- Martinha (5/5): - O hotel estava perto do local de trabalho. Os funcionários são simpáticos e prestáveis. No entanto o pequeno almoço é muito simples e com pouca variedade e só há de terça a sexta! As bolachas e as 3 fatias de bolo mantiveram-se ao longo da semana, os mesmos. A única coisa boa foram os croissants. Nem sempre repunham, como por exemplo o fiambre, quando acabava. A Internet não funcionava bem no quarto.

Locale sotto l'hotel schiamazzi fino a tarda notte obbligava a tenere chiuse le finestre, lo spazio in camera da letto molto generoso tranne tra scrivania e fine lette a stento ci sta una sedia.

- Gaby (6/5): Saubere Unterkunft - Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Wir hatten zwei Einzelbetten gebucht. Es wurde uns nicht mitgeteilt, dass diese nicht zur Verfügung stehen. Sondern wir wurden erst vor Ort darüber informiert. Hätten wir diese Information früher erhalten, hätten wir eine andere Unterkunft gebucht.
- Luca (9/5): Ottimo per chi è di passaggio e non solo. - Al check in l'addetta è stata molto cordiale e abbiamo apprezzato molto l'offerta di una bottiglietta d'acqua a testa, un gesto poco costoso ma che fa la differenza. La camera è accogliente e la pulizia impeccabile. Riscaldamento gestibile e ottima doccia. Eravamo, come sempre, di passaggio ma è da consigliare anche per soggiorni più prolungati. Un branco di bambini che hanno usato il piano come un parco giochi. Ovviamente nulla da imputare alla gestione dell'albergo ma alla maleducazione degli adulti responsabili dei bambini.

- David (6/5): - Staff was kind , helpful and outgoing Breakfast was minimal for the price of a nights stay compared to other accommodations we visited. I would suggest adding bedside lighting. In addition, one ceiling light was positioned in front of the tv , which was positioned very high on the wall. When you watched tv you had to turn the light off , but then there were no other lights on except a bathroom light. I would add a second chair to a room made for two people. The hotel façade is very nice and newer.

- Viviana (8/5): Prezzo aumentato, servizio peggiorato - La posizione I materassi era sfondati, scomodissimi. Stanza rumorosa, la finestra da sul terrazzo. Siamo stati da voi nel 2016-2017-2018 e 2019, un cliente "repeater" dovrebbe essere trattato un po' meglio. Prezzo eccessivo per lo stesso servizio invariato negli anni.
- claude (10/5): Hôtel original, très bien tenu, perfetto ! 👌 - Hôtel original, petite ville avec commerces (restaurants à proximité). Dans la région d'Émilie-Romagne, cet hôtel calme nous a permis de faire une étape entre le sud de l'Italie et la France. Mais il est bien placé aussi pour visiter la région. Très propre, et le petit-déjeuner est très complet et très bon, café...et tout ce qu'on peut avoir envie, sucré, salé. A la réception Andréa nous a très bien reçu, d'une gentillesse et très professionnelle. Parfait pour nous touristes, et en plus elle parle très bien Français ! A y retourner.

We called the emergency number at the front door and a woman picked up the phone. She said it is now too late and check-in is not possible anymore. When asking what we are supposed to do now she told us we can sleep in our car... just unbelievable. We went to another hotel in Piacenza just 20 min. away where we got very nice rooms that did not cost much more. So will not stay there anymore.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Great place to stay for a reasonable price - The suite was excellent, consisting of 2 separate rooms, each equipped with 2 beds. If you need two separate rooms, this is one of those places that counts. Excellent price, excellent organization. Bathroom has all you need, shower, toilet, bidet, wash basin, all quite clean, along with liquid soap integrated in the shower. Pros: excellent position, just 10km from the highway, excellent price, supermarket literally 10 meters from the hotel, lots of restaurants nearby, great services and English speaking personel. Cons: I did not notice, but the air conditioning and freezers in the nearby supermarket were quite noisy (others did notice that), very weak Wi-Fi that could only be caught when standing in the entrance door to the suite. Overall: great place for a great price.
