And I really appreciate the room had clean toiletries without any harmful chemicals. Please continue to offer that. I was pleased with everything.

I love that there is a little kitchen with utensils and plates, complete with fridge, microwave and dishwasher. The only thing is when I checked in, I had to wait a little bit because no one was at the reception desk, there is no bell or anything to get someone’s attention to assist me. Over all, it was a wonderful experience. I will definitely stay in this hotel in the future.

Maybe some milk other than just skim or some regular waffles not only whole wheat. But other than breakfast options, it was excellent. I would highly recommend it

They worked with us to extend our stay from 10 days to over 3 weeks due to a death in our family. Was a huge peace of mind to not have to worry about moving hotels while planning a funeral for our mom. Highly recommend for future stays!
- Roxanne (8/5): Great hotel, broken hot tub - The property was conveniently located, clean and felt very safe! Loved the workout room (equipped with a nice variety of dumbbells) and the variety at breakfast. However we unfortunately chose this hotel for the hot tub and it was broken the first two of our three nights there. Another family at the pool said they got an email to let them know but we didn’t. I would have rebooked at another hotel had we known. If that’s not important to ya, it’s a great option.

- Verified traveler (8/5): No waterproof mattress protectors - Quiet and visually clean. My main issue is with the bedding. There were no bedbugs, I always check first thing. I also always check for mattress protectors, which there were not. Waterproof mattress protectors are removable and washable and prevent sweat and grime from soaking into the mattress where it would otherwise stay. Since there were NO mattress protectors, I knew I was sleeping on a mattress that held bacteria, sweat, dust mites, likely mildew (from the sweat) from all those who slept in it before me. There were so many features in the kitchen that I am surprised that they neglected to have protectors on the mattress, since the mattress is the most important part of spending the night anywhere in a clean and sanitary way.

I didn't realize when I booked that it was like an extended stay type room with stove fridge plates and things. I would have brought groceries and cooked in my room. I like that feature. I will remember that for next time. I was not impressed with the breakfast. could use some individual yogurts, and the buns and english muffins were in the same place keeping warm as the eggs and meat and they got really dried out. but that is where I would bring my own food to cook next time. Unfortunately there was a kids softball tourny that weekend so the pool was always full with lots of kids, so using the hot tub was not an option. would be nice if there would be a late hour adults only time. would be nice if there would be a magnifying mirror in the bathroom to help putting on makeup.I don't always carry one and I can't see well enough without my glasses

- Leslie (8/5): Very good - Pool hot tub We’re never told the right times for breakfast so I didn’t get to have breakfast on the day we left but on the day we did it was horrible and there wasn’t enough food to make a sandwich no eggs no bacon and the bread was dry and bagels were hard as a rock not fresh at all ther was no fresh berries for the oatmeal like my previous stays no yogurt cups or toppings for your apparent parfait thing so overall the stay was great I will be back but please change the breakfast back to the way it was

- Patricia C (8/5): Home2 Suites, positive stay - I highly recommend this hotel--VERY clean, great suites and accommodations. Realize they are under renovation so some things need "adjusted" ---the hot water for the shower required running water in the sink for 10 minutes to get hot water. If you are tea drinker, the lobby has TWO large coffee vats but not hot water, when I asked they offered to get it "from the back". Why offer tea bags and no hot water? Also, why TWO coffee vats, why not one coffee and one hot water? Odd.

- Cindie (8/5): Great place to stay! - The property is doing remodeling. Our rooms were updated and look very nice. The pool was very nice and hot tub. Breakfast was very nice a good variety of choices. The only thing that wasn’t great was the shower. The water was not hot. It was warm, but not comfortable to shower.
- Pink_Passport (4/5): Stay Elsewhere - Stayed here for a 3 night business trip. It was just ok, Not good, not bad, The staff did not recognize my Diamond membership but as it's usually only a bottle of water anyway, no big deal. The biggest deal was the smell. As soon as I entered the lobby upon arrival, I was almost knocked over by the smell of chlorine from the indoor pool. Seriously, it was overpowering. I didn't leave my room again the first night but as soon as I got into the elevator the next morning (on the 3rd floor), I could smell it again. And that smell remained for the entire 3 nights. I think I may have singed a membrane. My room was just ok. It was clean and functional. I didn't notice much traffic noise - there was more noise from other guests. I didn't eat breakfast as I don't like that all Home2 Suites use that hot glass cabinet to store the breakfast sandwiches. It just dries them out so they're like bullets when you try to bite into them. All in all, I would not stay here again,

- Michael (10/5): - The property is sufficiently close to interstate access, shopping, and dining yet off of the main roads, so it is quiet and unassuming. Other choices besides breakfast sandwiches were adequate to start your day. The housekeeping staff was exceedingly gracious, even though many were non-English speaking - they spoke kindly with their eyes and worked to understand needs. Appreciated them!

- M6298DNscotts (4/5): Freeway Noise & Neighbor Noise - One of the worst Hilton stays I've ever had. All 2-queen rooms are on the side of the hotel facing the freeway and there's almost no sound reduction in the rooms. Might as well have had the window open it was so noisy. Had to switch to a single king to get to the other side for our remaining 3 nights. Freeway noise was less but that just made the noise from adjacent rooms that much more noticeable. I don't expect a hotel to be noise free but this was the worst I've experienced in a long time. To top it all off, the beds feel like the mattresses haven't been replaced in 15 years.

- Carmen (10/5): - Very friendly staff! Everything was very clean and fresh smelling throughout the hotel. I was traveling alone with my children and felt very safe and comfortable with the location and overall hotel itself. I would highly recommend this place.

- mfisher515 (4/5): Highly Disorganized - Wife & I stayed here for one night as we were attending a comedy show nearby. Great location - a lot of entertainment, shopping, & restaurants nearby. I'm a Hilton Honors member, and when I booked the reservation I did so under one card. I wanted to ensure I paid the final with a different card, yet I changed it on the Hilton website prior thinking this would be done. When I arrived I checked the app & it was still showing my previous card on file, but their system was down & we had to wait to get keys made & was told I couldn't change over until it came back up. I said I would do so in the morning. Frustration mostly lies on Hilton themselves for this, but the nice lady Rose didn't know how to handle the situation she was in and clearly the staff should be trained for this. The hotel was clearly an older hotel with a fresh coat of paint on it & refurbished. You'll notice when you step into the rooms...there was a giant crack on the bulkhead & it just felt reused. Nothing about it was unpleasant, outside of the walls are paper thin. Walking to my room at one point I could hear someone's phone conversation as if they were standing in the hallway with me. Be mindful of this for privacy. In the morning, I again tried changing cards, but the lady told me she couldn't do it until I actually wanted to check out. Annoying, but not the biggest deal. My biggest gripe was the actual checkout, where one employee was training another and I was trying to change the card to be charged again. The guy reconfirmed my new card again several times & for whatever reason I received two emailed folios (neither of which identifying which card was used) and the final charge was posted to the wrong card. Wasn't the biggest deal for me, but if you're a traveler with low funds you could really be in a bad spot. Rate was cheap enough, but you may want to avoid this place if possible. Wish I would have the opportunity to provide survey feedback to Hilton, but that hasn't been offered anywhere.
- Josiah (10/5): - The suites are great! Nice beds, kitchenette with real dishes, dishwasher, table on wheels, and couch. It was plenty of space for what we needed it for. The pool and hot tub were great. The coin laundry facilities were helpful and more affordable than other hotels. The staff were really helpful! Definitely a great place to stay!!

- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice room, but skip the breakfast bar. - The room was nice and very comfortable. The staff was nice too. I would stay there again for sure. I’d skip the complimentary breakfast though. Every thing I tried (folded egg with cheese, oatmeal & coffee) was barely above room temp and tasted bad.

- Meghan (8/5): - The staff was friendly. When I checked in, the staff member did not tell me breakfast times so I had to look it up. The place was clean. The pool room was so heavy with chlorine, I was unable to be in there. The breakfast choices were phenomenal!

- Loe2112 (10/5): One night stay for business - stayed here for a night on business. I used the Hilton Honors app to get my digital key, but was offered a couple of bottles of water by the front desk when I asked where the elevators were. That was a nice touch! The room and bathroom were very clean. The kitchenette was handy and stocked with dishes and utensils. The fitness center was also nice. I was the only one in there during the evening. Towels and filtered water were available. I did not use the pool, but it looked well kept. I will stay here again and definitely recommend at the price point.
