- Emma (6/5): A very average stay - We stayed in room 12. Room was basic and lacked any effort to give it personality or interest. No pictures on wall, coloured cushions etc. Room was also dark due to window/door layout. The room was clean which was positive and the breakfast was tasty. Housekeeping was disappointing, on the first day they left no towels and when I asked the evening manager he was very put out at my request for some. On the following day they dragged my suitcase into the adjoining room (I assume to clean) and then never put it back. We didn’t use the gym. Slightly away from main waterfront area (15 min walk) but area was OK. With some effort from the management team this could be a great hotel but it is currently very average.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Good family accommodation - Good, two room family apartment at the back of the hotel, which included all the essentials. Comfortable beds, and good service from the staff. I was in town for the marathon and the hotel even offered breakfast at 5am for the runners which was a nice royal touch.

- Fiona (8/5): - The place as well as the area was wonderful. Very peaceful and tranquil. They didnt change the sheets though..... But it was beautiful
