Y una sala de juego de niños entretenida. Se realizan masajes y la persona encargada es bastante buena. Está bastante lejos de las principales atracciones turísticas. El aseo de la habitación se realizaba tarde. Llegué post paseo y almuerzo a las 15 horas y no estaba listo. Me querían cobrar una cerveza del frigobar que no consumí. Sugiero revisar el frigobar.

La puerta del baño de mi habitación estaba totalmente rota (cerradura) y no nos repusieron el jabón en los 3 días que estuvimos, nos terminamos bañando con el shampoo de la ducha.... Personal amable Para comer o tomar algo ahí es caro

La saleté dans la chambre, celle n’était pas propre quand nous sommes arrivé et partiellement nettoyée chaque jour. De plus, nous avions demandé un lit bébé pour notre fils, celui a bien été mis à disposition mais avec des draps en guise de matelas.

Bayram (7/5): Ok hotel, men ikke 5 stjerner værd, swimmingpool på taget er mere et børnebassin. - Det var rent, men det er ikke et 5 stjernet hotel efter europæisk standard. Der var ingen blandt personalet der kunne tale engelsk. Underligt når der er tale om et amerikansk ejet hotel i Rio og engelsk er et internationalt sprog.

Las habitaciones necesitan mantenimiento, el baño estaba con hongos y humedad en el techo, el espejo se estaba despegando en las esquinas y los rieles de las puertas del baño llenos de hongos por falta de limpieza. Igual el cubre camas con huecos. Y sabanas manchadas. Por el precio uno esperaría todo impoluto e impecable pero no es así

Tuve problemas con el acceso a mi habitación y al ascensor en más de dos oportunidades porque las tarjetas fallaban constantemente. Al intentar solucionar el problema con el personal de recepción, la respuesta fue nula en cuanto a empatía; me trataron con indiferencia a pesar de que pedí ayuda amablemente.

David (5/5): 1st visit to Rio - Breakfast was good quality, service at at dinner was excellent. Waiter was very very attentive, star of the show. Location was far from everything, not near the beach or any of the attractions. We were there on vacation and felt like a business hotel. We made a bad choice.. not really your fault. The room was much smaller than the pictures suggested and very odd layout with 3 doors. The keys never all worked properly and gave up in the end and left the internal doors open. TVs did not work but were fixed during the stay

Fernanda (9/5): custo-beneficio ruim, muito longe da praia, perigoso para chegar a pé, sem nada ao redor - colaboradores muito educados. Me senti segura para deixar os cachorros, mas a janela para pet pode ser perigosa. Café da manhã ruim, pães duros, sem muita variedade em bolos, parecia que eram colocados os mesmos todos os dias, cara de sobras. E restos de poeira de contrução por todas as intalações, jovens fumando maconha no salão embaixo.

Renata (6/5): Não é compatível com hotel 5 estrelas - A estrutura do hotel é boa, mas tem que melhorar em vários pontos Serviço não é compatível com um hotel 5 estrelas. 1) chegamos no hotel e não tinha ninguém para ajudar com as malas e nenhum manobrista para pegar o carro 2) bar da piscina não tem serviço de garçom, atendente do bar sumia e ficamos sem atendimento por muito tempo. Além disso os preços são absurdos: três croquetes 68 reais 3) para pegar o carro, os manobristas demoram muito e teve dia que esperamos mais de 20 até conseguir 4) café da manhã cheio, fomos direcionados para o salão de convenções, lá tudo improvisado, sem talheres e recipientes adequados, pedimos uma tapioca, esperamos um tempão e depois fomos informados que iria demorar mais de 30 min pq tinha 100 pedidos na frente. Estrutura incompatível com o número de hóspedes 5) voltamos da praia 15 hs e o quarto não estava arrumado. No dia seguinte estava arrumado mas sem toalhas limpas 6) rodapé do banheiro em mau estado 7) máquina de café expresso do quarto não funcionou 8) não tem lixeira no quarto, só no banheiro.

Mi hija mas pequeña quizo desayunar en la habitación y no me lo permitieron, luego veía que a otros pasajeros se lo otorgaron. Bandejas vacías por el pasillo. El conductor del transporte hacia la playa y shopping no se bajaba de la conducción y los pasajeros debíamos ocuparnos de la apertura y cierre de los portones al subir y bajar

Tem um quiosque do hotel na praia que podemos pegar cadeiras, guarda-sol e usar o banheiro. O bairro e a praia são tranquilos com acesso fácil para outros bairros. Van do hotel quem leva até a praia. Limpeza e bairro tranquilo.

JOSE (8/5): Não tem o padrão do preço - Café da manhã é localização Penúltimo andar (14°) faz mto barulho de alguma coisa que existe acima ( motor, bomba, sei lá), área da piscina mto desorganizada, não existe um balizador para a fila do checkin e as pessoas vão chegando de qq forma e vira uma bagunça com algumas passando a frente. Necessita manutenção no gesso da recepção. Pingava em cima de nós na hora do checkin

Ana Maria (10/5): Excelentes instalaciones, recomendado para estar en la zona de Barra. - El desayuno tipo buffet, la amabilidad del personal, las instalaciones, la comodidad de la habitación. La ubicación, es muy lejana para un viaje de turismo convencional, la estación de metro más cercana es accesible si se paga uber para llegar a ella (entre 10 y 25 reales). También para tener en cuenta, están realizando una construcción justo en frente del hotel, por lo que desde las 7 am se escuchan ruidos. También la piscina requiere mejoras y es muy pequeña. La playa es a 15 min a pie, sin embargo, el hotel cuenta con servicio de traslado a la playa incluido. También por mencionar, al facturar me cobraron aproximadamente 200 reales más a la tarifa informada por booking. La zona es más de condominios, pocos restaurantes y supermercados.

ferit (1/5): OLUMSUZ - Otel genel olarak güzel herhangi bir şikayetimiz olmadı. Konumu bir çok yere uzak. Ama bu otelin suçu değil. Odalar yemekler gayet makul. Rezervasyonu 5-7 nisan arasına yapmıştım. Amsterdam da aktarmalı rio uçuşumuzu rötar nedeniyle kaçırdık ve tesise bir gün sorna vardık. Çok öncesinden tesise mail atıp mesaj atıp ilk güne yetilşemeyeceğimizi ve bunu da 2 günümüzü 6-8 olarak değiştirilmesini rcia ettik. Otel tamam gibisinden mesaj attı. Otele gittiğimiz de kalmadığımız günü değiştirmediklerini ve ödemeyi alacaklarını belirttiler. Suçu booking'e attılar. Ancak Radisson oteline ben bir gün öncesinden uçuşu ka.çırdığımı özellikle belirttim. Tek yapmaları gereken benim ayırttığım 2 odayı o gün başkasına vermek ve benim günlerimi bir gün kaydırmaktı. Yapmadılar. Bu nedenle Radison da kalacaklar çok dikkat etsinler. Para konusunda çok acımasızlar ve tamamen kendilerini düşünerek hareket ediyorlar.
