- Perry (10/5): - Grande esperienza di soggiorno. La camera era pulita, accogliente e dotata di tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno. Posizione perfetta, in una zona centrale di La Spezia, vicina a tutti i servizi ma allo stesso tempo tranquilla e silenziosa, con pochissimo traffico. Un perfetto equilibrio tra comfort e comodità — assolutamente consigliato.

J'ai pris une amende, garé avec du mal dans une rue a quelques minutes de marche, malgré avoir mis un ticket.... Je ne l'avais pas vu à 10mn près, le lendemain c'était jour de marché... Ils ne m'ont pas raté ! 30€ en plus ... On a découvert un super restaurant, à part ça pas sur de revenir à la Spezia désolé, la prochaine fois je montrait plus vers les cinq terre

- Anita (10/5): - Központi helyen van, sétatávolságban minden elérhető, üzletek, piac, kikötő, vasútállomás. A szoba modern berendezésű, tiszta, kényelmes ágy. A parkolás nehézkes az utcában, szerencsére mi a ház előtt találtunk helyet 18 euro/ nap áron.

- Virginie (10/5): Une chambre parfaite , je recommande vivement - La chambre était super jolie, très propre et idéalement située. L’accueil est très sympathique et très professionnel. Un rapport qualité prix imbattable.
- Constantin (8/5): Bella Italia - The apartment was located in a very good area, easy access to points of interest. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the linen was clean. They offer 2 bottles of still water, tea bags and 2 coffee capsules (there is a coffee machine and kettle). The cleanliness could be improved, especially in the corners and joints of the bathroom, there was mold. The bathroom sink was clogged. Some towels had stains. There was no cleaning service in the room during the entire stay. Check-out is at 10AM, and there is no easy possibility to leave your luggage if you have a late flight.

Je dirais le late check-in qui se fait par courriel ou texto. Tout s’est très bien passé mais un peu anxiogène quand t’es bagages sont dans la chambre et que tu te demandes si tu pourras y entrer!! Mais bon, plus de peur que de mal.

Perfetta soluzione per visitare le 5 terre per la vicinanza alla stazione. Very clean and new design. - Most importantly: the bed was perfect, big and very comfortable, beddings and bed linen looked brand new and super fresh. We liked the room, we stayed in a blue room and it was nice. The staff were helpful and very nice. Also the location was perfect. We easily travelled to Cinque Terre, Porto Venere and Lerici. Also La Spezia had a lot to offer. The closet could be a bit larger. And maybe shampoo quality could be a bit more better and I would change the dispenser for the hand soap. But those are very minor things, we might as well not count it.

Unkomplizierter Check In und Check Out. Ausstattung wirklich okay . Kleines Manko gibt es bei der Dusche . Es funktioniert, sollte aber vielleicht mal etwas ausgetauscht werden .
