• Francesca (10/5): Ottimo - Straconsiglio! La struttura è un piccolo gioiellino semplice, ma curatissimo, con tutti i comfort necessari. L’accoglienza dello staff è stata ottima. Si arriva in spiaggia in pochi passi e potrete usufruire dei lettini e ombrelloni riservati agli ospiti. Potrete gustare colazione fronte spiaggia al Bahati Restaurant dove abbiamo deciso di cenare e pranzare per l’ottima qualità e prezzo. I ragazzi sono sono tutto fantastici. • Milena (9/5): Siamo stati benissimo - I proprietari erano assenti ma faccio loro i miei complimenti xchè hanno lasciato la struttura in ottime mani. Teddy, Shea e lo staff tutto... le ragazze delle pulizie, il giardiniere, il ragazzo addetto alla cura della spiaggia, le cameriere e il ragazzo al bancone al ristorante... Bravi e gentili. Chiedi e cercano in tutti i modi di accontentarti... sempre col sorriso sulle labbra. Pace e tranquillità regnano sovrane.... Camere pulitissime e cibo ottimo. Io mi sono sentita a casa Chi scrive di umidità e odore... c è sempre brezza marina che porta quindi un po di umidità e almeno allevia dal caldo, siamo in Africa e ovviamente gli odori sono diversi dai nostri... lo stesso legno ha un odore differente... purtroppo spesso manca la luce a Zanzibar e fortunatamente hanno il generatore ma fa un po di rumore... non so se sia possibile mettere intorno una struttura per poter fare andare il rumore verso l alto...io cmq mettevo i tappi ed ero ok.

• Queen (7/5): gentilezza - la struttura ha uno spazio sulla spiaggia dove fare colazione. E' un posto semplice e autentico, dove fanno di tutto per accontentarti. la persona che ci ha accolto è stata molto cortese e gentile, purtroppo c'è stata un pò di difficoltà a capirci sulla prenotazione poichè erano i giorni che c'era internet oscurato ed eravamo tutti a disagio. Ci vorrebbe più attenzione nella cura degli spazi esterni ( es materassini delle poltrone non puliti) e della persona che accoglie, perchè si rischia di farsi una brutta impressione e sottovalutare l'ospitalità offerta.

Ottimo ristorante, abbiam provato altri posti ma qui abbiam mangiato meglio! Alcuni dettagli del bungalow (infissi e un po' di umidità), ma è poca cosa rispetto all'esperienza che offre!
• Calandriello (7/5): Hospedaje ok pero muy caro por lo que ofrece - Lo mejor el staff y el desayuno. Las habitaciones están ok, y tiene generador lo cual es útil porque se corta bastante la luz. Las fotos simulan que el hospedaje queda justo en la playa, pero no es así, el restaurante es lo que queda en la playa. De ahí hasta las habitaciones tenes que cruzar una calle pública y caminar por un pasillo que a los costados tiene edificaciones que parecen abandonadas y en esa calle se juntan varios hombres todos los días, si bien saludan y todo con respeto, se siente incómodo y no encontramos la intimidad que pensábamos tener. Ese pasillo esta un tanto dejado, las fotos lo hacen parecer mucho mas lindo de lo que es en realidad. Es un hotel de 40 dólares la noche no 100 como pagamos, nos pareció excesivamente caro para lo que es. No pudimos cancelar nuestra estancia porque no nos dejaron, pero lo hubiéramos hecho. El wifi es muy malo
• Petra (10/5): Bahati Villa is the BEST - Super nice stay in Bahati Villa, I fell in love with the place and people there. Room was very clean and spacious, and were located nicely in its own peace. A really good wifi also. Super helpful and friendly staff, a big heart to them ❤️ Good breakfast and other foods in the restaurant. Even my friend from another hotel came every night to eat there. I was supposed to be half of my stay in another hotel in Zanzibar, but I couldn't stay away - after one night in another hotel, I came back to Bahati. It's home! There were many little shops on the beach and the village is near, in walking distance, and also easy to go around different places. A really good location. Everything is just super in Bahati, super nzuri!! I would and will come again. I miss it and the people there all ready. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and one extra for Teddy ⭐

Es ist keins der Hotels mit vielen Menschen und dichtem Gedränge. Sehr schön ruhig und entspannt. Jede Anfrage wurde erfüllt. Der Blick vom Frühstückstisch auf dem Indischen Ozean ist einfach atemberaubend. Wer ein ruhiges Plätzchen sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wer viel erleben will, geht einfach runter zum Strand und biegt rechts oder links ab. Es ist alles vorhanden.
• Trine (7/5): Good - Amazing stay! We arrived late at night and were able to check in early for a small extra fee, which was absolutely fantastic. We were greeted with a smile and felt welcome from the very beginning. The staff was always available, friendly, and accommodating. The breakfast and food served were excellent, and it was a pleasure to enjoy our meals here. The hotel offers private sunbeds right by the beach, which made our stay even more comfortable. At night, there was good security, and the guard was both friendly and helpful, giving us an extra sense of safety. The rooms are simple but perfect for our needs. We had a small issue with the air conditioning, but it was fixed immediately. The service was impeccable, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. All in all, a fantastic experience – highly recommended!

• Sandra (8/5): Very good - Kiwengwa is super, a dream beach. Quite busy though which was fine with us. Breakfast at bahati villa is fantastic and the restaurant/bar as well. Staff are incredibly friendly! Irene and Sahid as well, always helpful! There was quite a bit of humidity and our room was poorly lit (natural light).

Possibilità di pranzare o cenare, pesce freschissimo, grigliate miste eccellenti a prezzi abbordabili, personale che parla bene l'italiano e si adopera per risolvere problemi. Sarebbe auspicabile maggiore cura nel dettaglio, magari pulire lo spazio prospiciente la spiaggia, come fanno gli altri vicino.

• H (6/5): Good place but needs to improve on details - The location to the beach, the quietness and not to touristic. It has potential but it can still improve. No water of any kind in the rooms, the rooms were spacious but the single beds were not really sofa's, one bed.came without blankets.
• Karen (10/5): LOVELY SMALL HOTEL - I was upgraded to a bigger room and I had my own outside seating area. Excellent and plenty of choices of food for breakfast. The restaurant also served delicious lunch and dinner. The location was safe and quiet. Security on property. Friendly owners and staff. The back up generator really helped when the whole Zanzibar lost power for several hours.

For the rest, the place is very nice and clean and the staff is amazing, and the hotel is very close to the best beach in Zanzibar in my opinion. Amazing stay!

The villa is a short walk away from the beach and there are many restaurants to choose from upon entering the beach. The staff go out of their way to make sure your stay is a comfortable one and will assist you when needed.

• Antonino (8/5): - Ho trascorso con la mia compagna 3 delle 7 notti a Zanzibar presso questa struttura. Siamo stati accolti calorosamente dal proprietario (non da Pina, letta e riletta positivamente in tantissimi commenti prima di prenotare, ma che ha ceduto l’attività). Stanza ampia, pulita, profumata e curata nei dettagli. Posizione ottima con accesso diretto sulla spiaggia. Nota non positiva relativa al ristorante: abbiamo consumato qui il primo pranzo, fidandoci dei “piatti del giorno” suggeriti dal cameriere, buoni ma con prezzi europei (scoperti solo al momento del conto). Non abbiamo più consumato qui. Colazione ottima con ampia scelta sia di dolce che di salato. Nota negativa: il giorno prima della partenza abbiamo richiesto al proprietario se era possibile, data la partenza alle 7 dall’hotel, avere un minimo di colazione anticipata (anche solo un frutto). La risposta è stata negativa in quanto a quell’ora lui non sarebbe stato sveglio, quando invece la mattina seguente, con nostra sorpresa, l’abbiamo incontrato all’ingresso. Struttura ottima ma con qualche attenzione in più da rivedere

• Verified traveler (8/5): Tolle Unterkunft nah am beach mit - beim Frühstück - Tolles Bungalow mit Klimaanlage und sehr freundlichem Personal. Auch die Nähe zum Strand ist einfach fantastisch! Nur die noch nicht ausgekratzte Nutella im Fruchtaufstrich-Glas hat dann doch etwas verwundert!
• MM (8/5): - Great place if you look for some peace and quiet - the rooms are at the back from the hustle of kiwengwa beach - but you still get a good view from the restaurant and certain angles of upstairs. The staff was friendly albeit limited English and accommodating when I asked for services (which of course I paid for, only fair!). The place was very clean and the food is good. Some power cuts and the re-start had been variable - but in Zanzibar this is not exceptional.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Die Unterkunft ist direkt am strand wurde sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und ein guter ort um die ausflüge zu machen da kiwengwa auf der insel mittig ist..bahati ist gut um sich zu entspannen und hat nette mitarbeiter Was mir nicht gefallen hat ist das die zimmer keinen kleinen kühlschrank hatten so das wir unsere getränke nicht kaltstellen könnten..zur frühstück SOLLTE mal mehr auswahl kommen..wir haben 10 tage lang nur omlet gegessen weil es nur omlet gab..es gab auch keine käse und wasser zur Verfügung sondern nur saft..sowas wie tomate gurke oder schmierkäse gibt es auch nicht..NUR omlet und nutella..wer die insel erkunden will und nichts grosses will ist die unterkunft trotz mangel an frühstück trotzdem zum empfehlen..

• Ubaldo (8/5): OTTIMO, CONSIGLIATO - Il Bahati ha soddisfatto le aspettative. la proprietaria Pina è una persona molto disponibile, discreta, sempre presente per ogni esigenza, o semplicemente per scambiare quattro piacevoli chiacchere. La camere ed i bagni sono semplici ma dotate di tutto il necessario (ricordate sempre che siamo in Africa quindi non vi aspettate lo standard italiano). acqua calda ed elettricità sempre disponibili, che per strutture di questo tipo a zanzibar non sempre sono garantite. Ha una posizione ottimale, direttamente sul mare, dotato di lettini e ombrelli a disposizione dei clienti. ha una bellissima terrazza sul mare dove vengono serviti i pasti, o dove se si può rilassarsi durante il giorno. Il ristorante è ottimo e lo cheff è una persona adorabile, sempre disposto a soddisfare le richieste, ottima anche la pizza. I prezzi sono adeguati ed in linea con gli altri ristoranti vicino (che non sono molti). Avendo girato altre strutture altre strutture di qusto livello a zanzibar, posso dire che questa è sicuramente fra le miglior.
• DARIO (10/5): Beati ..a Bahati - Arrivare a Bahati Villa di notte stanchi per il disagio del ritardo aereo, impolverati da sei giorni di safari, è stato un vero sollievo. Pina ci ha accolti con la gentilezza e la squisita premura di una perfetta padrona di casa . Le camere e i bagni di delicata eleganza sono impeccabili per pulizia e comodità. Il ristorante nella tipica costruzione in stile isolano, sollevato, offre una balconata con vista spettacolare. Le cene e le prime colazioni sono di ottima qualità per freschezza e cura degli alimenti. La piccola spiaggia privata, proprio sotto la villa, è sempre pulita e custodita da un instancabile operatore. Anche l’organizzazione delle escursioni e transfert è precisa e adeguata nel prezzo. Molto curata la mini boutique con esclusive creazioni di artigianato e abbigliamento. Per chi, come noi, desidera una vacanza di vero riposo, in cui il tempo scorre lento lontano dagli affanni di casa, la simpatia e la familiarità di Pina con il suo staff saranno la scelta migliore e di piena soddisfazione
• Irene (10/5): - Hotel a conduzione familiare in riva al mare. Pina e Alex sono fantastici, le camere bellissime e il nuovo ristorante sulla terrazza in spiaggia è spettacolare. Il personale è tutto molto disponibile. Abbiamo passato davvero una bella settimana!
• antonio (8/5): Albergo a due passi dalla spiaggia - Siamo arrivati il 21 febbraio posto molto gradevole siamo stati bene ottimo il climatizzatore in camera perché a Zanzibar fa veramente caldo.piacevole la spiaggia a sue passi dal hotel le padrone di casa Sonia e Pina sono accoglienti e ti fanno sentire a casa loro.la posizione buona a kinwenga la spiaggia lunga x passeggiate con musica e tanto sole.
• 不错的酒店 (10/5): 很温馨的酒店 - 总共8个房间，不太好订，有一个小卧室，适合孩子睡。有私人沙滩，不会被打扰。有自己的餐厅，食物量很大。小花园很温馨。房间内蚊虫多，需自带苍蝇拍。水较咸。空调经常自启动，有时会热，要开电扇，可能就是那么设置的。电压不稳，有一天大风经常断电断网络。服务员热情周到。
• Olivier (10/5): Les Bretons à Kiwengwa - Séjour de 4 nuits au Bahati Village chez Sonia qui nous a accueillit de façon très simple avec toute son équipe très chaleureuse. Un grand merci à Catherine pour le service au restaurant et à Mudi qui c'est vraiment très bien occupé de nous.
• simone (10/5): Un pezzo del nostro cuore al Bahati villa! - Non si possono che spendere belle parole su questo posto e sulle persone che ci lavorano! Dopo 14 ore di volo l'accoglienza è stata fantastica: ci ha accolto Pina, la proprietaria, con un caloroso "qui siete a casa!" Camere arredate in stile africano, belle, accoglienti e, soprattutto, pulitissime!! A pochi passi da una spiaggia bellissima, con le proprie sdraio e Muddi, il ragazzo che la gestisce, super disponibile per ogni richiesta! Che dire della cucina? Ottima, anzi di più! Potrete mangiare ottima pasta con il pesce, ottimi secondi, buonissima pizza, anche la colazione è buona ed abbondante; inoltre il tutto non a buffet come nella maggior parte dei posti.. ma su ordinazione e a prezzi davvero modici! Per quanto riguarda le escursioni le abbiamo tutte prenotate qui, prezzi ottimi (confrontandoci con persone che alloggiavano in altri posti abbiamo scoperto che le pagavano anche il doppio)! Per quanto ci riguarda, non ci sono note negative. Al Bahati si lascia un pezzo di cuore! Simone e Giulia
• Erika e Davide (10/5): Grazioso albergo a due passi dal mare. - Albergo molto carino a due passi dal mare, pulito e confortevole con cucina eccellente e piatti abbondanti. Lo staff è sempre disponibile per esaudire ogni richiesta. Un grosso grazie a Pina per averci fatto innamorare di questa splendida isola. Torneremo al Bahati di sicuro a febbraio.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Very remote from STONE TOWN! - Very nice Hotel. No beach view trees are blocking the view. More like beach is in front of the hotel a few steps down the hill. It took me one hour to a from my hotel to all my tours. One bottle of sprite was $2 US. Food was OK. Staff was very helpful. Food was overpriced recommendation. Eat in town if you can but when you basically 1 hour away fro. Any where i guess u have to pay high prices. The Pros: White sand beach. Very nice comfortable bed with mosquito net. The Cons: To much mosquitos for me. To far from all the action. And the bath water was salty and smelt like the Ocean. The Wifi was horrible had to sit close to the kitchen to try and upload pic or message family. And the mosquitos where waiting for me. I asked for bug spray and they couldnt fund it? Oh No back in my room i went. It was ☔ season they are suppose to have a barrel load of spray ava. To their guest. Nice place but not for me.
