• Natalia (10/5): - Хорошее расположение отеля в центре города, но в тихом месте. Особенно хочется отметить персонал на рецепшен, к сожалению, не помню имени. Девушка помогла решить наши проблемы, помогла забронировать отель в следующий раз. Завтрак неплохой, есть всё необходимое, голодными точно не останетесь. Рядом большое количество кафе и ресторанов. Приедем сюда через 2 недели. Не было такого.

Сотрудник на Рецепшен был на месте, помог заказать такси, так как есть проблема и Яндекс ставит точку на дороге, а не у отеля. И что, особенно тронуло, помог донести чемодан до такси, что сопоставимо по сервису с 5 *. Спасибо большое!

The staff were excellent—very friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Soundproofing could be improved, as noise from other rooms is noticeable. The location is not very convenient, and it can be difficult for taxis to access the entrance.

Слышно абсолютно все: разговоры, любые звуки, будильники, звуки санузлов и прочее. Сложно заснуть. Причем соседи по номеру разговаривали не громко, но мы абсолютно четко слышали каждое слово. Также не впечатлил завтрак, совсем скудный выбор блюд

Persoonlijk verwelkomingsbericht op kamer voorzien van gedroogd fruit en soedjoegh. Smakelijk en gevarieerd ontbijt, zowel bij hartige als zoete voedsel-elementen als bij warme-en koude dranken ruime keuze. Zachte en ruime bedden. Stijlvol modern en sober interieur op de kamer en ook stijlvolle speels-modernistische inrichting van lobby en restaurant. Aanwezigheid van bidet-douche in badkamer ten zeerste geapprecieerd evenals parkeerplaats bij ingang Hotel. Lekkende aansluiting Bidet-douche. Basisinstelling airco te warm (22 à 23°c), openen of kantelen van venster ter verluchting kamer was niet mogelijk. Gedroogd fruit ter verwelkoming was zeer droog en hard. Expresso-koffiemachine bij ontbijt was deffect bij tweede verblijf op 16/04. Inrichting badkamer in kamer 203 is minder handig (bidet-douche aan linkerkant)

The staff at the reception were very polite, especially the blonde girl on the night shift—I don’t remember her name—who did everything she could to resolve a misunderstanding regarding the early check-in and late check-out of one of our rooms. Everyone at the reception was very polite and ready to help. At breakfast, they only offer Armenian coffee or Nescafé. It’s 2026, and they should at least include cappuccino. Every morning, we had to go and get our coffee ourselves. This isn’t really acceptable, especially considering that breakfast costs around 15 euros.

• Michael (9/5): Empfehlenswertes Hotel und guter Lage - Das Hotel ist zentrumsnah gelegen, die Hauptattraktionen sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Frühstück war gut und das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nächtliche Ruhestörungen "dank" rücksichtsloser anderer Gäste. Dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts.

• Elena (3/5): Never again. - Special thanks to Christina at the front desk and the cleaning staff. I made this booking back in November (4 months ago), and booked the room starting from the day before my arrival specifically so I could have immediate access to it when I arrived early in the morning — and yet, the room I had paid for was STILL not available. I got to Yerevan at 4:30 AM, only to be told that the room I had booked was not ready. Instead, they put us in a different room for a few hours, with no proper explanation. I then had to wait until 3:00 PM — almost the entire day wasted — just to finally get the room I had originally booked. This is beyond unacceptable and shows a total lack of professionalism and respect for guests. I asked for the manager THREE times, and not once did he or she bother to appear. Clearly, they have zero accountability. The reception staff and the cleaning staff were polite, but unfortunately that was the only positive aspect of this experience. And to make matters even worse, the so-called “deluxe” room is a joke — as you can see in the photos, you sit in the living area and are directly facing the toilet. Absolutely ridiculous and completely misleading. Not to mention about the view of the room…
• 19giugno (10/5): A Quiet, Elegant Stay in the Heart of the City - The Nova Hotel was a very pleasant surprise. Ideally located in the city center, within walking distance of numerous restaurants and shops, yet situated in a quiet area, the hotel offers elegant, modern, and impeccably clean rooms. Housekeeping is carried out daily, with toiletries replenished and complimentary water provided. The staff is courteous and consistently available, and the overall layout and spaces are well designed and comfortable. I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this hotel. Everything was good.

Удобно и не приходится постоянно искать эту картонку, чтобы повесить ее на ручку двери •Понравилась прачечная (есть срочная услуга, есть несрочная), за полдня вам постирают вашу одежду) •Завтрак довольно разнообразен, есть разные блюда на выбор в общем у меня остались положительные впечатления :) Единственное что я бы отметила - это то, что матрасы разъезжаются если вы спите вдвоем на одной кровати, но это не прям существенный минус для меня
