- Shannon (10/5): - I do not have one negative thing to say..staff was extremely polite and always available
- Shannon (10/5): -
- Sara (6/5): - Great location! Walkable and plenty of amenities surrounding the property. There is NO ELEVATOR and I was by myself lugging a suitcase up to the FOURTH floor.
- Kayla (7/5): -
- Dancy (1/5): -
- Holly (3/5): I eventually left early and took a loss on my money. I did not feel comfortable. The room was dirty. - The bed sheets were dirty! The building is run down and dirty looking. How dirty my room was. Staff was no where to be found and if you did find them they were sitting on their phone on the couch. The ran down building smelled.
- Carrie (1/5): Will never stay here again - nothing the pictures of the hotel on your website are notning like the actual hotel
- Victoria (1/5): -
- Angela (8/5): The room and bathroom were very clean. The staff were very kind and polite. Location was perfect. - Close to the boardwalk and restaurants. Room was very small. The beds were only accessible on one side.
- Ashley (7/5): -
- David (1/5): It’s not worth 25 dollars a night - The place is a freaking dump We canceled they refused give us our money back
- Nina (4/5): -
- Mario (1/5): Uncomfortable. In all ways. - There wasn’t anything that I “liked”. The location was close to the beach but my expectations were not met at all. The room I was given was located outside, through a dark hallway on the main ground, with a door that read “private” and looked like a storage/maintenance closet from outside. When we walked in the room was spacious, but looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or resided in a long time. We found a spider and ants in our sheets and were immediately uncomfortable. When we expressed our concern, the staff just said “oh okay”. We asked for new sheets but they didn’t even ask what they could do to make our experience better. Everything was uncomfortable. I just wouldn’t ever come back to this place.
- Karen (2/5): - Location Everything
- Eric (8/5): - The stay was great for the price and location. An older building, but rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable.
- Madie (8/5): - It is close to the beach. The room wasn’t clean at all. There was some sort of pill on the toilet. There was a vape container and various items under the bed from other guests.
- Sorge (8/5): -
- Michael (1/5): - Floors were slimy. There was DNA maybe boogers on the wall. We were in an artic no luggage rack. Door looks like it was
Broken into the rugs in the hotel were nasty no elevator.
- González (8/5): -
- jackandpams (2/5): Dirty and Dangerous - The staff kept lying to us about a refund for our third night of our three-night stay.
The grounds were not maintained, and the electrical system that connected to the building was a mess of exposed wires. The window air conditioners were rusted. All these issues a sign of neglect.
- Belcher (1/5): -
- Liubomyr (6/5): -
- Karl (8/5): - Close to beach, employees were very helpful parking was cramped but the people working were very helpful and made sure we had a place to park.
- Natalia (1/5): Never again - No breakfast room dirty air broken smelled not clean. Loud for the price we paid it wasn’t with it. All the above
- Rebecca (9/5): -
- Javier A (7/5): -
- Melissa (8/5): -
- tsS2833FO (2/5): This spot is Trash 🗑 - Place is a MF dump with poor customer service.Building is like living in the projects. I wouldn't let an enemy stay here.
- Daiana (6/5): It was okay - They didn't have any breakfast only coffee and if they did have breakfast I was never informed No coffee maker in the room and I kept hearing banging from upstairs. And the pool time should be open longer
- Tony (10/5): Dad and daughter get away! - Kiran, the staff member that greeted me was awesome! Very friendly and helpful right from the start all the way until check out! Room was clean and ready! That I didn't get to stay longer haha!
- Michael (4/5): Disappointing -
- Yurek (3/5): It was very dirty. The pictures are very deceiving. -
- Kelly (5/5): 😑🤨☹️ - It was close to the boardwalk. It was quiet inside. The host was friendly. .The bathroom and shower was clean. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioner worked very well.. Well the building need to be upgraded. The carpet was dirty, the ice machine was dirty, there was an old pool table that was dirty. There was no microwave in the room. The microwave was in the lobby with the pool table..There was no table to eat on in the room we had to use the end table to eat on. .the two small chairs in the room needed to be altered.. The lobby wasn't too pleasing to look at. I wouldn't recommend friends or family.
- Maria (1/5): Disgusting & disappointment - Location EVERYTHING ELSE .
- Arlim (7/5): Place was very chill, and very friendly. Definitely find out about other room options. - Location is great, and the staff is really friendly. Love the separated rooms, but there is really no amenities at all, the only thing the bedroom had was a fridge. There is only one sink and one trash can which is the one in the bathroom. Maybe we need to call and be a little more specific, ask for their different room rates. Also if it’s older people or maybe people with disabilities make sure you ask to not be on fourth floor since there is no elevators, we don’t mind but I know some people might.
- Jesse (8/5): Very good -
- Blanca (5/5): Passable -
- Parotte (8/5): Very good -
- Polly (4/5): For the price and lack of cleanliness, I will not return. - The pool table was nice to pass time. Room was not "turned" on the second day. Only dirty towels were taken. The only tiny trash can was not emptied. Dead flies were on the window. Black mold was around the window air conditioner. Hair and trash was on the bathroom floor upon arrival. The blind in the bathroom was broken and views for the neighbors were available at all times to the toilet and shower. Our room was near the pool table and late night partiers were loud at 1am. The pool was dirty.
- Janessa (2/5): - I liked the location only a short 5 min walk to the boardwalk. The hotel conditions were beyond terrible, seemed like it was under construction and had a terrible smell in the hallways. Our first room had dirty sheets, a busted door, and light bulbs out. We asked to have them change the sheets while we were out and they claimed they did. We walked up the four flights of steps to realize they hadn't. We requested a new room and that one also had light bulbs out so it was very dim. And holes in the wall near the window. For the amount paid, i would have expected a much better experience. I would like a refund.
- Sandra (2/5): - The hotel completely misrepresented what the rooms look like. The pictures on the website of the rooms or nothing like the actual rooms. They were significantly outdated, much smaller, and the furniture, decorations, and bathrooms or nothing like they appeared on the website photos.
- Keith (10/5): Exceptional - Good location right neat bus station not far from the boardwalk No elevator
- Justin (1/5): Very dirty, unkept, deceptive room images and massively overpriced. - Close to boardwalk Very dirty and rooms are not what they show in pictures. We paid over $2,200 and the first room they gave us was so small I could touch the walls. They next day they gave us a different room and it had trash behind the bedside table, floor was disgusting, hole in wall where door latch was missing, crack in door. The trash in the hotel was always overflowing, towel on stairs railing for 2 days trash bags in hallways for hours.
- ANDRENE (6/5): - Decent property but outdated. Location is great. Short walk to the beach and short drive to the waterparks.
- Donovan (2/5): - First off this hotel was my last resort. Second buyer beware. This place reminds me off a frat house. It seems rundown and old. All they did was a bunch of patchwork when it comes to renovations. Nobody was happy. Everyone complained about the hotel and room layout. We had footprints on our headboard and that was weird. I’d a been better off sleeping in my car honestly. They should’ve paid us to stay there. That’s just how I feel. If you waste your money here good luck.
- Hailie (4/5): - The room smelled very weird. There were odd stains on the pillows. The towels smelled like mildew. Crumbs on the floor everywhere. Dirty on the side of the sink with old shampoo bottles. The staff were okay. They didn’t ask us how the stay was or if we needed anything. Some outlets in the room were not functioning. Would not stay again.
- Jesse (10/5): - Hotel is in a great walking spot to get to the boardwalk and beach. Friendly staff and room was clean.
- livm593 (2/5): DO NOT STAY HERE!!! - I could not have had a worse experience here. Someone had quite literally overdosed and the hotel staff was not accommodating toward a refund. I came here with two young kids and paid 500 dollars for two nights for bugs on the wall, faulty air conditioning, and grime filled floors. The hotel looks nothing like the photos. The staff lied that they did not to know anything about the matter even though my children and I were terrified as the police searched the place and someone was pulled out on a stretcher. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT STAY HERE!!
- katrina (4/5): - After we checked in we were bringing our bags up to the room and the front desk woman asked us for the key back. She said it was the wrong room and it wasn’t ready. Once we did get the new keys the room was so small my father and I barely fit we slept with our luggage on the beds. The floors and tv remote were sticky. I didn’t even feel comfortable taking a shower there nor sleeping under the sheets.
- D8143ETraymondm (10/5): One of The Best Hotels in Wildwood - Awesome staff, very friendly. Service was very helpful. If you needed anything they would help supply for you. Rooms were very clean and bathroom was amazing. The area was very safe for kids and a fun area for adults to hang out as well. The pool and terrace were awesome. WOULD 100% RECOMMEND!!!
- Omar (4/5): Disappointing -
- JoHanna (2/5): Beware of ‘free cancellation’ - I tried to cancel our reservation thru the Hotel as well as thru Hotels.com. I could not cancel using either. I was charged for the room. Don’t think that free cancellation is free cancellation. In addition to not cancelling my reservation, they processed my reservation that I checked in. We never checked in. Overall, shady behavior from both the app and the establishment.
- Jasmine (10/5): been staying here for 3 years! - i love the location and the cleanliness of our room / the hotel the deck can use some new chairs, some were broken or just really dirty but we didn't sit outside long because of the wind
- Gale (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nick (6/5): Pleasant -
- Church (10/5): Great value for money - The staff were very friendly. We were offered an early check in! The room was very basic.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Overpriced. Poor service. Little to no amenities. Would never recommend.
- Jessica (1/5): Bad - That is was accessible to the beach that’s pretty much it. First of all. I recieved a phone call Tuesday afternoon stating that I needed to pay to hold my hotel. On the website it didn’t state that they. On booking.com, it says, “pay when you stay. We arrived yesterday. The hotel was so outdated and disgusting. I walked into the front desk and I had to go to the bathroom and they are cracks everywhere in the ceiling. The pictures on here looked nothing like the hotel. I checked in yesterday at 3 pm and the lady made me pay for parking when I paid $200 to stay at a crappy hotel. To make matters worse there was a mold stain in the room where my friend and I where staying in and cracks mostly everywhere in the room. The room smelt unpleasant and there was hardly any hot water. The hotel for sure needs to be updated. Very disappointed. Not worth the $200 I paid for
- elizabeth (6/5): Our stay - This hotel is in need of updates. The room was clean and comfortable but very small and the a/c unit in the window had mold all around. All the knobs on the a/c were removed and difficult to adjust temp in room. Door frames gross and need paint. Bathroom very small.
- Xiomara (8/5): - We are a family of four, the stay was good. Close to the board walk and convenient. The hotel does things a little different than the apt. But they did honor my original price.
- Daryl (10/5): - It was good . Only thing we found was the outlets weren’t on both sides of the bed only had one light plugged in .
- Jeffrey (6/5): - Due to no maid service, beds not made until after I left
- Howard (6/5): - No elevators. 4th Floor walk up could be difficult for older folks.
- Trevor (7/5): Good -
- Tammy (4/5): Disappointing -
- Gould (9/5): Enjoyed our stay would book again - Clean friendly staff Room very small , got a parking ticket cause small lot was full so had to park on the street and meter ran out 10 minutes before I was able to get to it
- Minnich (7/5): I would stay there again and I would recommend if you're simply looking for the very basics. - Clean! Good location! Small rooms. No microwave in room.
- Adrienne (10/5): - I didn’t like the fact my air conditioner wasn’t in the window right
- Mary (5/5): Passable -
- Tay (6/5): - Its an “Ok” property for a overnight stay at best .. the rooms are very small and out of date . The only connivence is that its close to the boardwalk
- Eric (4/5): - Rooms are small, people staying upstairs were loud until the late hours, and they charged a $10 fee for each night to park! As if they didn’t charge enough for the stay! NEVER AGAIN WILL WE STAY THERE!
- Dixie (10/5): - Very convenient location. Right by the boardwalk, restaurants, everything in walking distance
- Nina (9/5): Superb -
- Jasmine (10/5): Favorite place to stay ! - i love the location and the room in general the pillows are a little firm but not unbearable
- Charles (6/5): Pleasant -
- Rosemarie (3/5): Definitely could have been better - Had a pool Pool had trash left and had broken chair which my child got hurt on
- Smit (6/5): - Overall good
- AIDI (8/5): - good
- Wayne (9/5): Superb -
- Daniel (3/5): Unpleasant. - Easy booking. No hidden fees. Window HVAC unit was WAY too loud and kept me awake all night.
- Shameka (3/5): Never staying here again - The updated room only The entire 3 days I was there not one time did they clean that pool. The little game room gets a zero because again the dirt. The hotel did not have a clean smell to it. Only thing good about this hotel is the location for me. There was no complimentary breakfast I saw coffee pots but if everything else dirty why risk it. They need to take the word Wyndham off they stuff because it’s deceiving.
- Cindy (4/5): I am glad I only stayed 1 night - the location was great. close to the boardwalk the pool was dirty. the facility when you enter was smelled. the smell lingered outside. the rooms are way too small for what they charge. the bathroom was the only thing updated. the air conditioner filter was dirty.
- Katiuska (10/5): - Comfy and clean
- Johnson (7/5): It was good. - The location was amazing. The room was cleaning. There was no microwave in the room. We have to go in the hall to microwave our food. There was no sign for the ice machine.
- Megan (10/5): Megan - Our stay was great. We had great and friendly coustomer service. They were very attentive to our needs. Our Room was clean and comfortable. I do recommed it Id stay again.
- Mcgaughey (7/5): Good -
- Karley (4/5): - Room was not as pictured, beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Room was tiny
- Verified traveler (2/5): My review - The place was way overpriced. We were in our room and some body tried to just walk right in. If I hadn't put the slide bolt on they would have. The room was extremely small. The sheets had black hair all over them. It was not somewhere I would ever go back to unless i had no other option. The only good thing was its location and the bed was ok.
The man atvthe front desk was also extremely hard to understand.
- Scott (6/5): - Friendly staff the place was a bit old and in fair condition after it was renovated whenever
- Tuzzolo (10/5): Exceptional - Plenty of room nice and quiet
- Kiannah (8/5): Very good -
- omar (2/5): - Nothing
- Mohammad (2/5): - Disgusting hotel with bedbugs and unclean areas in the room. Dirty sheets and uncleaned towels were given to us to use. The cleaning person should get fired as these roooms are unsanitary. The window ac unit wa very noisy and the air was dry. Our bathrooms were unclean and had sand all over the shower. Some staff were friendly but some also look like they just there for the paycheck. Guy name Kiran was nicest and pleasant staff there
- Anne (8/5): Great, except nowhere to put anything - There is SO much that is excellent about this hotel. It's clean. Check in was seamless. The staff was nice. The shower had good pressure. The location was excellent (a couple blocks to the boardwalk, a couple blocks to a bagel place for breakfast/coffee, a block-ish to a Dollar General for any junk you forgot to pack, across the street from a Bank of America ATM, a block away from a great authentic Mexican restaurant Garibaldis). Oh, and we had good parking right under a bright light, so it felt secure. All of that was terrific. But oh my gosh our room was small. It was giving "I'm on a cruise in an interior cabin." Which wouldn't be so bad except there was nowhere to put anything. Oh my gosh throw a couple folding luggage racks in there. And a shower caddy! And shove some shelves under or around the pedestal sink or something. There was just absolutely nowhere to go with almost anything. I put my suitcase on the one chair, my husband put his on the mini fridge, and then we used the cabinet in front of the TV for everything else. Oh, wait, there was one bedside table. I won that side since I have glasses. To be completely fair though, this was a king-size bed configuration (room 204), so surely other rooms have more space. But that was the only downside, and we had a nice getaway. (Oh, I should add here the pool looked really clean and nice.)
- Ahmad (10/5): - kiran is a very nice person at the reseption .
- Marlène (6/5): - Les planchers de tapis à l’étage étaient sales, il y avait beaucoup de serviettes humides qui traînaient près de la piscine et dans le stationnement. Beaucoup de mégots de cigarettes autour de l’hôtel.
- Melissa (10/5): - Kivan was great, close to boardwalk
