- Shaheda (9/5): Great family holiday - We were given a room with a great view of the castle which allowed us to watch the night shows from the comfort of our room. Room was of a good size, very beautifully designed with stand out features. Unlimited access to the theme park (aqua park/adventure land) and Nickelodeon land. This was amazing. We went off peak so all rides had empty queues which was fantastic for us as a family. Staff were lovely; huge shout out to Hayrettin - he was amazing and made our stay incredible. We looked forward to seeing him everyday. The desserts looked and tasted beautiful and food was of high quality especially the grill section. Reception area with the free candy is great too and the Nyssa bar with the free ice creams and drinks. Overall professionalism, hygiene and cleanliness was good. There was a lot of things that weren’t communicated to us like the free shuttle to the other Rixos hotel, how the wristband works, timings of shows etc. We had to find out a lot of things by ourselves. Wasn’t really pleased with the transportation - 90 euros for one way from airport to hotel or vice versa and it wasn’t really VIP. For the price, there should be drinks provided or a cleaner car. Although all staff were very welcoming and accommodating, many struggled with speaking English which was sometimes frustrating. Food was good but very repetitive especially if you’re staying for a week. Themed buffets daily would’ve been better. The snack time buffet was actually recycled food from lunch so after the third day, we didn’t end up going to get snacks. More variety should be available or opportunities to get other snacks should be provided. More amenities in the bathrooms would’ve been better or useful amenities for kids to use.

If you are looking for a seamless, "all-inclusive" experience that caters to both kids and adults, this is the place to be. Accommodations & Comfort The rooms are a standout feature. Not only are they beautifully decorated with a unique theme, but they are also significantly more spacious than your standard hotel room. Housekeeping: Incredible service—they clean twice a day, ensuring the room stays neat and tidy throughout your stay. Amenities: The mini-bar is refilled daily (included in the package), and the Wi-Fi is impressively fast, which is a huge plus. Service & Staff The staff here are incredibly helpful and courteous. One of my favorite features was their WhatsApp service. Being able to contact the team from anywhere via your phone with a swift, efficient response made the experience feel truly modern and stress-free. Activities & Entertainment You will never run out of things to do. The hotel is a paradise for families, but there is plenty for relaxation-seekers too. For Kids: There is a dedicated PS5 zone and endless activities within the hotel. The Theme Park & Water Park: Since I booked the all-inclusive package, access to the thrilling rides and water slides was included. It’s an absolute blast. Wellness: I spent a lot of my time in the sauna, spa, gym, and temperature-controlled swimming pool. All were top-tier facilities. Dining & Drinks The buffet variety is massive. I loved that the menu items changed regularly, so the food never felt repetitive. Options: From the snack times to the endless drink varieties, everything was delicious. Value: Because the buffet is so high-quality, we rarely felt the need to book an à la carte restaurant. Location The location is perfect. Nothingggg 😍

The waterpark’s free food area is closed and it was quite a walk from there to the hotel for lunch and to go back to the action again. Food is repetitive but was good selection

- Deniz (10/5): Отель для детей - Прекрасное месте для детей. Сильно больше 3 дней не рекомендую, но первые три дня будут наполнены радостью и развлечениями. Сын 4 года в восторге от детского клуба. Детская часть в ресторане прекрасна: и детские блюда, и детские столики. В номере есть все для детей, подставки у раковины, сок и печенье, ночное освещение.

- Pelin (10/5): çok keyifliydi - Çocuklar için gerçek bir cennet, 3 gün boyunca hiç sıkılmadılar. Odalar sürekli temizleniyor, personeller çok yardımcı. Yemek, kahvaltı kalitesi biraz daha iyi olabilirdi rixos otel için. Ayrıca tema parktaki güvenliklere 3 kez konum sorduk, üçü de bilmiyordu ya da yanlış yönlendirdi. Son olarak çocuk otelinde hamam/saunaya çocukla girememek bence doğru değil.

Территория очень красивая и ухоженная. В концепцию все включено входит мало напитков, многие за доп плату. Мы хотели кататься на Тайфун коастер, высокой синей горке, но она не работала. Все остальное нас впечатлило.

- Alla (10/5): bērnu paradīze - Bērnu koncepta viesnīca - bijām februāri, kad sācies pavasaris: nav rindu, nav drūzmas, viesnīca nav pārpildīta, uz atrakcijām var iet vairākas reizes. Numuruņa dizains, bērnu klubs un kopēja atmosfēra ļoti patika, personāls atsaucīgs. Daudz foršu detaļu bērniem - projektori, meistarklase, utt.

The food was delicious. The location was on spot as it was right next to the Theme park and shopping center. The staff in the restaurants were friendly specially the filipino staff’s. I like the property but we were assigned to a boy’s room instead of giving as a room with a girl’s designs as my child was a girl and not a boy. My daughter was kind of expecting to have a girl’s room design as it was her birthday holiday but unfortunately didn’t happen. Also, the staff on the back entrance going to the shopping center was not friendly and she looks unhappy with her job.

Bahşiş beklentisi olmayan çalışanlar sebebiyle güzel bir intiba yaratıyor. Odalar ve ortak kullanım lavabolar gayet temizdi. Havlu ve çarşaflar temiz ve fazlasıyla vardı. Ütü ve masasına kadar düşünülmüş 👏. Herkese teşekkür ederiz çok memnun kaldık. Kış sezonu olduğu için aquaparktan faydalanamadık 😅 sizlik bir olayı yok ama yinede yazayım dedim. Yoksa eksik yok.

We had to wait 3 hours at check-in and still did not receive the pink room we specifically requested. The sound insulation between the rooms was extremely poor due to the connecting rooms; it felt like the neighboring room was inside ours. Having to wait in long lines for meals was also not pleasant.

- Sergei (10/5): - Большое спасибо сотрудникам ресепшн за встречу, особенно Emre, всё нам рассказал об отеле и парке. В отеле мы не правый раз, но всё осталось на высшем уровне и мы получили отличные впечатления как будь-то в первый раз, сейчас мы отмечали два дня рождения сына и папы и нам всё понравилось. Хотели также поблагодарить девушку менеджера в главном ресторане говорящую на русском но к сожалению забыли её имя. Понравилось шоу дельфинов , ребёнок доволен от парка развлечений, прокатился на американских горках которые работают даже зимой. Спасибо всему персоналу за хороший отдых. Нет, всё отлично.

- Nadezda (9/5): Прекрасный мини отпуск в Легенде - Для проезда к отелю приготовьте данные о бронировании, чтобы показать охраннику на шлагбауме. Все начинается с удобного паркинга, ассистент поможет выгрузить багаж и отгонит машину на парковку. В отеле все для детей и немножко для взрослых. Нигде на территории отеля нет алкоголя, кроме одного паба. Весь минус первый этаж - все для развлечения детей: мини клуб, игровые автоматы, плей-стейшены, лаунж, бар с безалко-коктейлями и тп. Удобное приложение с расписанием ежедневных активитис в отеле, шоу и др. мероприятий в парке, в зоне шопинга, везде в стране легенд. Никогда не пропустишь что-то интересное. Удобное общение в вацап в случае необходимости решить любые проблемы. И главное - безлимит посещения парка включен в стоимость. Зимой не работает аква-зона. Но прекрасное шоу дельфинов работает. Хороший Спа. Не пополняли минибар как обещали ежедневно
- Daria (10/5): Это настоящая сказка для детей и родителей !!!Лучший персонал!!! - Это был лучший отдых и лучшее место, которое мы когда либо посещали. Начиная с холла ожидания, где встречают аниматоры и гора конфет, для гостей и заканчивая всем наполняемым внутри самого отеля. Настоящая сказала для детей и взрослых. Мы отдыхали семьей из троих человек с 2-6 января 2026 года. Двое взрослых и ребенок 6 лет. Бронируя номер я написала свою просьбу по тематике номера, так как у нас мальчик номер нам организовали в синем цвете и рыцарской тематике. По приезду в отель на стойке регистрации нам сообщили о том что у нас будет номер с террасой и видом на главную площадь, где мы могли не выходя из номера наблюдать все шоу сверху( что очень нам показалась удобным, не стоять в толпе людей, где не особо видно все) По номеру, все чисто, были предоставлены два халата, два комплекта тапочек, различные гигиенические принадлежности( щетки, пасты, мыло, гель, шампунь, бальзам, кондиционер для волос, крем для тела). Каждый день меняли все постельное белье и полотенца. Мы были в поездке 4 ночи. Каждый день раз в день наполняли мини бар( вода, холодный чай, кола, фанта, и снеки) мини бар- free. Шведский стол просто был нереально наполнен разнообразием продуктов как для деток так и для взрослых. Каждый день разное меню. Мы отдыхали по случаю дня рождения сына, на ресепшен можно попросить поздравить ребенка с днем рождением, на завтрак обычно всех деток поздравляли. Приходили официанты, фотограф, администратор ресторана и аниматор, поздравляли маленьким целым тортиком, перед поздравлением аниматор немного играет с ребенком. Также в этот день, к нем в номер с утра пришел аниматор переодетый в эльфа и подарил шарики. Ребенок был в восторге!!! Еще очень хочется отметить что эти все услуги также не оплачиваются отдельно, что очень приятно! Не возможно не отметить персонал! На стойке помощи гостям очень приятный и отзывчивый парень Halil, он помог разобраться со всеми нюансами. Нет!!!!
