- Lorrie (9/5): Safe, comfortable, quiet, and clean. - The staff were excellent and friendly. The room was clean, quiet, and sooo comfortable. They do charge $10 for the airport shuttle which is fine; I just didn't know there was a charge---I thought it was complimentary.
- Walt (10/5): -

- Dru (8/5): Very nice overall. A bit farther from the airport than I expected. - Very comfortable bed. 12:00 check-out.
Very clean I think you should offer guests a bottle of water. It would have been appreciated and not a big expenditure for Marriot. Makes the hotel look cheap.

- docgeo70 (2/5): Avoid at All Costs! - My wife left her iPad in the room; fortunately, it was located rapidly after our call following our departure and placed in their safe. Apparently, only the manager had the key/combination to the safe as we learned later. The issues then began.
We had a prepaid Fedex return box sent to the hotel. After its receipt, the hotel front desk staff began lying to us about the status of the return. We were, for four days, misled, told the manager was out, would be right back, and finally that there was no manager at the hotel for two days. We thought the worst, and finally had the local police check in at the hotel to do a follow up. Miraculously, after the police visit, the Fedex box with her iPad made its way to a Fedex facility and was returned to her a few days later, but nearly two weeks after our departure!
I lost a job and my wife rescheduled a financial meeting as a result. We finally spoke to Marriott Corporate who acted concerned and said they would get back to us by October 3rd; it is now the 10th and no call yet. When I followed up yesterday with customer care, I got the runaround and rather than being directed to one of the supervisors we spoke to get cycled back 3 times to basic customer care rather than a corporate representative.
We've been loyal Marriott customers for 20 years, our treatment has made us rethink our membership. This was abominable treatment that we have never seen before at this chain. Whether or not these employees were disciplined remains unknown yet this cost us a great deal of time and money---Marriott apparently could care less.
We understand it was our oversight but to be lied to, tied up on the phone for 20-30 minutes while the staff did who knows what is not what, and then to be snubbed by corporate is not what we would call call a welcoming Marriott experience!
- JWWOLFEE (7/5): - Un arrivaled out that we could have done a park, stand fly and they would have kept our vehicle for the length of time The Residence building me for another night stay period
- Gena (10/5): - It was very clean and staff were very accomdating
- Zachariah (10/5): - Appeared to be in a fairly decent location. Typical modern hotel, clean and comfortable with approachable staff.
- Brian (8/5): - Nice clean room. The hot tub was not working well. No jets and not hot. Convenient location off freeway. Across the freeway is plenty of dining options you can drive to.
- Jim D (10/5): - Breakfast were good
- AMANDA (6/5): - Decent
- Sharon (10/5): - Very nice check-in. The property is very clean. The room is very comfortable and very clean!
- Pam (10/5): -
- Barton (10/5): -
- Hector (8/5): Air conditioner - Been a customer for more than 5 years, love the place and the service.
They just need to upgrade the ac units, they are gettin too old and loud.
100% recommended
- Verified traveler (6/5): Not the quality I’d expect from Marriott - Other guests and a/c units were noisy. Although some cosmetic upgrades have been done, some equipment was difficult to use due to poor maintenance.
- Steve (10/5): - Elevator, elevator, elevator
- tesfaye (10/5): - The cleanness and quit!
- JENNY (10/5): - Stayed one night on our way to Lake Tahoe. Very clean, quiet, convenient,12 min drive from airport. Had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, large clean spacious bathroom. Toiletries, towels fresh and clean. Breakfast is a plus, nothing fancy but good enough for everyone with healthy choices and good coffee!
Definitely recommend!
- Henry P (8/5): - The hotel and our room were clean, comfortable and welcoming.
- OCHow (6/5): Not sure I would stay here again - We were in town and needing to be close to North Natomas area. Based on the map, it is about 15-20 mins. It’s all 5 freeway and traffic makes it a pain and not convenient at all.
The staff was not friendly in my opinion except for one interaction. Maybe it was just me??
Noise is a big issue. Freeway noise. I think I also heard a train. Walls are thin.
The room did not feel clean. The tub drain was clogged so taking a shower was annoying. I overheard another couple say their bathroom smelled of pot so they needed another room. To me that is an issue where if the housekeeping staff is paying attention, these type of things would be rectified before letting new guests stay in the room.
The breakfast was not good. I get that it is included but I’ve definitely had better breakfasts that were included at other Fairfield inns and other establishments. The waffle should be an everyday staple…they only provide on the weekend.
When in the area in the future would definitely stay at a different hotel…just missed the mark for me.
- Roberto (10/5): - Clean, staff very friendly

- Ramona (6/5): - Perfectly nice hotel, except that the mattress is the hardest hard mattress I ever slept on. My hips were hurting for a couple of days afterward.
- MICHAEL (10/5): Passing through - One night passing through
- Lindsey (10/5): - Great one night stay after flying in. Chose it for the breakfast, pool/hot tub and clean and it fit perfectly. Highly recommend. Traveling family of 4.

- James (10/5): - Super helpful staff at checkin
- Kelly (10/5): - The property was especially clean and the staff very accommodating. Manager, Isabel, helped us work out a potentially difficult situation.
We will return.
- Dawn (10/5): - Property is nice and in a long string of upper scale hotels; bathrooms and beds are higher end. It’s in an industrial neighborhood without much around but businesses are easily within cheap uber distance.
- Tracy (10/5): - Great stay, exceptional staff.
- Anthony (8/5): Very good -
- Yvonne (8/5): - Great stsy
- Vikki0273 (10/5): Exceptional - Pillows were too thin and soft
- Julie (10/5): - My daughter and I stayed here the night before an extra early flight at the Sacramento airport. It was very clean, easy parking most of all we felt very safe. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone..
- Sandra (8/5): Great for a night before going to the airport - Quiet No couch in the room/sotting area
- Dan (10/5): - Hotel and Room were very nice and clean. Friendly and helpful staff.
- Diane (10/5): - Convenient to the airport. Room is comfortable and quiet.
- Keith (9/5): Efficient and friendly - Everything was great and we would stay again Can not think of anything
- Karl (8/5): Very pleasant - The unit and staff were excellent. Place was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was I could never get fan off on the air conditioning even though I turned it off.
A very nice unit.
Breakfast was nice.
- Wendy (9/5): Superb -
- Margaret (6/5): - I was charged $20.00 more than quoted.
- Tyler (6/5): Overall friendly staff and clean. Good luck getting sleep on the beds - It was a very clean property , but it’s right by the freeway so it’s very very loud. And the beds aren’t very comfortable The location near the freeway
- Kimberly (9/5): Superb -
- Ashley (6/5): - Uncomfortable bed & pillows
- Vanessa (10/5): Had a great stay - Loved the lobby and breakfast The pool area needs some love
- Wilson (10/5): Exceptional -
- Christina (9/5): Superb -
- cary (10/5): - Fine
- Jennifer (10/5): - Quiet, quick check in
- Dee (9/5): Easy peasy and reasonably priced that’s why I choose you over others in the area. - Ease of check-in and -out, value and cleanliness. Very few customers total and noisy ones were placed right above me. Should try to stagger rooms/floors when possible.
- David (6/5): - It was a very clean facility and smelled so clean! The house keepers were amazing and take pride in what they do. We only have one complaint which is we called in advance about the hot tub being in working service. We were told it was but it wasn’t . We had to walk to another sister hotel which was not ideal by any means.
- Verified traveler (10/5): I’d stay here again - Great place for a stopover after a very late airport arrival. The shower was really good, with nice water flow. The room was clean and very quiet. It looked recently renovated. The breakfast was okay.
- Fiona (3/5): Poor -
- Susan (10/5): Great comfortable stay! - Clean and comfortable! Nothing, it was beautiful and clean and very comfortable!
- Shellie (4/5): Would not stay again. - It was clean. They had airport shuttle. However, you have to conch the property directly, not thru booking.com at least 24 hours in advance to make reservation. Contacting the property thru booking does not work for shuttle reservation. Walls were paper thin. At 4am could hear people walking above me. Someone in the room next to me let an alarm clock go off for over an hour! I got very little sleep. The second night I moved to Hampton inn. Waaay more quiet. It was in the same location.
- Karen (7/5): Good -
- Simon (10/5): - Close to airport
- Dina (6/5): - Everything was as expected from a Marriott property except the staff checked me in a room next to the very annoying elevator; please note that the hotel was not fully booked
- Jennifer (10/5): - Nice clean comfortable room
- Gerald (9/5): Crap was very good. Location is great. - Stafford front desk at the time was very good. Very knowledgeable was able to resolve any issues I have.
- Marlyn (10/5): Nice, clean, near SMF - Good location near SMF airport, clean, free parking, free breakfast Nothing
- Brian (10/5): Exceeded our expections. We will stay here again. - Breakfast was fine. Nice selection, well stocked. Staff is excellent, friendly and helpful.
- D'ann (8/5): Very good - Breakfast was ok, more entree choices or side of bacon, sausage, potatoes would have been nice. Wi-fi services didn’t work. Used to free wi-fi without membership everywhere else.
- Keith (10/5): - The hotel was clean and quiet. I enjoyed my stay.
- Colleen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sandro (10/5): Exceptional -
- D'ann (9/5): Superb -
- Simone (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kimberly (9/5): Superb - Breakfast. The shuttle from the airport has to be booked 24 hours in advance. We had to pay 20 to get from airport.
- Danozeran (8/5): Nice place for a quick road stop. - Comfortable room & bed. Good water flow and temperature control in the shower. Nothing.
- Bunch (9/5): Great Property - I liked everything from staff to coffee ❤️ I requested an airport pickup as my flight was arriving at 10pm. I arrived and no pickup. I had to get a taxi.
- Mike & Marjorie (10/5): - We started here on our way back from Palm Springs to Vancouver. We ended up spending an extra day to explore Sacramento which is about 20 minutes away. The hotel is clean and has free parking. Breakfast was decent. There are no restaurants nearby and we had to drive about 10 minutes to find something. Overall good experience.
- Landon (10/5): - Clean
