Facilities' were good including the pool was kept very clean and overall surrounding was clean. Better booing.com do some physical verification on this location before continue this in your application . I will never ever recommended this place for any one. Breakfast arrangements were very economical level no any selections. It can be purchased outside around Rs. 500 easily . Even not enough water provided . No staff to bring lagages to the room. Pool is very small and totally mislead in the photos.

Das ganze ist in die Jahre gekommen und sieht leider nicht mehr so aus wie auf den Bildern. Der Pool, der für die Buchung ausschlaggebend war, war leider nicht sehr ansprechend und hatte keine Schirme für Schatten. Die Zimmer waren leider auch nicht wirklich sauber. Auch das Frühstück wurde auf ein minimum reduziert, da wenig Gäste dort waren.

The property was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. Our room came with a private balcony, hot water, air conditioning, and even a television, which made our stay very pleasant. A special mention to the manager, Dennis, who gave us a warm welcome and ensured everything was perfectly taken care of throughout our stay. A big shout-out to the entire staff as well for their excellent service.We would definitely love to stay here again! The only small area for improvement would be the breakfast options, which could be a bit better considering the price. Other than that, everything was perfect.

- Nicole (7/5): 1 night stay in March - Off the main road and hidden a bit, so you're out of the way of the main roads in Kandy. Staff were very attentive and helped us with our rickshaw. They gave us a heads up about monkeys in the area to protect our clothes and loose items. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Bathroom had ants. And there was no option for 2 separate rooms, only one room with two beds.

- Scotty P (6/5): You get what you pay for. - The air conditioning was very cold. It was quiet and cheap. Nice pool. Good shower. Bed was firm and good variety of pillows to choose from. Breakfast included through booking.com Tight access road and hard to find. No elevator, lots of stairs. Pool area was under renovation, rotting dead animal in the garden stunk out the pool area. Walk through someone's back yard to get to the roof top pool. Room in desperate need of renovation. Door handle to the room sagged and not stay latched so you had to lock the door with the key if you wanted to keep the door closed. Basin drain was blocked and did not drain. Too much light through the curtains made it difficult to sleep. Breakfast is what you are given, no choice, eat what you like and the rest is wasted. (See picture)

- Hadi (3/5): Overall, I would not recommend this place unless you are on a very tight budget, the score would hav - The service was good, they gave us complimentary welcome drinks, and tried their best to find a solution when we made it clear that we were not happy. Not the best experience unfortunately. The rooms did not look like the pictures - some of them did not even have windows (we booked standard room) and there was a very damp smell and the location wasn't great either. They offered us a bigger room but unfortunately that was still not great, as it had dirty mirrors and still an unpleasant smell. The air conditioning was also really loud. They were very understanding when we said we wished to book a different hotel.

Booked for two rooms, we were given one on ground floor and the other in a different complex - third floor (no lift, only stairs). Breakfast was very underwhelming, bit of toast with jam and egg omelet. Not proper buffet international breakfast. I would not recommend - the pictures advertised are misleading - does not deserve 4 star rating. 3.5 at max.

Le petit déjeuner passable, il faut savoir que les bouteilles d'eau du petit dejeuner sont payantes. Un peu eloigné du centre. La piscine est a l'écart et les abords de la piscine ne sont pas aménagés.

The rooms were smaller than expected and poorly set out. Only overhead lighting, kettle had to be boiled on bedside table. The toilet bowl leaked and we had to move rooms, tv didn't work and was tiny. Sliding door was not secured. Very steep driveway made access on foot difficult.
