Een semi-tropische ervaring vanwege de mooie varens, bananenbomen en papegaaien in de tuin en een klein zwembad. Zeer vriendelijke en correcte ontvangst. Uitstekende bedden en kussens, goed en schoon sanitair. Voor maaltijden wordt naar elders verwezen. Iets muffige geur, wat met een open raam verholpen kan worden.

The room was far bigger than expected and the beds were comfortable. I will definitely be staying again The fire alarm went off at 4:45am and we had to evacuate the room due to some guests that had been smoking.

548leannet (10/5): AWESOME STAY - Highly recommend this motel. We have stayed at a few different ones in Grafton, and this beats all of the others hands down. The rooms are quiet, it is peaceful there. The cleanliness of the rooms are fantastic, the staff are willing to help and are fantastic to deal with. This motel is our pick from now on, when visiting family in Grafton. Convenient location, we felt safe and secure. Didn't have to worry about whether our car would be there when we came out the next morning lol.

We had a little table and chairs at the back of our room and it was great for us. Lovely clean saltwater pool with nearby picnic style tables and chairs.

My room was very comfortable, with an updated bathroom and a small kitchenette. It wasn’t a real issue, but probably being able to hear the conversation of returning guests as they passed by my door. A more sound proof door would be great!
Kris17900 (10/5): A really pleasant and comfortable stay - My hotel of choice as a halfway stop to my intended destination. The Heritage offers more than just a room and shower, it also provided a kitchenette and a small outside patio area. The room was spacious enough for me as a solo traveller. The bathroom had been recently renovated (shower only). The kitchenette provided a microwave and sink which was great if you want to prepare your own meal and dine in. An added bonus is the close proximity of a Coles Supermarket within walking distance of the hotel. The bed was very comfortable, with a selection of pillows to choose from. My vehicle was parked directly out the front of my room so only a very short walk with luggage (no stairs to contend with). Overall, a great stay! Highly recommend.

Susan (8/5): Clean comfortable and convienent. Will definitely stay again. - Room was spacious, clean and tidy. The bathroom is updated and large. The bed was comfortable and the heating was good. You had to ask for crockery and cutlery which seemed a bit odd.
