From the moment we arrived at Orabel Suites to the time we left, Jannis and his staff were so helpful and could not do enough for us. With myself being coeliac and requiring gluten free food, they always had options available, even got gluten free bread in for me. It is such a relaxing atmosphere here, so clean and there wasn’t anything that was too much trouble. The finer details here are also what makes this so special. So, if you are looking for a break from the everyday madness, this paradise is certainly the place to come. Happy holidays 😎

• Ronald (10/5): - From the moment we landed and Yannis arranged the transfer from the airport to the villa who had my name on a sign to make it easy to find, it was an amazing trip for us. They greeted us and gave us lots of info about different excursions we could go on. Dimitris was very helpful in any questions we had and any tour we wanted providing us transfers and details as well as restaurants to try. Always was polite and concerned if we had a good day and enjoyed our dinners out. Aris our bar tender was very good bringing our drinks to us pool side and to us in the hot tub. Always polite and asking us how our days out were. Very good at making and introducing us to new cocktails and drinks. Breakfast served daily was awesome getting healthy portions to get our day started. Cleaning staff made our room up daily. They kept the place very clean. We highly recommend this hotel villa. We spent 16 days there and enjoyed our time getting to know Dimitris and Aris and we were lucky enough to learn the Greek way of life from their perspective making us friends for life. Breakfast was lovely and enough to keep us going until dinner. Room servicing was fast and efficient. 400m walk from the sea and about a dozen tavernas but take a torch because there’s no pavement!

From the moment we arrived, Sophia made us feel at home and helping us to plan our itinerary for our trip, giving some great suggestions! The honeymoon suite is a beautiful spacious room and one of the most private out of the suites. The spa was lovely, especially as the sun sets. The hotel is walking distance from some great beach bars and restaurants, pool is beautiful and the daily breakfast was more than enough food - the daily dessert was a lovely addition too

Our concierge Sophia was the best. She was the epitome of hospitality and so kind, fun and helpful. The breakfasts are unbelievable. We appreciated the quiet location but it was very easy to get transportation anywhere on the island especially due to Sophia. Truly one of our best experiences staying at a hotel - quiet, intimate and personal.

Not only is it incredibly well designed, comfortable and well-equipped but a lot of thought and attention to detail has gone into the experience of guests. The facilities are beautiful, the rooms are spacious and immaculate, breakfasts are delicious (and huge!) and the location makes it very easy to access local beaches and restaurants. However, what makes the Orabel Suites stand out more than anything is the staff. Every member of staff is helpful, approachable, efficient and good humoured. A particular shout out to Sofia, who, from the moment she welcomed us personally as we arrived, spent time ensuring we got the most out of our time and who was warm, thoughtful and meticulous in everything she did; Vasily who served us breakfast, attempted to teach us some Greek and gave lots of personal recommendations for places to visit and to Chris (apologies if this is not the correct spelling) who made us cocktails with real artistry and skill - probably the best expresso martini I've ever had! Thank you again - we will definitely be back!

The manager, Sofia, was welcoming and a wealth of local knowledge. Importantly for us, only having a short stay, she provided recommendations for places to eat and visit - making bookings where required. The owner, Jannis, was very visible and engaging with us. Their support team were wonderful, from the delicious breakfasts to the cocktails prepared by the barman Christopher, who would be a credit to any resort. The suites are spacious and immaculately presented and there’s plenty of comfortable loungers around the beautiful pool for everyone. Already planning next years visit.

Breakfast was so refined, so fresh and so tasty and the service by Angelica was so pleasant. Definitely a treat that we didn’t get anywhere else in Greece. Jannis and Sophia helped us before and during our stay with details such as rental of a car with pickup from the port, outing recommendations and providing us with a detailed map and lists of well-appointed restaurants when we arrived. It was all very useful! The location was perfect for us! On the nicest beach of Santorini, away from the crowds of Thira and Oia and at short proximity of Akrotiri, the red beach, Emporio, Pyrgos and Kamari which are all worth visiting! Overall extremely satisfied and strongly recommend!

Rooms and pool area cleaned thoroughly every day, all staff using PPE throughout our stay. Location is handy for beaches, bars and restaurants. I would recommend Orabel Suites and would visit again.

The only negative was the temperature of hot tub which wasn't as hot as I would like.. Also it situated in the area which is 20 to 30 min drive from main places which is Fira and Oia.. The beach next to hotel is 10 min walk which you can use sunbeds from a good restaurant free of charge.. Breakfasts will be made privately so you call and order your breakfast and they serve either in your terrace or bedroom or by the pool.. My friend and I had very nice time staying in this hotel.

You all really made us feel at home and welcome and we cannot thank you anymore. The purpose of our trip was to visit a wedding for a friend and we decided to stay in Orabel Suites. Although our checkout was slightly earlier than the 12noon check in time, the team allowed us to come early and use the facility. We booked 3 Superior Suite (with Private Outdoor Jacuzzi) and all were above our expectation. Not only comfortable but clean and well maintained with daily room cleaning and complimentary supplies. The views are not as nice as ones in OIA or Thera but they defiantly make up for this with customer service and onsite support. Although the staff are new to Orabel, the owner knows how to treat them and they in turn treat the business as their own. This really felt like a family environment and everyone got on well. They had no issues ordering Taxis (25 euros to Thera or 50 Euros to OIA) at any time of day and also help get medication one night when one of my friends fell ill. Breakfast was included but all meals consumed in the Suites were amazing. Definably credits to the chef who cooks on demand and we defiantly recommend getting the surprise breakfasts as you will not be disappointed. I had high expectations after reading previous reviews and they managed to exceed them. The staff couldn’t do enough for you, my girlfriend was pregnant and they did everything possible to make our stay perfect. Jannis and Sofia gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and we even hired a car through them, the chef would personalise our breakfast every morning which was a lovely touch as I have never had this at a hotel before. • Susan (10/5): Wonderfully relaxing stay - Loved our stay at Orabel Suites. We stayed here for a week as we were attending a family wedding and felt so at home. Everyone we came into contact with were very friendly and accommodating - nothing was too much trouble. They arranged taxi transfers for us and were very happy to recommend restaurants, places to go, boat trips and also advised where not to visit due to high tourist numbers at certain times and days. The breakfasts were wonderful and varied and they were more than happy to change/add items when requested. The whole place is lovingly cared for and exceptionally clean - everyone takes great pride in what they do. Two minor things could have improved our stay - the bed was slightly on the hard side and there was no full length mirror in our room but neither of these were a problem. We both would not hesitate to return.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated with amazing, friendly service by everyone on the staff. Magda stayed late to accommodate our late flight and show us to our room. She even made us a snack when we asked where we could get food nearby at such a late hour! Thalia is Orabel's amazing cook who makes breakfast pretty much all day -- you just call reception when you're ready for it to be served and she or Peter will bring it to you with a smile! Xaris is the pool bartender; he makes great welcome drinks and also gave us some delicious restaurant recommendations. Koula and Nikoletta prepared our room beautifully each day and made sure we were comfortable. Ioannis, the owner, has curated a wonderful staff that is always happy to help and serve you in any way. The hotel itself is so peaceful and quiet. The only sounds we heard were the pool water running and friendly "hellos." Each room has its own outdoor patio space with a personal hot tub, which was a great way to relax at the end of the day. The rooms themselves were squeaky clean and well designed. We had a fabulous time here and hope to be back again!
• Jessica (10/5): Amazing Hotel! - Most amazing hotel we have ever stayed at! We came here for our honeymoon and everything was perfect. Magda, Harry, and Yannis were all friendly and accommodating! Our room was clean, large, and we had a private balcony with hot tub. We would definitely come back to this hotel in the future. The breakfast was also amazing in the morning. Every morning the hotel chef freshly prepares breakfast and brings it to your balcony with fresh juice. Missing this hotel already :)
• Mike (10/5): Wonderful - We have just returned from our mini moon at the Orabel Suites and it is truly a beautiful, tranquil hidden gem. The hotel is in a lovely location; quiet and secluded and only a five minute walk to the beach and restaurants (be sure to visit Seaside restaurant; stunning food!!). The hotel is kept spotlessly clean and the grounds are beautiful. As there are only 11 suites the service is incredibly personal; nothing is too much trouble and the staff truly make the hotel. From crazy, lovely Magda on reception who knows the island inside out and will help you organise anything to Harris on the bar who is another gem full of recommendations and makes the best chocolate milkshakes! Thalia the chef is amazing; she makes the most delicious breakfasts and being pregnant she completely spoilt me! Each breakfast was so filling we wouldn't eat again until dinner and was full of yummy treats including the most delicious home baked croissants!! Pedros who assists Thalia and is so friendly and helpful and the lovely maids who keep the grounds and suites beautifully clean. Yannis has done an amazing job in creating such an amazing, friendly and beautiful hotel which we definitely be returning to! Thank you so much for such a lovely stay.

Our hosts were extremely helpful, even offering to order a take-away meal for us on arrival as it was late and we just wanted to get settled in; also happy to make restaurant reservations and activity suggestions. Breakfasts are homemade, delicious, and very generous, served until 12pm; so we went out for the morning and came back for a breakfast/lunch before relaxing by the pool for the afternoon. Room was very comfortable, and the heated private plunge pool was perfect for an evening dip. The welcome glass of Vinsanto and tasty treats was a nice touch. Housekeeping kept everything spotless in our room and throughout the hotel and made sure that nothing was out of place at any time - everything always looked perfect. Quiet and relaxing environment, with just 10 rooms so it never felt crowded. Perfect - genuinely didn't want to come home :-)
• Linh (10/5): Best first experience in Santorini! - Orabel suites was everything my boyfriend and I needed for our first trip to Santorini. The fresh breakfast every morning was amazing. The customer service we received from the staff was always attentive and everyone spoke English. The hotel itself was breathtaking and very taken cared of. Lastly, the location was so ideal because it was only a short walk to the beach, where the hotel provides you with a complimentary day bed! There are many restaurants along the beach too, which was really convenient. We really enjoyed our stay here and look forward to returning to Orabel. Shout out to the manager Of the hotel, who personally assisted with helping us plan out our trip and making it one for the books!!

• Neesha (10/5): Pure luxury in Santorini - Orabel Suites - where do I start! If you want luxurious, peaceful, tranquil surroundings, this is the place to come! I knew it would be amazing based on the fantastic reviews but to experience this amazing place for yourself is unreal. We had 6 fantastic nights here with a delicious, massive breakfast each morning. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble to make your stay amazing. It has a luxury, premium feel to it and part of why we enjoyed our trip to beautiful Santorini so much was because of Orabel. I would recommend to anyone!
• Moe (10/5): Nice clean hotel, great breakfast - Breakfast is somwthing different everyday, consists of healthy ingredients and the beach is a walking distance and has a varity of restaurants. The staff are amazing and any service you need (rent an ATV, a car, or an excursion) is arranged at the reception for convenince. I would come back to visit Orabel in the future.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent boutique hotel - Perfect for honeymooners the hotel was lovely, the staff and very friendly and kind and the rooms were excellent. We were in a Delux room which had the bedroom upstairs. This gave the room more of an apartment feel which was lovely! The breakfasts were the best we have had, each day the chef brought up something new and we really enjoyed everything she made. The hotel managers were great and booked all of our excursions, transfers and restaurant for us. The surrounding area was ok not the pretty Santorini style you see in the brochures but the hotel was amazing for what we wanted which was a relaxing time in a private and quiet location and the rooms have private outdoor space and a jacuzzi which was lovely and very relaxing. (The pool was too cold to swim in even on the hottest days) but overall this is an excellent hotel and I would definitely recommend it!

• Anshuman (10/5): Awesome stay at Santorini - Stayed in the property for 4 nights (15th-19th July '17) with my wife Amazing stay thanks to the very warm, cordial and professional staff. The receptionist Janis was extremely helpful and charted out a siteseeing plan for us when we arrived. The surprise breakfast everyday was refreshing and the area was quiet and serene. The perivolos beach was a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

• Claudio (10/5): Paradise within paradise..... - We stayed 2 days at Orabel Suites in Santorini. The place is in their second season but looks brand new. Each suite has a private jacuzzi beside the main pool. Service is excellent and very personalized including a gurmet breakfast. Location is also very convenient to visit the black, red and white beaches. If you go to Santorini.....you would love to be at the Orabel Suites!

• Al (10/5): Truly Truly Amazing! (Please read if Muslim) - My wife and I went to Santorini for our honeymoon. We were initially a bit worried as we're both Muslim, and so we were unsure about what food we'd be able to eat whilst we were there i.e. halal food etc. Nevertheless, we thought we'd take the plunge and book. I am so glad we did as Santorini is a beautiful island, with beautiful people - and it was sooooo chilled out. Although there were no restaurants that served halal food, every restaurant served vegetarian food or pizza/pasta & chips. I recommend Popeye's Restaurant at Perivolos - which is on the shore of the BEAUTIFUL black beach. The views were truly amazing and I would recommend that you go on the boat cruise to the volcano including the sunset at Oia. My wife and I loved it, although be prepared for a shed load of walking and about 15 gazillion steps from the harbour upto Oia. Do hire a car or quad bike to see the island, everyone does them, just have a driver's licence and credit card with you. The hotel we stayed at was called Orabel Suites. I would recommend that they make this hotel an eight wonder of the world! We stayed in the honeymoon suite and was gorgeous! The staff are just the best, right through from Yannis the owner to Christine the chef and her amazing breakfasts, through to Themis at reception. Even the helpers that assist with breakfast and cleaning were lovely. If I had the money I would permanently rent a room out at Orabel and live out the rest of my days there. I cannot recommend it enough!
• Howard (10/5): Fantastic. - Stayed at Orabel for 10 nights and without doubt one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Everything here is immaculate and to a very high standard and the staff treat you like one of the family. we cannot recommend this hotel enough if you want peace and tranquillity and to be spoilt rotten.
• Mel (10/5): Lovely apartments only a few minutes from the beac - Absolutely lovely apartments in a very tranquil setting. All staff were very friendly and nothing was to much trouble for them. We booked the transfer from the airport, slightly more expensive than a taxi but highly recommended. The whole stay 8 nights was extremely enjoyable. Small improvements could be a more varied breakfast ( possibly a small menu) and maybe a shower wall bracket rather than having to hold the shower head. Both just suggestions. Again I would like to highly recommend the Orabel suites. Thanks for making our stay so lovely!

The staff are amazing very helpfull. The location is great just a few mins walk from the beach there are lots of bars and sun loungers!
• Tim (10/5): Gem of a hotel in Santorini - The hotel was the perfect place to stay in Santorini as we found out after visiting the other "hot spots" on the island. It is brand spanking new, small and quiet. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. From helping to book tours, boat rides, taxis, etc. to the beautiful breakfast delivered every morning on our schedule. Short 5 - 10 minute walk to the beach with great dining options there as well.
• Katherine (10/5): Boutique beautiful hotel - We loved our stay at Orabel Suites. It is a new boutique hotel at the quieter end of the island. The room was fitted out with beautiful features including exquisite toiletries, bathrobes, towels and pool towels. We especially loved the quiet spaces in our own jacuzzi and the pool area. Breakfast was delightful and different each day of our 3 days. They will serve anytime between 9-12 wherever you want to eat it- at the pool, in your room, on the balcony. It consisted of a number of things including decadent yoghurt , breads, cakes, eggs bacon- yum! Everything was dealt with in a professional unassuming manner- nothing was any trouble. We felt so relaxed. We also took up the sunset cruise and it was a highlight for us - just do it! We caught a personal taxi to Fira then the public bus for. Day out to Oia. Christos will organise the taxi. It is a wonderful place - a highlight of our 5 weeks.
