• Re (8/5): ロケーションとスタッフサービスは最高 - 英語と韓国語のみ対応可能と記載があったが、受付の女性が日本語で対応してくださり凄く親切でした。 まだ日本語を勉強中とおっしゃっていましたが、とても丁寧に対応していただけました。 部屋にはキッチンが設置されていて、珈琲も飲めたりするので朝は鳥の囀りをききながら、ゆっくり過ごす事ができました。 部屋がカビのにおいと、湿度がある為なのが壁紙が所々浮いているところがありました。 あとは枕がカビくさかったので、タオルを敷いて使いました。 夜になるとカメムシがベランダに発生するので、ベランダの電気は必ず消す事をおすすめします。

• BOMI (8/5): 가족과 함께 머무르기 좋은 숙소 - 1 가족들과 머물 숙소를 검색하다 우연히 발견했는데 침대와 방의 크기가 원래 알아보던 호텔들에 비해 월등하게 커서 예약했어요. 둘이 누워도 넉넉한 침대가 2개 있어서 잠자리가 편했어요. 그래서인지 아침 식사 시간에보니 다른 손님들도 모두 가족단위 손님들이었어요. 2 도착한 다음 날 바람이 심해서 산책을 포기 했다가 마지막 날 산책을 나갔는데 리조트에서 해변으로 이어지는 산책길이 참좋습니다. 일부러 찾아오는 해변인 듯한데 뻥 뚫린 바다다도 아름답고 베이커리 카페도 있어서 멀리 나가지않아도 숙소 안에서 제주도의 바다를 즐길 수있어요 : ) 3리조트다보니 방 안에 전자레인지와 냉장고 식기등이 구비되어있습니다. 시간에 구애받지않고 간단한 요리를 할 수있다보니 일 때문에 먼저 일찍 체크아웃 했던 가족 구성원도 간단하게 아침을 챙겨먹을 수있어서 좋았어요. 4 워크인 샤워만 있는 곳들도 많은데 샤워기 뿐 아니라 욕조가 있어서 피로를 풀 수있어서 좋았어요. 호텔 어메니티는 실사용하기엔 작고 이마저도 환경 문제로 줄어드는 추세인데 아무 제품이나 편하게 사용하시는 분들에게는 큼직한 샴푸, 린스, 바디워시가 유용할거에요. 5 제일 중요한 부분인데 직원분들이 친절하십니다. 호텔 로비에 커피숍과 베이커리 편의점이 있어서 여행에서 필요한 간단한 먹거리와 물품을 합리적인 가격에 구매할 수 있는데 그곳에 일하시는 분들 모두 친절하세요 : ) 청소상태가 안좋다고 하기는 어렵지만 욕실청소에 좀 더 신경을 써주시면좋을 듯합니다. 세면대나 샤워기에 물자국들이 남아있거나 먼지가 보이는 곳이 조금 있었어요. 침대 아래로 나와있던 커버에 커다랗게 찢어진 부분이 있었어요ㅠㅠ
• Hwijung (10/5): 친절하고 편안한 가족형 숙소 - 무엇보다 직원들이 매우 친절하고 밝은 모습으로 응대해 주어서 좋았습니다. 조식과 카페의 음료와 빵도 기대 이상으로 맛있었습니다. 객실은 호화롭지는 않지만 나름 유용하고 깨끗하게 관리되고 있었고 사용하기에도 편리했습니다. 바다가 보이는 객실이 뷰도 아주 좋았습니다. 부담없이 편안하게 머무를 수 있는 곳이라 다음에도 다시 방문할 것 같네요. 없습니다.

The room was larger than I was expecting! I was disappointed the pool wasn't open (winter) and my mom found a hair in the bathtub.

Im Hotel gibt es eine kleine Theke mit Gebäck und Kaffe sowie einen 7/11 Supermarkt. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze wenn man mit einem Mietauto unterwegs ist. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben!

• André (7/5): - Lo único bueno: el personal y el desayuno. Habitaciones limpias y bonitas vistas. La INSONORIZACIÓN ES MUY DEFICIENTE. Se oía a la gente a nuestro alrededor y en el pasillo (sobre todo a los niños). Tuve que llamar la atención a los huéspedes de la habitación contigua y pedir a recepción que les llamaran, en varias ocasiones y a diferentes familias. DEMASIADA LUZ al amanecer, pasadas las 6:30am ya era imposible dormir por el sol y la luz que traspasaban las cortinas. No pude descansar ni relajarme en toda la semana que estuve por el ruido y la luz, y eso en un resort es imperdonable. Las camas están sobre una plataforma, peligroso si vas al baño en mitad de la noche. Solo hay interruptor de la luz en una de ellas, en la otra tienes que levantarte para encender o apagar la luz.

• Maria (6/5): Beautiful Pool, but Poor Management and Extra Charges - Plenty of fresh towels, laundry room and drying racks, and spacious rooms. The pool itself is beautiful, but the management around it was very disappointing. The lifeguard was more focused on collecting the pool fee – which was outrageous – than on keeping the area clean. Sunbeds were partly broken, and there was dirt around the pool (hair, plasters). Guests in jeans shorts were tolerated in the water, and during a rain shower, rules were applied inconsistently: people stayed in at first, but afterwards everyone had to wait 30 minutes even though the rain had stopped. Despite registering and paying, we were later confronted loudly again about the fee, which only covered 2 hours before having to pay again. The café opens only at 9 AM, even though staff is present earlier, and the 7/11 is not reliable either. Overall, nice facilities but poor management and unfair extra charges ruined the experience.

Dałabym wyższą ocenę, nawet 10, gdyby nie zasady działania obszaru basenu . Oprócz zasad działania obszaru basenu hotel.na najwyższym poziomie.PIĘKNE WIDOKI Z POKOJU I RESTAURACJI ŚNIADANIOWEJ. Wybrałam ten hotel ze względu na to, że to resort ze strefę spa. Zależało mi na tym, by korzystać z basenu i infrastruktury tj leżaków, by czuć się komfortowo tak jak w innych tego typu resortach. NIESTETY, korzystanie z niektórej infrastruktury okołobasenowej jest odpłatne, co było dla mnie dużym zaskoczeniem. Zrezygnowałam zatem z korzystania z leżaków wokół basenu i wybrałam morze. To przykre, tym bardziej że hotel jest ukazywany także poprzez okazały basen. TA OKOLICZNOŚĆ WPŁYNĘŁA NA MOJĄ OCENĘ. Poza tym HOTEL JEST NOWOCZESNY, CZYSTY, PRZYJAZNY , Z DOBRĄ OBSŁUGĄ.

• Manukis (10/5): Buen lugar de descanso - La habitación tiene todo lo necesario, era muy muy grande! Con dos camas gigantes y cómodas, sofá, cocina, nevera grande, micro...con preciosas vistas al mar, los alrededores llenos de vegetación y caminos para ir a la playa, cafés, convenience store y chill out "The cliff" para ver caer el sol tomando algo fresquito y muchas tiendas, museos al lado. La playa de abajo es una delicia para surfistas, el agua limpia, hay una buena bajada-subida de escalones y el paseo es muy bonito, también puedes ir en coche si prefieres no caminar tanto y el parking es gratis abajo. El personal del hotel muy amable, educados y detallistas. No os perdáis la mejor hamburguesa del mundo en "Bultuk hamburguer" no os dejará indiferente. Quizás la almohada para mí se me quedaba muy bajita, pero hay dos por cama..

• Melanie (7/5): Good stay in Jungmun - The room was big and clean. Nice view from the balcony. Breakfast food is very good and changing everyday. The staff is nice and helpful. You can’t use the flatbeds at the pool area unless you pay a fee for 2 hours… Even though you’re a hotel guest. This was really a downside. Also, the breakfast area is small and had long queues.

• Yael (8/5): Es war ein schöner Familienurlaub und wir fühlten uns wohl. - Die Unterkunft ist in Fussdistanz vom Strand wo man surfen kann. Auch in Fussdistanz liegen einige Restaurants und einige Attraktionen, Wasserfall und Botanischer Garten. Alle Zimmer haben Meerblick. Die Unterkunft hat eine integrierte Kaffeteria mit französischem Gebäck. Das Frühstück war sehr gut! Die Unterkunft ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Ecken und Kanten sind teilweise abgeschlagen.

• Miyoung (10/5): 편안하고 조용해서 잘 쉬고 왔어요. - 객실이 넓고 침대도 커서 편했어요. 조식 종류가 2-3가지 정도 더 있으면 좋을 것 같아요.

Мини кухня, капсульный кофе аппарат…завтрак довольно разнообразен, на любой вкус) но кафе для завтрака небольшое, поэтому образуются очереди. в лобби есть пекарня и 7/11. В шаговой доступности несколько неплохих кафешек Отель довольно старый, функционируют только два этажа. Бассейн маленький и неглубокий. Отель находится на горе, поэтому до пляжа идти мин 10-15 по холмистой тропинке. Все наше пребывание купаться было нельзя. Пришлось ездить в Чеджу.

• Anja (8/5): Gute Lage und reichhaltiges Frühstück - Lage mit Nähe zum Strand, Fuß läufig gute Restaurantauswahl Frühstück war gut Das Personal am Pool war sehr schroff und unflexibel. Dazu musste man am Pool auch die liege mit Sonnenschirm extra zahlen. Die Plätze wurden auch nur für maximal 2 Std vermietet - völlig unverständliche Praxis. Lieber zahle ich für mein Hotel etwas mehr als für den Poolbesuch nochmal 20€ extra hinzulegen.
• Ragnhild V (9/5): Stilig og komfortabel hotell - Stilig rom med litt havutsikt. Flust med stikkontakter, rene håndduker og nye vannflasker hver dag. Svømmebassenget var kjekt! Hyggelig lobby med kafé. Har flere gode turist attraksjoner i nærheten. Teddybjørn museum f eks. Resepsjonistene snakket begrenset engelsk. Alle turistturene , veldig mange starter i Jeju City. Det ble et stykke dit!

• Kang Seok (10/5): - 어머니와 둘이서 머물렀는데, 전체적으로 편안한 분위기가 매우 좋았습니다. 객실 공간도 넓었고 전망도 좋았습니다. 일하시는 분들도 친절하셨고, 아침 조식 부페도 만족스러웠습니다. 다시 가고 싶은 호텔입니다.
• YOONKYONG (10/5): 완벽한 숙소였습니다^^ - 조식완전강추! 시설도 깨끗하고 직원도 친절하고요, 모든 것이 완벽했습니다.
• Jangmin (10/5): 가족 여행에 최적 숙박 - 가족끼리 숙박했었는데 방도 넓고 청결하고 좋았습니다. 조식은 종류가 많치는 않았지만 맛도 좋고 구성도 좋았습니다. 수영장도 붐비지 않고 수질관리도 잘 되어 있어서 아들이 굉장히 좋아했습니다. 다음에도 제주여행을 한다면 다시 묵을 정도로 만족도가 높았습니다.
• Oliver (8/5): - The room was large and clean. Unfortunately, there was no seating on the balcony. The bathroom was okay, clean, but lacking in style. The housekeeping service was lacking in attention. The bed was made up, but nothing more was noticeable. The breakfast was delicious and had a good selection. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was out of service. All in all, the hotel was okay, but everything seemed a bit lacking in style.

• Sungbum (10/5): 추천합니다 - 체크인부터 넘 친절하게 응대해 주셨어요. 또, 중간에 사정이 있어 방을 변경 요청했는데 흔쾌히 변경해 주셨습니다. 체류하는 기간 동안 넘 잘 해주셔 여행이 즐거웠습니다.
• hyojeong (10/5): 가성비는 좋고 정원이 아름다운 호텔입니다. - 예약을 가든방향으로 했는데 비치방향으로 무료 체인지(일요일 여분있다고) 해주었어요. 직원친절하여 기분이 좋았습니다. 룸 침대도 편안하고 넓고 좋았지만 쇼파,쿠션,발코니가 더 청결했으면 좋겠어요. 침대 밑 베이스테라스(?)가 있어서 조금은 복도가 좁고 다리에 부딪혀 상처났어요. 아이 또는 어른들은 조금은 발,다리 다칠 위험이 조금 있어요

• Francisco (5/5): - The room was very clean and spacious and the breakfast really good. Unfortunately, there was no information about the swimming pool opening only on June 16. Being our honeymoon, we traveled for 2 weeks around South Korea. By going 5 days to Jeju Island, we just wanted a resort that allowed us to relax by the pool and that was not possible due to hidden information. We had to come up with alternative plans. Other resorts were much more honest and advertised their opening time of the swimming pool and because of that were not considered. .

• Kyoungmin (10/5): - 오랜만에 숙소 덕분에 가족들과 즐거운 여행을 할수 있게 해주었어요 방도 크고 침대도 2개라 9세 아이 2명과 지내기에 충분했고 소파도 있어서 아이들이 편하게 놀수 있었어요 욕조도 있어서 애들 피로도 풀수 있었고 내부에편의점이 있던점과 베이커리도 좋았어요 조식도 전날10시전에 요청하면 20프로 할인으로 이용할수 있어요 야외 수영장은 6월초 오픈전이었지만 6월중순 오픈 예정이라고 하더라고요 산책길이 너무 좋았습니다 다시 제주에 와도 꼭 재방문하고 싶어요 없음
