- Coretta (6/5): - The check-in lady Pam was awesome Tile above door was not in correct. Tub was filthy
- Emily (4/5): - The area and the front desk lady was very nice the room was clean The pictures online are very deceiving. It looked nothing like them.the bathtub need redone didnt look like the online photo a Pic pipe was very visible it look like it was holding up the sink. When you turned on the shower the water still came out of the faucet.
- Heather Diane (4/5): We were just passing through so looking for a good deal. It did what we needed quickly since all we needed to do was sle - The fact is was close to highway and restaurants and Rose the dog. The front desk gentleman was very kind. The door was difficult to close and lock and sometimes wouldn’t latch. The curtain was burned. The bath needs replaced. The whole bath tub and shower. We didnt like going in there even to pee so was very uncomfortable thinking about taking a shower in there. So we did not. Microwave was old, as heck. Tv remote was sticky. AC was riggity rank.

- Emily (1/5): Worst experience I’ve ever had - Location Extremely rundown, dirty bedbugs, cockroaches we get up in the middle of the night and left
- Erick (10/5): -
- McCollor (9/5): Personnel went above and beyond the duty I wish I knew the woman's name who checked me in. - Hotel personality check me in was fantastic! Ice machine was broken but she gave me ice from her own fridge. Then she came out and gave me a menu of the Mexican restaurant. Lobby was was very clean and smelled great. The room was very clean but the bed as you got onto it made a really funny noise. Will be back to this hotel it's the best of the Motel 6 we've stayed in so far. The only thing I did know I booked through booking.com and thought it was directly with the hotel so I had to pay $10 extra. Did like paying the extra $60 deposit. Hopefully that'll be reimbursed to me in five business days.
- Ashley (10/5): -
- Jennifer (4/5): - The room was fantastic
- Barry (1/5): - Nothing, this place should be condemned. Card key did not open door. Some lights didn't work. Water on floor.
- RealtorBrendaC (8/5): Much Needed Stop Along the Way! - The staff was great, the location was good, and the pet-friendly policy was wonderful. Not having a hair dryer in the room.
- Joseph (2/5): - Location No tv remote, standing water on floor, dirty sock behind night stand, ice machine had no ice, bathroom door had something splattered on it. All the lamps and lighting unplugged when we arrived. Arm on desk chair was broken.
- Luis (10/5): -
- brantk_13 (2/5): You'll pay extra one way or the other. - Outdated and falling apart. Room was clean-ish enough and bed was comfortable. For some reason they decided to keep some of the deposit. They stated there were black stains on the towels in the room. Oddly enough, we didn't shower for the brief, one night stay so if there were black stains on the towels, the hotel did it.
The Mexican restaurant out front is good but the hotel is below par and will try to rip you off with the deposit. Proceed with caution.
- BDill (6/5): Ok in a pinch...you wont fall in love - The young woman at the desk is pleasant and goes the extra mile...she deserves accoldes, a kinder soul among the top 10 universally and I travel globally
Unfortunately housekeeping is way too lazy and have no clue about mold and mildew.
Fire them or train them with a warning...totally crap
I wish I had the name of the woman at the desk that night....she is worth all of the tea in China.
She moved me to a better room after the mold was discovered...she even checked the room fully...and let me a phone charger...this means so much when you have to stay anywhere with no planning. Thank you anonymous clerk! Mold in room 102....totally disgusting behinf the bed
- Pete (2/5): - I’ve spent 40 years traveling for business. Averaged 180 stays per year in hotels. This was dirtiest and in worse condition of any.
Staff at check in was pleasant.
- Tina (9/5): -
- Sarah (8/5): - Incredibly convenient to dining and shopping. Good value for the size, cleanliness, and comfort of the room. We stayed on the second floor and thankfully my husband and I are not large people, because the stairs are falling apart and we were afraid that we may actually fall through the metal platform. I would recommend requesting the first floor, as there are no elevators.
- Edwina (10/5): - Professional Staff. Animal friendly
- Jerry (10/5): Completely awesome and very clean, staff eager to please and very professional. - Everything Nothing
- Brenda (3/5): No one was at the front desk. I waited 15 minutes and finally called There is mold on the wall behind the bed I woul - The bed was comfortable It was advertised as a disability room and that’s only because it was on the first floor
- David (10/5): - Ice machine broken
- Thomas (10/5): - Close to shopping and many different food options
- Lonas (10/5): -
- Petruzzella (9/5): - Location-based
- Bryan (10/5): - Everything was just perfect
- Verified traveler (6/5): - It needs updates for sure. But for one night it was fine. Front desk was really excellent she was really nice; there is also a Mexican restaurant in front of the hotel and its also pet friendly with truck parking.
- Darin (9/5): We only just slept there, we had a wedding and reception that day. - The lady let us check in a little early so we could get ready for a wedding.
- Jeanette (10/5): If was okay!! - The bed was comfortable!! No iron available!!!!
- Diane (8/5): - The shower in my room looked old with rust spots. The shower looked like it needed a real good cleaning.
- Carter (2/5): Very poor - Old and room smelled musky Decor was outdated. Bed linen had holes in it
- Lukas (2/5): - The issue with the booking is not the property's fault, at least I don't think it is. The staff was great and very accomodating for the most part. That being said, there was blood all over the room, some bullet holes, the shower didn't work properly, the fridge froze and destroyed all of my food, and I was getting mild harassment from other people staying nearby.
- Kelli (10/5): - The area was quiet. Room was comfortable and clean. I loved having a small patio outside my room made it super accessible for my disabled veteran husband. We'll absolutely stay here again!
- William (2/5): - The room was dirty and dusty I would have never stayed here the pictures on the website are misleading my daughter had a accident and I had to use 2 rags to clean up and they charged me 20$ which I was not happy about especially after being falsely advertised as to the room being nice and clean I have never stayed at a hotel that was dirty I wouldn’t even take a shower it was so disgusting
- Tonya (10/5): Welcoming and clean . I had a very nice stay . - I was at this location for a dog show . There was plenty of grass and the staff accommodated me downstairs request. They were fantastic and I recommended to the show committee that they list as a host hotel next year . Everyone was super helpful and friendly ! They could have better towels
- Randall (2/5): Pay to stay.. then pay some more - While we were supposed to stay we didn't. First as we were pulling in the driveway there is a bar connected to the motel. Then when we went in to get checked in we were informed of fees we didn't agree to. So we left.
- Samantha (4/5): Comfortable - It was clean and comfortable No breakfast no ice and wouldn't let me renew my stay cause I have 3 dogs in the last year 8 have had 3 stroke and my dogs are my kids should not be able to put a limit on them and make it to where you have nowhere but your car to sleep
- Samantha (3/5): Clean and comfortable - It was clean and comfortable I am homeless stayed a week went to renew and was told I couldn't die to having 3 dogs my dogs are my kids and shouldn't be a limit as long as they aren't causing problems so now I sleep in my car thank to the motel 6 in Clarksville tn
- Biggs (1/5): Do Not Stay Here; It's a Scam. - Nothing. The awful shower!
- Love (1/5): Horrible - Nothing stunk Rude and robbed me of my deposit and told me to get out at 1050 for 1100 checkout when under the assumption I was staying another day Nothing stunk Rude and robbed me of my deposit and told me to get out at 1050 for 1100 checkout when under the assumption I was staying another day
- Glenn (7/5): Good -
- James (6/5): Stayed a second and 3rd week. No problems, no surprises. - No fee for dog Bout time for renovation
- James (6/5): Definitely does the job. - Right next to the Interstate, close to Restaurants.
Gets the job done. There’s an amazing Mexican Restaurant attached to the Building. Dude, you so gotta go to this Restaurant. One of the best I’ve been to. Things weren’t perfect but definitely got the job done. That’s all I care about. If you don’t care about things not being 100% which I’m in that crowd, then this place is good to go. Location in relation to Traffic. Wilma Rudolph Blvd between I-24 and TN-374 is a nightmare most of the day. Don’t even try to turn left. Best bet is to make a right, duck into a Shopping Center with a Light, turn around, and come back out. If you’re picky about things being top notch all the time, this isn’t for you.
- Mike (7/5): Good -
- Brooke (1/5): Bates motel - Nothing, unfortunately... the rooms were dirty. the shower backed up. the toilet was wobbly. chunks of the wall were missing. bugs.
- Jarrell (6/5): Pleasant -
- Meyer (1/5): I will not be staying at motel 6 again. - There were no breakfast. The area was ok. The cleaning of the room and had bugs. The bed was uncomfortable.
- Jamie (10/5): Awesome - Everything Nothing
- Tony (2/5): Motel 6 - This is a sneaky one they forgot to tell me about the deposit before I checked in room
Housekeeper just pushes a cart around and theres an unfriendly lady front desk she will keep your deposit for anything.
I find that deceptive
- Wayne (3/5): Poor -
- Michael (9/5): my stay at motel 6 in Clarksville TN Aug 27th-31st 2024 - location was perfect, nice and roomy not to much clutter, amenities worked well, bedding and towels sets were nice and clean, staff was pleasant and prompt with my needs and very understanding to my mishap of being there because of a fire at my house. not allowing me a smoking room because of it being upstairs due to my prosthetic leg which I didn't care for being treated like a crippled when I just have a small handicap even after explaining that I have stairs at the house and able to go anywhere I want to go with stairs..
The top of the baseboards were terribly dirty and built up of dirt, hair and other, behind and under furniture look as though it hasn't been cleaned in months and doors were dirty I was able to clean with just soap and water on a sponge and rinsed with wet rag.
- Joe (10/5): Exceptional -
- James (8/5): - Only one light worked, otherwise it was as expected.
- De (7/5): Good - The room was confortable. The location was very good it has a lot of restaurants around very closed. It needs some maintnance and it doesnt have complementary breakfast. Just coffee.
- Byard (8/5): Very good -
- B (2/5): Very poor -
- Lonas (9/5): Excellent hotel. I stay here a lot. - Clean, comfortable.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Could use a remodel - The stay was overnight and we usually stay at Motel 6 because the dogs stay free. We love that! It was definitely quiet which is a huge bonus. However, this particular location could definitely use an upgrade. Lamp shades were stained. Electric outlets didnt work (and the ones next to sink for a hair dryer were facing the wrong way). The lights in between beds didnt even turn on, the AC didn't work properly. We managed for the night, I'm simply saying that the motel could definitely use a remodel.
- Julio (2/5): - Stayed at the this property a few years back and had a decent experience so I though to stay here again especially since it is pet friendly. WORST decision ever!!!! My fiancé and I had to leave the property even after a room change. The non smoking rooms smells like smoking rooms. Bed sheets had stains on them. There was blood behind the bathroom door in the second room. Had to argue with the manager to get a full refund. The property also blindsides there guest with a deposit that was not disclosed at booking. STAY CLEAR FROM THIS PLACE.
- William (3/5): Poor - Location was decent Shower did not work. Bathtub filthy & no plug to so unable to fill it anyway. Couple of lights were inop, too. Lastly, cockroaches on furniture in middle of the night.
- Pitbullfan2021 (4/5): Disappointing - That it was close to a gas station and restaurants That it wasn't very clean, the bathroom was disgusting, and the tub was gross refused to use it. Went to my sister's to shower
- Jessica (2/5): - There was hair all over the place, on the bed, inside the sheets, clumps of hair and dust behind the end table, hairs of all sizes in the shower. The bathroom was dirty, the toilet seat was broken, the knobs for the shower barely worked. The room smelt musky and moldy. The door didnt latch very well and had a crack in it, you could see outside. The lobby itself was gross, holes in the wall and water stains on the wall and ceiling. There was couch that looked like it seen better days. The neighborhood was unsafe, sirens all night and we could hear gunshots. The beds were very uncomfortable. The rooms and beds looked like they havent been cleaned in quite sometime. We did check for bedbugs and didn't find those at least. We stayed long enough to sleep for a bit between driving a long trip.
- Ashley (4/5): Disappointing -
- Paul (2/5): - There were spiders in the room, on the bed.
- Tammy (1/5): Scammers Paradise - Nothing My sister, who I booked this room for, was asked to leave 2 days early (total stay was supposed to be 4 days). Claims to be pet friendly hotel. It's not!! Hit you with a 60 deposit upon check in and make sure they find something to keep your money. Read other reviews - same things happening over and over. Very dirty, holes in walls, water all over floor in bathroom upon check in. Pam (I believe was her name) was very rude and unprofessional to my sister even to the point of telling her to "f off". Still waiting on 2 days to be refunded to my credit card. Major scams going on in this shady dump!!
- Mary (1/5): Bad -
- Alicia (10/5): - Very friendly staff. Easy convenient stay.
- Megan (4/5): - Front desk staff was friendly. Structurally room was poor - trim falling off or missing, room front door doesn't seal all the way on the bottom. Shower doesn't spray - only poured out of the shower head. Food and dog food all around the bed frames, dresser, and night stand. However, the beds were clean and actually comfortable.
- Justin (10/5): - Me and my wife had an excellent stay. Would highly recommend staying here!!
- Donna (3/5): Terrible - Close to places to eat and shopping There was no housekeeper the first few nights we were there, we didn’t get clean sheets at all the whole stay we was there. The Ice machine was broken, so we didn’t have any ice at all. I called the first night we were there for toilet paper and the man at the desk said he would bring it up. We waited for hours and he never showed so my girlfriend went down to see if she could get some and he had an attitude stating he wasn’t the one who answered the phone and handed her just one roll of toilet paper. The phone in the room didn’t work at all, I had to call from my personal phone to the desk. The AC kept shutting off and it was broken I’m sure. The almost last day the manager at the desk was nice to bring us some clean towels and empty our garbage because she stated she didn’t have a housekeeper at all that day. I traveled up from Florida for my sons graduation and had already booked and paid for my stay so it was to late to look around for another place to stay with so much to do. Was not a great experience at all, will not be staying here again.
- Choat (7/5): Good -
- Michael (1/5): Bad - Nothing Place was absolutely dirty
- Lonas (9/5): A pleasant stay in a clean, comfortable room. What’s not to like? - Clean, comfortable. I liked it all.
- Tom (10/5): Exceptional -
- Wendy (7/5): Good - GREAT LOCATION, OLDER MOTEL BUT OK FOR SHORT STAY. CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE.
- KIMBERLYB65 (10/5): Mexican restaurant right in front. - Class A truck parking. I’ve stayed here twice now and both times I’ve had no issues. Mexican restaurant right in front with various eating places within walking distance. Walmart is also close by. Easy on and off of Interstate. Staff is extremely friendly with fast and easy check in. Rooms were comfortable and I had no issues. I’ll be staying here again.
- Samantha (7/5): Good -
- Justin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Samantha (10/5): Bathroom Sucks, but the Staff ROCKS - The room was fine BUT THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK WAS MY FAVORITE PART OF THE PROPERTY! Despite a tornado hitting the town just days before, the location of the hotel was EXCELLENT. I was able to walk to the mall with ease! Everything about the bathroom.
- Jennifer (1/5): Umhappy ink -
- Anonymous (1/5): A gulag would have been nicer. - Nothing Run down and rooms smelled like cigarettes although it stated “non smoking”
- Kathy (6/5): It was a place to sleep. - Didn’t know there was breakfast. Place was in a good location for traveling. The light in the bathroom flickered the whole time it was on. Was hard to shower like that but we persevered and told the front desk about it upon check out. Have never had to leave a $60 deposit to stay at a Motel 6. The rooms weren’t that great that that was necessary.
- Christopher (7/5): Short - I didn't stay all night I just came an took a shower and left bathroom Bathroom
- Joseph (6/5): Pleasant -
- Lonas (8/5): Very good -
- Steve (4/5): Disappointing - location very poor internet. Shower head was broken
- Keith (6/5): Pleasant - No breakfast Sewage water standing in parking kot
- Jasnn (8/5): - Shower not draining n spraying crazy is my only real complaint
- Stewart (10/5): - No good
- Jared (2/5): Very poor - Cockroaches in the bathroom
