• Valerie (8/5): - It surprised me how clean and modern my cabin was Some signs of tiredness with peeling edges, water damaged door.... The window coverings didnt go quite to the side of the windows frame. It made me nervous that anyone could look in especially at night when I had the lights on
• Jonzy (10/5): Positive relaxing and serene … thouroughky enjoyed the kookaburras laughing along to my dad jokes - My overall stay exceeded my expectations in every way from the moment I arrived /during and right up to check out was a fantastic experience I highly recommend Ascot Central Caravan Park and will most definitely be choosing them again for my needs moving forward as well as spreading the good word with family and friends to come and have their own outstanding experiences … 2 thumbs up guys and most of all a big thank you to you all for your above and beyond hospitality and friendship 💯 I don’t have anything to dislike about my positive experience here at Ascot Central Caravan Park 💯

• Stephen (3/5): Won’t be staying again - Location close to the airport. Ant problem. They were all through the bathroom, toilet and bedrooms. The fan switch was faulty and pushed into the wall so it was stuck on. I had to tell my son not to put his finger into the hole.

• Jennifer (6/5): The stay was good other than the cleaning - The staff were friendly and helpful The floor wasn’t clean the shower needs a good scrub the floor in shower needs domestics on it dirty and mould in it the windows don’t lock the air conditioner was very poor
• Nadine (5/5): - Close to the airport and the bed was comfortable Our room said we had a fold out couch, we did not. We never saw the staff and the shower was leaking from the wall. Value for money was set a bit high for the convenience

Added bonus that it is pet friendly if we ever need to - Great location, spacious chalet The internet wasn’t working, needed more cooling in the chalet. Was a very hot day and only had the split system in the living area. Chalets could do with a bit of maintenance/makeover.

• Patti (7/5): Great, quiet, comfortable relaxing stay - I love this caravan park, it’s close to the city but it’s tucked away so you don’t feel like you’re in the city. The cabin was amazing The lack of space out side, the carport was very hard to get in and out of, units and caravans are to close together, I know when I brought my caravan here it was very hard to get in and out of that’s why now I book a unit

• Angela (10/5): Good location for the airport. - Only stayed the one night prior to going to the airport. We were fortunate to be able to check in early which helped immensely. Staff were great, so helpful and accommodating to our needs. Booked us a taxi for 4am for the airport. We booked a unit, but there were lots of campervans on site, so looked ideal for getting off the road.

• Thomas (8/5): - Wir haben hier für eine Nacht vor dem Rückflug übernachtet. Dafür war es schon in Ordnung. Für einen längeren auf Aufenthalt in Perth würde ich mir was anderes suchen. Durch die Nähe zum Airport ist es manchmal recht laut, aber für eine Nacht und die günstige Lage zum Flughafen ist es ok.

• AzharHassan (8/5): A good cabin stay nearby the airport - For a quick one night stay after arriving from the airport, this place is a good stay. The shower and toilet are clean. All the kitchen, water heater and fridge working just fine. The surrounding area of this place was good too as you can see a lot of types of birds when you do a morning stroll. The staff was very helpful as one of our family member left his shoes during check out and they kept it safely for us to pick it up. Other than the unit being a little bit small, there's not much to complaint about.

• Laing (2/5): Supposed to be Deluxe it was Disaster - Very hard to find anything to like .. Maybe the freezer great for chilling my coke.. This stay was a bad experience My Cabin was Deluxe??? No it wasn't .. There was mold in the shower , the floor moved when you walked on it ..Cabin was right on the road under a bright streetlight .... The curtains in all rooms were broken and did not cover the windows meaning the streetlight shined straight into my bedroom ... The price was ridiculous 278$ for this horrible cabin in a caravan park ... Booked on booking.com .. I will never stay here again Air Con old and fins all broken..

• Annette (8/5): Great location, spotlessly clean and well-appointed cabin. - Staff had arranged for my key to be available after hours, despite issues with Booking.com outside their control. Had they not done so, I would have been sleeping in my car on a freezing cold night. Cabin was exceptionally clean and the location is excellent. The shower was pleasant, but on a cold night would have benefited from being a few degrees hotter. Certainly not cold though and the cabin was lovely and well appointed. Some of the other residents' children were using my car parking area as a thoroughfare between the cabins and I was a bit worried about it getting scratched, but there were no issues. I would definitely stay again and the location is perfect for access to Perth Airport.

• Threeleavelove (8/5): Very good - It was a comfortable stay for couples. The cabin was just nice for me and my husband. Location of the place is also very good. A little under 30 mins drive to Perth City, 18 mins to Belmont, about 25 mins to Fremantle. I do not mind the drive to Busselton Town either, which is just under 3 hours as the drive was relatively easy. The staff and owner were also very amicable and approachable! Nothing to dislike.

But on the other side, my parking area this time was so narrow, lights are no working in some important area like lights a long the stairs and balcony also hot water system are not great it was like on and off which not funny in the cold weather

Room needed a good bleaching the bath are all black around the tops. People asleep in cars on entrance in. The place is worse than any caravan park I’ve seen in all of WA
