- THQ, RN (10/5): - Great location in Station 2. Staff was very helpful and professional. Our room is probably going to be to for a quick reno. Food at the connecting restaurant, Cha Chas was good. Maybe just a tad pricey but it is at a prime location. Breakfast buffet was very good. To and from shuttle and boat service to the airport was seemless. Jony, Ben and Bryan are special mentions. But everyone was excellent! Our second stay here because the staff is awesome!

- Laurie (10/5): - This hotel is amazing! Our party of 8 was pampered to the max. The staff are incredible and go the extra mile to make your stay special. We were greeted with cold towels and a drink. The airport transportation was great. Location was unbeatable and right in the center of everything and beachfront. The breakfast buffet was great. After swimming in the ocean, staff greeted us with towels. They brought my kids pool toys when swimming and even played with our kids. They took amazing photos of us that made us look great. We definitely loved our stay and will make this our go to hotel in the future if we ever return to Boracay. Jony and Ben primarily served us and by the end of our stay, they felt like family. Truly amazing hotel and staff!!!
- ge (10/5): - I can't say enough great things about their customer service. From the moment we got off the plane to the time they dropped us off at the airport. I never lifted a finger. It almost feel like we had our personal butlers. They greeted us with towels as soon as we got off the water, brought us water with out being asked. Gave us pillows for our backs when we sat down. Johny and Ben were the ones we had the most contact with. They anticipated all of our needs and specially great with kids. They were great and brought out toys and played with them making sure the kids enjoyed themselves. The kids looked for them every day. They had towels prepared for us to take when we went island hoping. All the staff were great Fe was our server during our breakfast and she was very accommodating. We had welcome drinks and a refreshing towels upon arrival. We had bowl of fruit and and had turn down service every night.

- john (10/5): Wonderful hotel and staff - I stayed for four nights. The pick up at the airport and boat transfer to the island or efficient and flawlessly executed. Once at the hotel, I was greeted by an extremely friendly staff who throughout my stay did everything they possibly could to make it a pleasure. The hotel itself was in a great location, right on the beach. It was in the middle of everything, most things not more than 5 to 10 minute walk away. The room was spacious, very clean and well appointed. The entire resort, including the rooms were kept clean by the staff who seemed to be constantly cleaning. The breakfast had lots of choices and everything I ate was very good. The restaurant and bar seemed to be very nice although I did not use them other than for breakfast. I had an opportunity to swim in the pool, which was very clean and well kept and utilize the beach chairs frequently. The beach staff also was very friendly and accommodating, constantly refilling ice water, spraying aloe or coconut mist and refreshing the towels. Every time you went in the water, you were greeted back at your chairs with a staff member holding your towel open to wrap you in. Nice touch. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again if I return.The only negative is that they do not have an elevator. But rest assured that their staff does everything they can to make sure that you don’t have to struggle. They carry your luggage up and down and deliver anything you might need to your room.

The staff do a wonderful job making their guests feel special, from airport pick up to the hotel and back to airport. Food is very good. Room is very comfortable although maybe needing an upgrade soon for the furniture. Pool and beachside area are wonderful, very good for families with small kids. Airport transfer seamless. Hotel service is what you would expect from a fancy luxury hotel. So superior bang for buck.

Complimentary breakfast is beyond what you need for it! Service is excellent including pick up from and to Caticlan airport, free cold cucumber drink upon arrival, etc…I highly recommend this place. - Robert (10/5): - This property is very nice. The only downside is if you so happen to be assigned a room on the 1st floor. The pool is immediately outside the door and if you’re looking to sleep in late, the kids around the pool are quite noisy starting immediately at 9am.

- Jeffrey (10/5): - The Coast Hotel on Boracay Island is a gem in the Pacific Ocean. The staff are super duper friendly, polite, courteous, attentive, warm and friendly. I have stayed in 5 star hotels and resorts all over the world, and the service that I received at the Coast Hotel in Boracay was exceptional. The hotel provides complimentary snacks throughout your stay. Each hotel room has a giant bathroom and a walk in shower. The hotel rooms have smart TV’s that allow you to watch local Filipino programming, and also watch streaming movies and TV networks like Netflix. The hotel Wifi is complimentary. The hotel is very clean, and has laundry service if you need it. The hotel has two pools that are very clean, and there are areas of the pools that accommodate small children. The hotel is right on the gorgeous White Beach in Boracay. The hotel bar and restaurant which is called Cha Cha's have a large menu, and the food is very good, and reasonably priced. The restaurant has nightly live music, and even a live dancing show once a week. The hotel serves a complimentary breakfast buffet every morning, and it has a variety of Asian and Western style foods available for breakfast. The hotel is located in Station 2 of Boracay Island, and is near the famous D’Mall where all the shops and restaurants are located. You can walk to D’Mall, or take a 5 minute e-trike cab (also known as tuk-tuks) to the D’Mall for a small fee. The Coast Hotel front desk staff are responsive to all your inquiries.

Food was good with breakfast style Buffett which included traditional Filipino food and American. The view from the entrance is stunning!

From the arrival private transfer to the departure. There were also staff at the beach looking out for their guests. From setting up the blanket for us, providing towels and water, and even preparing the towel when we came out of the beach. We expressed our concerns and dealt with it with professionalism and care. The manager, Julie, personally approached us and dealt with it. If it’s your first time in Boracay, you want to feel safe and have fun, COAST is the way to go. We would go back again!

The best thing about this facility were the people working there! All were so kind, hospitable, catered to or every desire. They arranged our travel to and from the airport with their own employees and they wouldn’t let us pick up one single suitcase! That is what makes this facility…the people!!!

- Beth (10/5): Loved this place and would stay again! - Pros: Super nice and helpful staff, very accommodating. Breakfast buffet is excellent (but arrive earlier!). Transport to and from airport is included. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Central location at station 2. Nice little exercise space. Free popcorn and ice cream in the afternoon! Excellent restaurant! Cons: There should be a kids pool and an adults only pool. There was some construction going on and if you sat by the pool, you could smell the paint. I had an adjoining room (203) and I could hear the people next door who were luckily, not very loud.

This is 2nd time staying here. First time was 2020 right before the pandemic. Unfortunately since then they don’t have the free ice cream machine that they had before. The only disappointment but more out of their hands in that one. Hopefully comes back soon.
- Raphael (10/5): - Since 2013 we’ve been going to boracay every year up to 2018. Never have we experience such an out of the chart perfect stay. All staff are friendly and attentive to all your needs. They all have eye to eye contact, anticipates your needs and assist you immediately. Special mention to Franco who is always all smiles and ready to assist you in any way you need it. Every staff greets you with a smile. In short Coast Boracay treats you like a celebrity. We were trying to extend our stay another week, but was discourage with all the hassle and lack of information of rebooking our flight. If there is room for improvement although not really their concern, maybe front desk staff could have helped out and assist in data gathering if it’s feasible to rebook our flights that that could have made us extended our stay for another week. But overall Coast Boracay is the best in terms of full service experience. Thank you for the warm hospitality experience. We will definitely be back and recommend your hotel to all my relatives and friends. Keep it up. Cheers!

Staff is so helpful and friendly. Location is the best … I would definitely stay there again. The only issue for me was the drinks. They were kind of watery, not as strong as I would like in a Bloody Mary.

Pick up service from the airport to the hotel and vice versa was quick and very convenient. Their room is clean, bed is so comfy, they have Netflix & YouTube channels inside the room. Their towels are clean and white which is a big plus. Above all, their Staff are amazing! Everyone is friendly, cheerful and helpful especially Franco & Ben, The Alfred on the beach, and Christian in the Resto. Staff must be happy at work to be very good at what they do. Kudos to the Hotel Management. Coast is now our favorite Hotel in Boracay.

We arrived early and were immediately taken to our room without even needing to stop at the front desk. Staff was incredibly helpful and accessible at anytime for all of our needs.

- Julienne (10/5): Best boutique hotel in Boracay! - We were assisted all the way starting from the airport pick up to hotel drop off – they have their own fleet of vans/speed boat which facilitates the process of reaching the property with ease. They take care of guests’ registration, payment of mandatory fees etc. – you don’t have to worry about a thing. We were pampered by most staff wherever we go, may it be in the restaurant, the lobby, pool, front desk, lounge area. They attended to ALL of our needs which is above and beyond their roles (the staff even accompanied us to the nearby Palawan Express). It’s hard to leave the hotel because the entire property is impressive and stunning that we do not feel the need to go elsewhere and we just preferred to stay within the vicinity. Complimentary service of popcorn and soft served ice cream was a big plus too! Pool water was warm and enjoyable for those who find the beach water quite cold. We also took advantage of the game room – we played table tennis and there were other recreational games/activities such as PlayStation, foosball, board games etc.What stood out the most is the genuine and proactive customer service. Most staff are very accommodating – shout out to Ben, the beach butler who was very attentive to guests’ needs from setting up the beach mat and towels to serving cold water. To Chami and She at the restaurant who paid attention to our requests and to Randy who did an excellent job training the staff.

- James (10/5): - The service and attention to detail is excellent. I liked the catchy labels on the staff uniforms that help you identify their function. The transfer from the airport and back was superb, especially if you are a first time visitor. They handle all your luggage and transfers. This is a big hassle if you have to figure it out yourself because getting from the airport to the beach is not straightforward. Location on the beach is right in the heart of the action.

We received an excellent service, everybody was greeting and smiling at you! they are very alert on what we needed! our daughter Juliana just turned 2 and she had a great time,she received a lot of surprised from the staff. On our first breakfast,they sang her a happy birthday with a cupcake and a candle. They have also put balloons in our room and another cake. It's very convenient to stay at coast, i love the airport pick up and drop off! I also love their breakfast, very tasty specially their pastries, tapa and ube champorado! you must also try their seafood bicol express at lunch or dinner! so yummy! I will definitely recommend coast and If I will have a chance to come back at boracay I will again choose Coast! Thanks guys for the exellent service! hope to see yah again! 😊

Property is on the beach, you can eat / have a drink , see the sunrise and sunset and boats sailing on the ocean. We love it here. Highly recommend this place.

It was my birthday a few days before, and they surprised me with not only baloons and cake in the room, but a bottle of wine and cheese platter! You can’t get that service even in a 5-star unless you are a big star as well.

The property could have done with a more comprehensive gym, a fast boiling kettle in the room and a full length wardrobe. A great experience at this 'spunky' resort and we would highly recommend it to other travelers as one of the best in Boracay.
