- Janet (10/5): Fabulous resort! - We loved this resort the only thing we felt could be improved was to have a place for breakfast. It was a big resort but only had a deli to get coffee to go. We would have loved to have sat and had breakfast before leaving. Otherwise it was great!

- Cynthia (8/5): - Typical unattached casino hotel. Clean with friendly staff. Had an unfortunate experience late at night when an unknown man knocked on my door. I reported the incident but the man proceeded to knock on the door across the hall. I believe a better security system would go a long way. They stopped me from taking a beverage to the casino so I believe their cameras work. Ended up calling the front desk twice to get assistance with our late night “visitor”.

The pool was family-friendly even though it was just my husband and I the kids were super cute and everybody was so considerate. The room was gorgeous I would totally recommend getting a suite!

Our hvac system got locked and was freezing in the room, was not able to turn it off. Had maintenance come and they still could not fix it. I would have given this a 1 star but the front desk people are nice.

The receptionists are accommodating, professional, friendly and goes above & beyond to help. The brewery's always top notch. The deli has amazing cheesecakes and smoothies. It's best of both worlds with lively gaming, dining and concert with a very dark, spacious and quiet room. I had a great stay and would definitely return.

- Jeffrey (8/5): Nice place! - The facility is really nice, and the staff is exceptional. We are at the Feather Falls Brewery, which is on site, and the food was Wonderful! I had the prime rib, which i would definitely get again. And the food is VERY reasonably priced. The two things that could be improved are the internet signal and the cigarette smell in our "non-smoking" room. If I pay for a non-smoking room, I expect it to not smell like stale cigarettes. And the internet signal in the room was so weak, that couldn't get anything to open on my Ipad. But, all things equal, we would stay there again.

At the time of my trip their pricing was far better than the competition for a nicer hotel in town. The a lodge was beautiful, modern with a rustic feel to it. It was decorated very well for the holiday season making for a warm and welcoming entrance to the property. The staff at reception was kind, energetic, and very helpful! Got me checked in quickly and gave great directions to my room. The room was a nice size, very clean, and had a cozy feel. The bed was soft but not overly so, the pillows were smaller but supportive. All in all unless a better option opens in Oroville I don’t see myself staying anywhere else in town!
