Owner threatens criminal prosecution and blatantly accused "guests" of theft with zero evidence or basis, then he backtracks after 2 days and defends himself by saying it was security policy.

• Sibongile (3/5): The rooms were not ready when we arrived at 14:00 and the workers were very slow.i think it was because the owners were - It is closer to the shopping centre The rooms were not ready when we got there at 14:00 and the worker were very slow. I think it is because the owners were not there for that week so the helpers were not supporting the lady who was in charge.This was my fourth time visiting the property and I was also not impressed that week. The pool was definitely dirty and the maintenance guy was not very active.

Sofas, I wish they that can ensure planks don't move when tilted. I fell whilst lying down. The area with nearby shops is great!! Great playroom activities and pools for different ages. Heated pool is amazing relaxing spot even at night before sleep. The pool had too much chlorine just that our clothes were bleached and kids had allergic reaction from the chlorine injest from pool.

I love the space, equipped with necessary materials that you would need at a self catering establishment. I didn't like the fact that we could not connect to wifi services and other channels that are connected on the TV. Not that we needed the TV with the entertainment they have.

I travelled with the family and we enjoyed our stay. My kids enjoyed the pool and games a lot. It is a good place to rest ,just away from home. It is like a home away from home. We enjoyed the hot water that is available through out the day .The facilities in the room are also incredible. Whatever you need is there. The rooms were very clean. I will definitely book it again when I go to Bela Bela The internet was very slow especially during the day, maybe the rain also affected it since it was raining.

• Itumeleng (10/5): - Good morning I liked everything in Hooglaan especially the heated pool, the place is so clean and beautiful definitely I would go back again . Keep up the good work and we'll done. What I didn't like is that they gave us the old pamphlet for the places of entertainment with old prizes when we get there the prices are not the same are high and we were budgeted according to the pamphlet other than that I am happy.
• Vilakazi (10/5): Beautiful clean, spacious, holiday place, hidden in the middle of town! - We arrived late and the caretaker Alex was there to greet us and assist us with our check-in so smoothly. Was happy to have been provided a baby's cot I think that just made my visit. Our rooms were big, very clean and accommodating. My entire family enjoyed the facilities especially the kids. The heated pool was just awesome and a hit for all of us including the baby. Our kids didn't want to leave the water at all. Enjoyed my massage at the Spa. Hubby and I enjoyed the games room. Place close to the shop literally a 5min walking distance. We didn't even leave the facility though we were a mere walk from Warmbaths. Very impressed with daily cleaning service that was really great. Provision of fresh towels daily. We really had fun as a family and will definitely come back again. They could do with changing the entire bed, in the main bedroom at Unit 1, I was really uncomfortable, that bed has seen better days in its time. Provision of coffee and tea would be nice as well.
