What didn't you like? הרגשה של אכסניה ולא מלון בוטיק. הזמנו במלון 7 חדרים בשבועי של פסח - ביקשנו לאכול את ארוחת החג - עלות הייתה לפי הבעלים 550 ש"ח לסועד ילד או מבוגר אבל עשו הנחה בגלל הכמות ל 420, הבטיחו ארוחת מלכים ושולחן אבירים. כמו כן לעזיבה מאוחרת בצאת החג - (דתיים) 550 ש"ח לחדר!!!!! 5 חדרים, להשוואה מלון הרברט סמואל שהוא הרבה יותר טוב גובה 250 לעזיבה מאוחרת ו 450 לארוחת חג באמת מפוארת. בארוחה הכל היה חד פעמי, הוגש דג - התנצלנו שאין מספיק לכולם. מנה עיקרית רצועות שניצל ואסאדו חצי שרוף ושומני שגם הוא נגמר - מפואר זה לא!!!! ובטח לא שווה 6500 ש"ח לארוחה !!! פשוט מביך ארוחות בוקר מנות מרכזיות מאוד מצומצמות ומרגיש בחסכון. בלי טונה בלי מבחר גבינות בלי חביתות למרות שהיה גוי שבת ומותר להעביר אש - מתי שנות העברית.. רצינו גם ארוחת חג ביום החג, רצו גם 6500 ש"ח - ויתרנו והבאנו קייטרינג שקנינו ואכלנו בלובי אחרי ששאלנו האם מותר והסכימו לנו. אישתי אלרגית לאבק לכן ביקשנו ניקיון נוסף שלא יהיו כדורי אבק - ודאגו 3 פעמים. כמובן שאיך שהגענו החדר מלא באבק על המיטה ובין המיטות ועל הרצפה - התקשרנו לקבלה ושלחו מעלית שבת עבדה לפרקים - אימא שלי מבוגרת בת 80 נאלצה לעלות ולרדת 6 קומות ברגל כי המעלית נתקעה. פעם נשלח נציג להפעיל את מעלית שבת בשבילה. שורה תחתונה שפנינו לענת אמרה שלא מבינה מה הבעיה ועשתה 550 ש"ח הנחה על עזיבה אחת מאוחרת מתוך 5 שנשארו בשיח אחד בטלפון עם אחיה היה פשוט מביך - לא מבינים מה הבעיה שניצל פרוס כמנה עיקרית ודגים שחסרים ואין אפילו חצי מנה לסועד!!! ואסאדו שרוף שלא הספיק ונגמר, הציעו פיצוי ארוחת זוג לשני לילות באמצע שבוע אבל לחזור לא נחזור לשם.

- ORTAL (5/5): חוויה מאכזבת מאוד – פער גדול בין ההבטחות למציאות, עם תנאים לא נוחים ועלויות נסתרות. - מרוב שהתאכזבנו לא אהבנו כלום המלון ממוקם בפועל באמצע אתר בנייה, דבר שלא צוין מראש ופוגע מאוד בחוויית השהות. אין חניה מסודרת למלון, אלא הסדר חלקי בלבד עם חניון יקר מאוד – גם לאחר “הנחה” של 20%, כל שעה עולה כ-40 ש"ח. בפועל שילמתי כ-280 ש"ח ל-24 שעות חניה – מחיר מוגזם ולא סביר, במיוחד כשזה לא מצוין מראש בתהליך ההזמנה. אם הייתי יודעת, בהחלט הייתי שוקלת אם להזמין את המלון. בנוסף, בשעה 6:00 בבוקר התעוררנו מרעש של טרקטורים וקדיחות, אחרי שחזרנו מאוחר בלילה – דבר שפוגע מאוד במנוחה הבסיסית שמלון אמור לספק. החניה גם מרוחקת, מה שמאלץ להיסחב עם מזוודות במרכז העיר – חוויה לא נוחה בכלל. בחרתי במלון בעקבות המלצות, אך לצערי יש פער גדול בין מה שמוצג לבין המציאות בפועל. לא אמליץ על המלון הזה.

- Kolomeitz (10/5): Great location, good price, friendly staff. I’ll definitely stay there the next time I’m in Jerusalem. - Great location - 10 metres from the light rail, short walk to street food and cafes, easy walk to the Old City. Price is very reasonable and the rooms reflect the price - nothing too fancy but very clean and everything you need is there. Staff are amazing - friendly and nothing is too difficult. I particularly like the relaxed dining area and adjacent sitting room with access to little coffee tables on the verandah. I can’t recommend this hotel more highly - sadly that might mean I have to compete for a room 😉. The only issue - and it’s really trivial - was the double bed was two singles side by side which slid apart a little during the night. Totally worth it in light of all the benefits of this hotel.

- Rami (4/5): - מיקום טוב קרוב לרחוב יפו אבל בבוקר מוקדם יש רעש רציני בעיקר מהתחבורה הציבורית וצפירות רכבים. מיזוג בחדרים היה מצויין . צוות קבלה אדיב בחדר הורים מגבות מלוכלכות ,מיטת מבוגר מוקמה במין מעבר ולא בחדר שינה ולכן הורגשה צפיפות., במקלחת אחת לא היו מים חמים וראש דוש היה סדוק ,מים יוצאים מתוך המקלחון אל רצפת האמבטיה,בחדר הורים חדר האמבטיה צפוף וקטן אין מרחב שימוש ליד האסלה עמדת הכיור לא מאפשר נוחות . מקרר מיני באר לא עבד טוב ולא קרר באחד החדרים ,פתיחת דלת המרפסת כלפי פנים אי נוחות עקב צפיפות המיטה. עמדת קפה חלב סויה היה מקולקל
- ירין דוד (9/5): אין ספק שאחזור שוב. - השירות של הצוות המיקום של מקום האירוח שנמצא במרכז העיר והפרטיות יום אחד, שירות חדרים השאיר את דלת החדר פתוחה לאחר ניקיון החדר.
- Shlomi (10/5): חוויה מצויינת !!!!! - המלון מצויין , מיקום הכי טוב בירושלים , בית מלון נקי ומסודר , הצוות שהם בעצם משפחה אדיבים ושירותיים , אין ספק שנשוב לבית מלון הזה !! באנו ל2 לילות 2 זוגות וקיבלנו יחס אישי ומפנק , חוויה ממש מוצלחת !

- Nurit (10/5): - מלון משפחתי, נקי ונעים מאוד. הצוות לבבי, משרה אווירה טובה, מסייע בהמלצות ובהכוונה לפעילויות. האווירה במלון טובה והמיקום נהדר. הכל היה מצוין.
- Spielmann (7/5): Nem egy klasszikus szálloda, inkább motel-jellegű, innen adódnak a nagyon eltérő vélemények - egy emeletes házban kialak - Néhány alkalmazott van csupán, a többség nagyon kedves és segítőkész. Nehéz bőröndökkel is könnyű közlekedni. A szálláshely elhelyezkedése jó. A lobby hangulatos, vízgép és kávé mindig elérhető. Az ágyak tisztaságára nagyobb gondot kellene fordítani. A konyhán mosogató van és egy mini hűtőszekrény, nescafè, tea, pohár. Mosogatószert és evőeszközöket vinni kell, ha valaki igényt tart rá.

- Alexandra (1/5): - Nothing Old dirty cheap feeling rooms. I don’t understand where all those reviews about how clean and nice it is are coming from. Were those people living in a different hotel?! Ripped apart grey towels with brown stains!!!! Chipped or scratched furniture and walls, stains everywhere. The room had a feeling as if it was completed with furniture found on the street. The water in the shower oscillates between hot and cold all the time, there was almost no water pressure coming from the shower head due to scale in it (the least of the worries tho). 230$ per night - and the hotel can’t get new white fresh towels? Shame. We only booked one night and wanted to spend the morning in the city before going back, but instead rushed back on a 6:40 train because of the worst night sleep experience. The administrator silently showed where to put the key, no “how was your stay”, nothing. So if you respect yourself, after reading this stay out of this place.

- חיים פריאנטה (3/5): רוצה בבקשה שיחזירו לי את הכסף של הארוחת בוקר שלא אכלתי כי חשבתי ארוחת בוקר מהשעה 7:30 כמו בכל מלון - הייתי שם ושילמתי ארוחת בוקר וחשבתי שכמו בכל בית מלון שארוחת בוקר מ7 עד 10 בבוקר ופה אמרו לי ארוחת בוקר מ9 בבוקר ושילמתי על ארוחת בוקר שלא אכלתי בכלל כי הייתי צריך כבר לצאת לעבודה בשעה 9 ולכן לא אכלתי כי עם היו אומרים לי שארוחת בוקר מתחילה רק ב 9 אז לא הייתי משלם עבור ארוחת בוקר וגם שמו אותי בממד לישון אין בעיה עם זה גם ככה באתי לישון אבל בממד עוד לא ראיתי דבר כזה בית מלון בתוך ממד ועם היה קורה מלחמה אז כולם היו באים אליי שאין חניות שם וגם באים לנוח ועוד איפה בממד שמו אותי זה הכי מצחיק מה זה מלחמה לא הבנתי
- Ronit (10/5): - המלון במיקום מצויין מרכזי, חנייה בתשלום מרחק 3 דק הליכה, מלון בוטיק באווירה ביתית, צלי הבעלים נעים אדיב ובעל רמת שירות גבוהה, חדרים נקיים ונעימים, ארוחת הבוקר מצויינת. 5 דק הליכה לשוק מחניודה, ו 10 דק הליכה לממילא. פעם חמישית שלי במלון ואחזור שוב. מומלץ מאוד.

- גואטה (7/5): - המיקום נהדר. הלובי נעים ועגלת הנישנושים עלתה במגוון ואיכות על ארוחת הבוקר. החדר סבבה אבל כסאות ישיבה חורקים ופרקט ישן וחורק. מרפסת נחמדה. ארוחת הבוקר הזויה. פרוסות לחם יבש. במזנון היה סלט חסה וללא ירקות חיים בכלל . קערית ספגטי( כנראה שאריות?). קערית אורז יבש. ריבות מקולקלות. ביצים קשות ומקושקשת שרופה. לא פינקו בכלום. אמרו שהארוחה עד עשר. בעשרה לעשר קיפלו הכל. אנחנו זוג מבוגרים דתי. אמרו לנו שיש מעלית שבת ונתנו לנו חדר בקומה 7. כשחזרנו לאחר 23:00 התברר שאין מעלית שבת וטיפסנו 7 קומות. בקבלה אמרו שמאחר והקבלה נסגרת ב11 זה סוגר גם את המעלית. ביקשו על ארוחת ערב 300 שקל ליחיד. מחיר מובקע .
- Israel (7/5): Not the cheapest hotel, expected a bit more from them. - Brilliant location The bathroom had red ants throughout the stay. I should have complained but I didn't. The towels had a horrible smell. Water from the shower went everywhere, all over the floor in the bathroom.
