• EJNO (10/5): - 이틀을 묵고 싶었으나 하루는 예약이 이미 완료된 상태라 옆에 있는 호텔을 이용하고 마지막 하루만 이용했는데 대만족이었어요. 일단 직원들이 어찌나 친절한지 대접받는다는 느낌이 들었고 방은 바닥마루며 커튼이며 모든 시설이 고급지고 세련되서 호텔에 있는 시간이 즐거웠어요. 위치도 호텔문앞을 나서면 바로 관광의 하이라이트가 있어 위치도 최상이었어요. 아침식사도 풍족하게 차려져 있어 만족스러웠어요. 숙박비는 게스트하우스 보다 좀 비싸긴 하지만 시설이며 쾌적함을 생각하면 가성비 좋은.곳이라 생각되어요. 객실이 많아 좀 시끄럽지 않을까 걱정했는데 너무나 조용해서 숙면을 취할 수 있었어요. 머무는 동안 내내 친절하게 대해주신 Olim 씨와 Mussafar(정확한 이름인가?) 씨 감사했습니다. 없음

С первой минуты и до последней видно было, что парни всей душой болеют за гостеприимство и хорошие впечатления гостей! Сам отель находится в самом центре Старого города. Честно говоря, когда бронировал, я даже не представлял, что локация просто идеальная. И хочется отметить эстетику и дизайн. Все сделано со вкусом, качественно и традиционно! А за названием стоит замечательная семейная история Тети Фатимы, которая и начинала этот бизнес с гостевого дома кажется в 1993 году. Спасибо!

• Mariem (10/5): Authentic and Cozy - This hotel is authentic, clean, and beautifully decorated. It’s perfectly situated in the old city and close to every monument. Check in and check our are flexible and the personnel is very nice and kind. They always make sure we have everything we need and welcome us each time we pass by. They stand to say Salam alykum each time we pass by which is incredible. Since our rooms was on the second floor, they made sure they carry our luggage for us upon arrival and departure. The room is very quiet and the terrace is so beautiful and cozy. Having breakfast or tea there listening to the birds and enjoying the breeze is just magic. Breakfast is very delicious and many options available (cakes, fruits, vegetables, eggs, omelets, crepes and samsa) so goood !!! Our check out time was very early in the morning and the offered us a lunch boxes (without even asking them to) The personal are just so thoughtful and kind If you are looking for a place to stat in Boukhara, don’t think twice

Fabulous, friendly staff, we were greeted with tea and sweets and were able to check in early as requested. Excellent breakfast (including plenty for vegetarians), and very comfortable beds. The cafe next door/downstairs is being renovated, so some days there was some drilling, and on a Saturday night there's loud music playing in the square until about 11pm - neither of these things are the fault of the hotel.

The rooms and the common area are decorated in traditional style to a very high standard. Staffs service was excellent, and very accommodating to our last minute request. Special credit goes to Olim who's going to make it big in the hospitality business! Nothing. Didn't have the breakfast so can't comment on it.

Fanno di tutto per farti rilassare. - staff è gentilissimo, Olim è sempre stato attento e ci ha consigliato un ottimo tour di mezza giornata per vedere le attrazioni fuori città. Ci ha anche aiutati nell’organizzazione del trasporto per Khiva. - camera delle dimensioni giuste, pulitissima e con tutte le comodità di una stanza fatta bene. Bagno grande e tutto funzionante. -colazione buona, comprende prodotti tipici uzbeki, si potrebbe migliorare aggiungendo una macchina per caffè (anziché caffè solubile) ed aggiungendo qualche tavolo in più per evitare di aspettare quando si riempie. Loro stanno sempre molto attenti che tutti stiano bene e se chiedi qualcosa fanno di tutto per accontentarti. - ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Da tornare di nuovo!
• Dmitrii (10/5): - Однозначно топ за свои деньги. Чистота, персонал (Олим легенда!), национальный колорит, идеальное расположение в центре Бухары рядом с Ляби-Хаузом - всё было на высоте. Мы бы вернулись сюда снова. Номера огромные, светлые, все отделано деревом. Везде чувствуется национальный стиль, прямо погружаешься в узбекскую сказку. Во внутреннем дворе стоят дизайнерские тапчаны, вечером сидеть с чаем одно удовольствие:) Завтраки шикарные, НО кофе растворимый. В 2026 году в бутик-отеле с таким сервисом ждешь кофемашину, а не сублимат. Из-за того, что отель деревянный и очень аутентичный, было бы логично сделать его полностью некурящим.

The taxi cannot send you till the hotel so you will have to walk a bit to the hotel, just a short walk. The staffs speak English and are tremendously warm and keen to assist with anything. The room is very clean. Breakfast was good. It would be good if the room is equipped with a safe box.

Расположение, - центрее некуда! Несмотря на это в номере было тихо, улица нас не тревожила, - ведь жизнь сказочного исторического центра Бухары спокойна, размеренна и нешумна! Ресторанчики и магазинчики рядом, - рукой дотянуться можно! Персонал отеля душевный, - при каждой встрече справляется о твоем состоянии, интересуются настроением, стараются создать комфорт для гостя! Честное слово! Так оно и есть! Огромное спасибо Олиму, - за незамедлительные ответы на запросы и сообщения на сайте, за встречу на ж.д. вокзале и трансфер, за полезные советы и консультации, за заботу, за помощь, за открытость и доброе отношение. Персонал отеля старается уделить внимание каждому гостю, никого не оставляет без своего внимания. Номера в отеле немаленькие, - я же знаю, что в других отелях номера меньше. У отеля имеется просторный, спокойный, тихий внутренний двор с дастарханами и еще маленький внутренний "персидский" дворик. Ну очень все комфортненько! Уважаемые коллеги-путешественники, бронируйте этот отель без сомнений, - не пожалеете! На завтраках персонал обволакивает своим вниманием каждого гостя, - старается, чтобы всем всего хватило по вкусам и предпочтениям. В номерах чисто и есть все необходимое из туалетных принадлежностей. Постельное белье приятное. Интерьеры, - почти восточная сказка. Wi-Fi работает устойчиво и достаточной скоростью. Правда быстрорастворимый кофе на завтраке, - ну это ну вот ну вообще не по мне. Надо бы кофемашиной разжиться, друзья. Но это мелочь. Ну вот вообще мелочь. Ну вот такая вот милимиликапля от меня, простите уж. Чтобы было куда хоть еще немного прекрасному Hotel Fatima стремиться-расти-развиваться-исправляться. Очень мне отель понравился! И супруге тоже! The hotel itself was lovely, with everything maintained, which made it incredibly comfortable and relaxing from the moment we arrived. The location is another huge plus — it’s perfectly central, making it easy to explore the surrounding area, access local attractions, and get around without any hassle. What truly made this stay exceptional, though, was the staff — especially Olim. They were outstanding throughout — genuinely friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Olim in particular went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, from offering great local recommendations to helping with practical arrangements like booking taxis. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, well-located place with truly exceptional staff.

• Shirin (10/5): Highly recommended - The hotel was completely new, clearly recently opened or renovated. All rooms faced the inner courtyard, so while there wasn’t a particular external view, the courtyard itself was very Cosy and pleasant. Room service was excellent and very fast, although slightly on the expensive side. Laundry service cost around $10 per kilogram, which is quite expensive compared to other cities and hotels in Uzbekistan. The location was outstanding. The entrance opened directly onto Labi-Hauz, placing you right in the heart of historic Bukhara. Sitting at the cafés by the pond, enjoying tea, and then returning to the hotel to relax is something I highly recommend. Also, don’t miss Joy Restaurant nearby — just make sure to reserve in advance. Despite the hotel being new, some equipment such as the air conditioning unit and refrigerator appeared to be older or possibly second-hand.

The property was very clean and in the center of most iconic tourist attraction and some really amazing restaurants. The mattresses were a bit too soft for us.

• KATSUNORI (10/5): 最高 - ラビハウズの目の前にあり、立地は最高です。観光名所は徒歩圏内、食事をする場所にも困らない。 昼間の暑い時間帯はホテルでお昼寝　観光は朝と夕方に……。 朝食も品数が多く、味も美味しかった。 スタッフの皆さんもとてもフレンドーで、よく話かけてくれます。 最後はブハラの駅までスタッフに送って貰いました（親切な料金で）。 ブハラに泊まるならこのホテルをお勧めします。

• Кирилл (10/5): Отличный отель, вежливый персонал. - Отличный отель за нормальные деньги. Очень гостеприимный и вежливый персонал. Номера очень чистые. Местоположение потрясающее, все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. От аэропорта 7 минут на такси. Простые, но хорошие завтраки со свежими продуктами. Все хорошо.

• Voitishina (10/5): - Отличное расположение, вкусные сытные завтраки, красиво оформленные чистые номера. Но особенно хотелось бы отметить администратора (если не ошибаюсь - его зовут Алим). Именно он создает ощущение того, что тебе здесь рады, ощущение гостеприимства, готов помочь в любое время суток по всем вопросам: трансфер, достопримечательности, где вкусно поесть. Большое спасибо за гостеприимство и доброжелательность, рады будем вернуться к вам!
