property can do anything about it, but it was pretty uncomfortable while opening the main door. Other than that, from the door to the inside, everything was perfect

• Eduard Marian (10/5): Excellent - The apartment was very clean, it was cleaned daily. The kitchen has everything you need, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, toaster and basic things. We’ve been there in January and we left the AC on heat a few minutes before sleep and it was ok. We had no problem with hot water. The bed was comfortable, clean sheets. In bathroom the towels were clean. Soap and shampoo. The location is quiet, the loud streets of bairo alto are a bit further and we didn’t hear any music. You can walk by foot from the center of Lisbon or take a tram. The communication with the host was very easy, he/she offered us every information we needed and was very kind. Thank you for a pleasant stay, we recommend this apartment. Everything was great

Durante los tres días de invierno frío no anduvo el aire acondicionado, la señal de internet se cortó la primer noche y nunca más se corrigió. La atención telefónica de los administradores es pésima, muy mala educación y ninguna predisposición para solucionar problemas!! Mala experiencia!!

• NOZET (9/5): Dans l'ensemble ,nous avons passés un séjour agréable - Calme et reposant ,bien situé et un menage parfait..Seul le lit est un peu dur et le manque de couverts ,surtout des couteaux qui coupent ...La WIFI ne fonctionne toujours pas ,je me suis servi de mon tel portable en partage..par endroit et surtout denant la cuisine et dans la chambre ,le parquet est compettent mal fait..Lereste est super ..Nous avons passé un bon séjour ..Cordialement Francis NOZET et Md Annie GRIFFON Le parquet par endroit tre mal fait et le manque de couvert et la WIFI qui ne fonctionne pas

We wanted the apartment on the 4th floor, but we got 3, so we "enjoyed" the noise and rattling of the chairs upstairs. Persistent smell of mold, status. Problems with water in the bathroom (toilet basin) that flowed nonstop. Elevator that got stuck with us in it.

It’s very close to the center of Lisbon, which made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. The only thing that could have been better was the room’s humidity smell. It would be perfect if that issue didn’t exist.

• Arto (2/5): Don't book this or anything else from the same company. - Lot of space and a nice bathroom. Lot of windows. Stay away from this, especially with children. Everything in the apartment, including the bed, smells like an ashtray. When we contacted them about this issue, the staff added an air freshener to it, so another temporary bad smell was added to the existing one. As you can imagine, that doesn't solve the actual problem. When we inquired about compensation or another apartment cause we paid for a non-smoking one, (the same company offers various options, although I wouldn't recommend it after this) they were "fully booked" out of tourist season lol, and didn't return our money. The self-check-in system randomly stopped working out of nowhere, so the only way to get in was hope someone would open the main door. We then left the apartment and booked another one. Why is this company even allowed to rent anything via Booking?

• Young Ho (1/5): 불편합니다 - 전혀 "It's the worst. It's unkind and rude. We told them the arrival time of the evening but they didn't send us the room's password by e-mail. There is no e-mail answer. I stood on the street for nearly an hour at night. Later, I resolved the phone call with the help of a passerby. There was no apology at all. 최악입니다.진짜 고생했습니다.밤 9시 넘어서까지 무거운 짐들고 서있었는데 스페인 남자의 도움으로 간신히 전화 통화할 수 있었습니다.그런데 잘 해결됐냐며 사과 한 마디 없었습니다. 무례합니다. 전화 통화 이후에도 계속 기다리라며 쉽게 방번호를 주지 않았습니다. 온라인체크인 이후 입구의 비밀번호를 보내주지 않아서 생긴 문제입니다. 정말 불쾌한 경험이었습니다.

• Ignacio (4/5): Gestión de los códigos nefasta - Las habitaciones estaban muy bien El día de la llegada, a pesar de haber completado el check-in, no recibimos ningún código. Estuvimos esperando en la calle a las 00:00 de la noche durante 40 minutos hasta que conseguimos que nos dejasen entrar a la zona común y a la casa. Una vez llevábamos 2 días transcurridos (nos quedábamos 4) dejaron de funcionarnos los códigos que nos habían dado inicialmente. Tuvimos que volver a quedarnos fuera 40 minutos, sin saber que había pasado con nuestras cosas y si íbamos a poder volver a entrar. El día antes de irnos, nos llamaron unos nuevos inquilinos al telefonillo, suplicando ayuda porque les había pasado lo mismo, no tenían código. Tuve que volver a llamar para que les solucionasen el problema ya que eran de korea y no podían contactar con ellos. En resumen, los apartamentos están bien (no son una pasada), pero la mala gestión del check in nos ha costado tener que estar al teléfono con atención al cliente (en ocasiones con actitudes chulescas)

• Rebecca_1987 (9/5): A good option for those who travel with family - The apartment is in a position of the town where there are many cute shops nearby, and nice restaurants and brunch places to explore. Pretty close to major sightseeing spots. The apartment has all what we needed, there is even an oven and washing machine, though we didn't use any. The toilet is super small and has always this sewage smell, we had to keep the windows open almost all the time during the day. However, reading the comments of other B&B places, it seems to be a common defect of most of the old apartments in Lisbon.

• SOFIA (10/5): - Ήταν πολύ άνετο διαμέρισμα και καθαρό!!Κάθε μέρα υπήρχε υπηρεσία καθαριότητας.Επισης το σημείο ήταν ιδανικό. Ήταν λίγο δύσκολο το check in που έπρεπε να γίνει από μηχάνημα αλλά ίσως να έφταιγε και η κούραση του ταξιδιού που μας φάνηκε έτσι.

• Jana (10/5): - Cosy apartment, clean and spacious bathroom, staff was very quick to pick up and help when I couldn’t access the front door. The shower pressure was great, big mirrors, there’s a washing machine in the kitchen, and the building has a lift, the neighbourhood is lively. Overall very comfortable stay.

It gave a very bad impression, up a little side street. Method of entry made me anxious ..... will it work ....will it not and being late at night and up a dark side street!!!!
