- SHANFU (8/5): - 여긴 두번 숙박했는데 위치는 센타라 백화점 바로 옆이라 아주 좋고 시설이나 청결도 면에서는 괜찮습니다 그러나 첫번째 숙박때는 누가 엘리베이터에서 노래 부르면서 내려오길래 엘리베이터 타면서 어떤 사람인지 봤더니 티셔츠 유니폼 입은 직원 한명이 타더라구요 그런데 조금 있다가 손님인 제가 있는데도 엘리베이터 안에서 노래를 크게 부르더군요 그러다가 1층에 도착해서 어디로 가나 보았더니 1층에 연결된 Bar 쪽으로 가는데 상당히 불쾌하더군요 손님이 타고 있는데도 유니폼을 입고 크게 노래를 부른다? 이건 매니저가 조치를 해야 할 것 같구요...두번째 숙박때는 입실하자마자 화장실 변기에 물이 새서 관리팀 불러 1시간정도 수리했는데 잠시후 다시 물이 새더라구요...2일동안 변기에 물이 새는 소리가 신경에 거슬렸는데 그것 빼고는 청결도나 위치는 그리 나쁜편이 아닙니다 가성비로는 주변 호텔에서 괜찮은 편이라 봅니다
- Margaret (8/5): I will definitely use this property again!!!! - Stayed in the updated "C" wing. Very comfortable room. Sadly we got a room with adjoining door and had very noisy neighbours (part of tour group). Only got a few hours sleep and they were at it again! Asked to move to a room without the adjoining door and the hotel were very happy to oblige. I will definitely stay there again because it's location is great, staff very friendly and helpful and when our car wouldn't start the security staff went above and beyond to help us out.

Was told by the hotel manager that the items shown in my mobile phone will not be fulfilled by her. Rather I was told that she will inform Hotel.com to remove the particular item in the online portal. Anyway this is not my fault as a guest but it is between the hotelier and Hotel.com. I am disappointed as I had informed to my 3 friends that their rooms comes with bathtub. The rooms we stayed at Wing B generally is below average. Hotel.com owe me an explanation on why I was not given a room with those items listed in the room facilities.

No credit card deposit. Ask for passport as a deposit! Unbelievable. Hotel lobby with lots of freelance ladies for call to room. Not suitable to family stay. Scam hotel. I demand a refund of the towel that we had forced to pay and the time u delayed us to the airport.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Nice, Clean, Big, New Hotel beside Lee Garden - The Hotel is Clean, New, big & comfortable! The room quite big has 4 chairs and one round table. The room and toilet is clean and comfortable. The hotel located beside Lee Garden and 7-11 downstairs. The foot massage in the hotel only 200 baht! Will come again next time! Highly recommended!

- Verified traveler (8/5): Good experience in the hotel - The condition of the hotel was great and the service was good. Only that the car park of the hotel was not stated clear enough on the map and we have to make turns to find it. The rooms are quite tidy and clean. Most importantly, you will have to bring along international plug/ charger because the electric socket are different. The location of the hotel is good as it is close to the Lee Garden Plaza. There are a few coffee shops (kopitiam) situated near the hotel, where you can find food easily, and some open till midnight. Convenient store (e.g. 7-11) is also near the hotel.

- Bengt-Arne (6/5): Centralt läge. Hyfsat rum, men.... - Bra, centralt, läge. Ganska stort rum, men i stort sett ingen plats att förvara några kläder. Det saknas lådor och skåphyllor. Skönt bubbelbad. Ständig översvämning i duschen. Trots klagomål blev det ingen förändring. Internet-uppkopplingen var ett skämt! Fungerade bara sporadiskt. Inte heller här hjälpte det att klaga.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Located at the prime area - The hotel was previously known as PINK hotel and has undergone a total renovation and now known as Pink Grand Hotel. The room i stayed in was a Premium Room A, it comes with a big bath tub that can fit 2 people, plus a separate shower area. Since the hotel is newly opened, everything is still in a good condition and operating well. The location is very good, located at the prime area in front of Central Shopping Mall.
