• ALEX Y M (8/5): - This hotel has seen its hey days and now good for people who just want a budget night to stay and will be out most of the time. Most things are ok excepted there were mangled cost hangers in my closet. Parking was available but on a 1st come 1st served basis. Otherwise, you park on the roadside. I have no complaints about it as I was just passing through.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Et hostel ville være bedre - Alt i alt en knap så god oplevelse. Værelset var bestemt ikke vedligeholdt, og så forældet ud. Ingen safetybox, og en altandør som ikke kunne lukkes med lås. Vandet i bruseren var endte iskoldt, eller kogende varmt.. Venligt rengøringspersonale, knap så venlige receptionister. Hotellet ligger forholdsvis langt fra restauranter og indkøbsmuligheder. Meget skummelt kvarter! Super billigt, men ikke anbefalingsværdigt.
• Tasana (4/5): Nightmare - Dirty. Still have somebody’s hair in the shower, some trash under the bed. The worst part is cockroach in the room :(

• RogerWisdom (6/5): Tired hotel, OK for a short stay - The hotel was once rather grand, but it is now very tired. My room was spacious but... the electric shower in the bathroom didn't work; some of the electic lights didn't work; the advertised wifi rarely provided internet from my room (although in reception it seemed OK); there was space for a fridge – but no fridge; the hotel has no safe depoit facilities, My bed was clean and I slept well. And the hotel was not expensive and in a reasonably good location. It was just OK overall for a very short stay.
• AKIRA (6/5): 一泊ならまぁまぁ - クアラルンプールから一気にハジャイまでバスで。到着は夕方。疲れてたので、すぐ部屋に入りシャワーを浴びたかったのだが、フロントがまごつき入室まで１０分近くかかり、げんなり。しかも冷蔵庫がないので、冷たい水もない。まぁこの値段なので仕方ない。朝食は付いてないが、インスタントコーヒーと、ビスケットがロビーに置かれ、適当に頂いた。
• alimZ1598NZ (2/5): Bad management,dirty,noisy.Not suitable for families.Tok tok near by,412 ripping off tourists,asking 500% and more. - Hat Yai is a tourist city,not so cheap.Avoid 'massage salons',prostitution only.Market seems to be controlled.too expensive,mainly fruits.Near Garden Lee Hotel,food is very expensive too,same as in Mc Donald,not a very good service there.Some small food courts have good and cheap food.Avoid crowded places.

• 297alisat (2/5): Stay away, this is a horrible place!!! - Ok, the hotel is old a poorly mantained, so what? But..... Tre rooms are really dirty! The only clean thing were bedsheets. The first room we were given had hordes on ants, cockroaches and smelled like ash tray. And we asked for the change, so were given second, pretty the same, but without visible ants and cockroaches. Dirty floors, dusty furniture (i mean like big pieces of dust on the lamps and table) , the bathroom was really gross: mirror newer washed, nobody cleans spitted totthpaste from it, hairs everywhere and pee smell.... The room itself and the AC still smelled like an ash tray. There is a fountain in the lobby, but there is no water, instead it is used as an ash tray.... Why did we stay there? The day before we stayed in Trang, in a same old hotel, again, badly mantained, but it was TIDY. Tired, broken at some places, but still worked and they tried their best for the hotel to be nice. Here they just do not give a f.... So you know there are hordes of cockroaches, crawling from holes in the walls. Juck!!!!!!! We booked it for 2 nights with Agoda, but understood that we cant sleep with the lights on (that keeps most of cockroaches away) so we asked to pay us 1 night back, but Agoda refused, as hotel offered us another room!!!! Nonsense! So we just stayed in another hotel.
• Danysli (2/5): The worst nightmare! - Ok, it was cheap. I didn’t expect much. It could be old I can handle even with spiders and other animals, sometimes it’s hard to fight with them but what we get was terrible and disgusting horror! One star is too much! The room was cleaned maybe twenty yers ago. Ok if you don’t have money to new curtain so it will be beter without it. But this stinky things?Awful! Somebody us them as toilet paper or what?! Never ever again. Even 1 baht is too expensive for this experience. We couldn’t even take a shower cos we take care about our healthy...

• SIK HORNG (10/5): Murah dan tidak jauh dari Lee Garden Plaza - Bilik deluxe agak besar dan selesa. Cuba air mandi sangat kecil, yang lain semua memuaskan. Receptionist sagat cekap, dah sedia siap kunci dan no. bilik, jadi pendaftaran kami sangat cepat dan tidak membuang masa.

They clean the room everyday so we get a clean room after come back from tiring trip. Aircond cool enough. The only cons is the location is bit far from the city centre but still acceptable because the price is very cheap.

• YanaRahman (8/5): - After complaining about my room when I first arrived in Expedia, the receptionist straight away knocking on my door & offered us a new room. The new room was better. A shower and toilet bowl that actually works. No ants & working air conditioner even the room ( i think all of the room) are quite old. The hotel was near with Kim Yong Market (walking distance) but quite far from other places. Secluded that even some of the taxy drivers that we took we unfamiliar with it. So we had to book the grab to go anywhere from the hotel. Just that our flight was at 7.00am back to Malaysia, we asked the receptionist to book a taxy for us and it cost us 400 baht which most of the taxy drivers (and tuk tuk) said expensive and we’ve been lied too. Probably it was double than the original rate ( from airport to s.c heritage the taxy charge 250baht, grabcar 248baht) Other than that, the room was suitable with its price.

The hotel is old and I don't think any maintenance has been done since it was new, although it was probably nice then. - bed was clean but 'bumpy'. - the rest of the room was not cleaned properly. - lamps and furniture were broken. - staff did not really speak English too well. We were barely understood. - staff was face booking and playing music on computer. Best word to describe this: tired! My advice would be to stay somewhere else, not really worth the 500 bath.

• LizH_and_ChrisS (4/5): Cheap, but there are better - Paid just about 500 Baht for this room on agoda.com. Stayed 1 night while traveling between Malaysia and Ko Phangan. Should have just shown up in Had Yai and bargained for a better price somewhere else. This hotel is old and not kept up. Rooms aren't disgusting but certainly aren't clean. Bedding was clean. Shower was not. Not worth 500. Could have found better place for a better price. Consider Louise Guesthouse which looked well kept when we passed by or Tune if you're do not need to be aware of budget.

Even though the hotel building is old, everything was in good condition. No restaurant in hotel, have to walk 10 minutes for finding food.
• JavkNazae (6/5): Language - Old hotel... but quite comfort room if you dont mind couple of mold in the room and toilet. Need transport if dont mind little far walk to the main city centre the Lee Gardens Plaza. Languages the main problem but couple of hand signal will take the problems. The hotel is at the end road make it little quiet from the buzy road which is just couple meter from the road.
• MingHweiC (4/5): BAD HOTEL - The room is large. Cold aircond. Hot shower are available buy the water supply too low AND VERY Dirty. Room was not sound-proof either. Nothing much surrounding, but easy to get transport and food. no good for stay.
