Great location staff was super friendly and helpful and we loved having a suite instead of just a room - Right on Shore Rd, easy access to parking and walking into town. Very quiet I wish there was a place to sit and read/people watch by the front building rather than the seating in the back

Property was clean. - Close to areas we wanted to see Did not like crossing the street and going upstairs! Couch not comfortable and bed was not the best. Also when we were checking out Sunday morning it was difficult to drop the keys off! No drop box! The number we called at 7 am gave no response! Luckily there was a customer that came out of the office area and was able to drop the keys off.

• Leslie (10/5): Liked it so much we returned for another night - Great location to access the Marginal Way and to walk into town. Loves having two floors, with a sitting area, kitchenette and full bath on one floor and bedroom and another half bath upstairs. It was too comfortable us to enjoy sitting on the large balcony. We liked the property so much we cancelled our last night in Portland and came back for another night on our way south.

The road noise was loud at times and woke me up and there was no clear place to put the keys for an early departure.

We were able to do laundry and swim. Mid-October so we had the run of the place. Lady at the front desk was kind and I felt she was concerned with our comfort and was quick to offer assistance. Room size was incredible. Kitchenette and living area was a plus. This was our stop-over between Portland and Boston. N/A
• Patrick (10/5): We’ll rebook at the Sea Rose on our next visit to Ogunquit. - The location is perfect. Very walkable to both downtown Ogunquit and Perkins Cove. You can also go to either entrance of the Marginal Way just as easily. The unit was very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room had high humidity. Our first night was a little uncomfortable because we were a late check in. When I notified the desk the next day, I had a dehumidifier within minutes. That did the trick and the unit was very comfortable for our stay.

The suite was clean, comfy, quiet, and spacious with a cute, little balcony. The front desk gal had a great energy, was accommodating, and was happy to suggest restaurants, etc. On-site parking was convenient and safe. (Pretty sure the whole town is safe.) It's a short walk to the Marginal Way (which is important to me) and to downtown. Downtown parking can be scarce, so walkable matters!

We had gotten the okay from another staff and manager. Regardless, we already plan to come back and stay again. We are two couples and one of us is expecting. Plenty of room to add a baby and pack and play! Beds we’re comfortable, two bathrooms are always a plus. Temperature was easy to adjust. We like walking and felt it’s a perfect location in between Perkins cove and downtown Ogunquit

• Pat (3/5): Mediocre stay at tired property. - Close to attractions. When we booked our room the description mentioned parking across the street. What they failed to mention was parking is across the street down the hill behind their other property. So technically across the street but I feel, very deceptive. They actually did have some spaces right across the street but said we could not park there. The person that checked us in was not very friendly or helpful.

• Gary (6/5): - We have stayed at SeaRise Suites a few times previously and have always related it highly. Spacious and clean, well-equipped units at a reasonable price. And at a great location on Shore Road. This time, however, we have to rate it as just average solely because of the particular unit we were given. It was a handicapped accessible suite which had a bathroom which was located between the bedroom and the kitchen/sitting room. The setup was very unusual and inconvenient as the bathroom had entry doors from both of the adjoining rooms. To get to the bedroom from the kitchen and vice versa one had to pass through the bathroom. Privacy was obviously also an issue due to the two entrance setup. The blame is not on the establishment but rather on hotels.com for not communicating the type of suite we were actually reserving. Our advice is if a handicap accessible unit is not necessary then bypass hotels.com when making the reservation. Contact Sea Rose Suites directly and request a non-handicap accessible suite. The rate will be the same and you will be assured of a unit that has a more convenient layout.
