• Eve (9/5): Havre de paix au nord de la mer avec vue sur le port - Original , authentique et raffiné avec une vue à couper le souffle sur le port . Très calme ! Arrivée en 2 min lorsqu’on arrive à Sorrente par le Ferry Il n’est pas facile de trouver les escaliers ou l’ascenseur public pour accéder à la ville haute sans connaître . On se sent à l’écart de la ville mais c’est aussi plus calme ☺️

• Hannah (10/5): So nice. - I almost don't want to share how much I liked this place because I'd like to keep it a secret to myself. I couldn't have asked for a dreamier room, view, breakfast, or location. Right on the port, you could watch the action, get easy top pick of the best activities, and be tucked into a peaceful area for evening and morning. I would highly recommend calling when you are nearby to get the keys as texts weren't as easy to connect with the hosts on. They were super prompt in returning calls.

We had some wobbly moments during our stay. A colored line would help with this issue during the day. Not sure how to navigate this issue in the dark at night for a bathroom visit.

The location right across the ferry lines. The entire place is nicely maritim decorated. The breakfast is a lot of variety . There is also a bus stop around the corner. To the village up on the mountain.

All’arrivo se non riesci a trovare parcheggio ti dicono di pensarci loro, vengono, ti prelevano la macchina alla modica cifra di 30€ senza avvisarti verbalmente e quella che sembrava una cortesia diventa un costo non previsto. Colazione fino alle 10 check out 10:30, credevamo erroneamente fosse alle 11, vengono a bussare 4 volte in 10 minuti. Il proprietario talmente furbo da cancellare la nostra prenotazione alle 11:07 facendo risultare che non avessimo effettivamente soggiornato li per evitare questa bella recensione. Sorrento merita altro.

• Martin (3/5): - Aussicht vom Balkon Am ersten Morgen erschien ich vollständig bekleidet, lediglich aufgrund der sehr niedrigen Raumtemperatur von etwa 19 Grad zusätzlich mit einem Bademantel über der Kleidung. Sowohl das Zimmer als auch der Aufenthaltsraum waren sehr kalt. Ohne ein „Guten Morgen“ oder irgendeine freundliche Geste wurde ich von der Putzfrau äußerst unhöflich und in einem beinahe militärischen Ton angesprochen. Mir wurde barsch mitgeteilt, ich hätte hier nicht im Bademantel zu erscheinen, andernfalls bekäme ich keinen Kaffee. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr klein und bot keinerlei Extras – und das zu einem Preis von 410 Euro pro Nacht. In Kombination mit einer derart unfreundlichen Behandlung entsteht sofort der Wunsch, möglichst schnell wieder abzureisen. Die Dame wirkte leider wenig gebildet und war nur dann zu einer Reaktion fähig, wenn man sie direkt darauf ansprach und selbst diese Antwort entsprach nicht der Wahrheit. Das ist offenbar die Wertschätzung für den Lohn, den sie letztlich durch die Gäste erhält – und gleichzeitig das, was der Gast in seinen wohlverdienten Ferien geboten bekommt. Die Zimmer sind zudem sehr schlecht isoliert. Man hört jeden Schritt und jedes Wort sowohl aus den darüberliegenden Zimmern als auch aus dem Aufenthaltsraum und der Küche. An Ruhe ist kaum zu denken. Die Stühle im Zimmer sind sehr alt und in einem Zustand, der ein bequemes Sitzen praktisch unmöglich macht. Auch die Dusche ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen: Der Wasserdruck ist sehr schwach und es dauert gefühlt eine Ewigkeit, bis warmes Wasser zur Verfügung steht. Zusätzlich ist das Zimmer nachts wegen der zahlreichen Lichter an den Lichtschaltern nahezu taghell, was den Schlaf erheblich beeinträchtigt.

• Carmenza (10/5): AMAZING TRIP - Great location and views here! We took the ferry from Naples and did not have to worry about trying to transport luggage since B&B is right off the port. The location also makes it convenient to travel to areas nearby such as Capri. Ligia was very friendly with us and Federico was great at making us feel comfortable and recommendations. He is able to help book excursions as well! Location is great only 15-20 minute walk to restaurants and shopping with a view as you walk along shoreline. The room was very clean and beautiful decoration. Would stay here again, thank you so much! I love everything

Il a été très professionnel, et vraiment agréable, je recommande De plus, l’hôtel Plaza où nous avons séjourné, nous avons été traité comme des rois et vraiment bien accueilli. La chambre était spacieuse avec un super balcon et une douche. Apparemment la chambre a été rénové récemment. Nous avons passé l’une de nos meilleures nuits de nos vacances, moi et ma copine. Merci à eux et félicitations. grâce à vous nous avons passé un super séjour. nothing
• vicki (10/5): An amazing escape, superb room and host, will be visiting again next year. - It was in the most spectacular location with the sea just outside our balcony, in walking distance to all the sites of Sorrento. Fredrico, the host was amazing, always helpful and able to give good advice with transport and restaurants & going above and beyond even personally taking us up to the train station so we didn’t miss our train on our departure. Couldn’t fault it what so ever!
• Elaine (9/5): Stellar location with beautiful views - This location on the small marina was ideal for the small group boat charters I took to Capri, Amalfi, & Positano. And it was a very easy walk over to the lift to go up and explore the city by foot. I wish there had been some "grab & go" type of baked goods and fresh fruit that I could have been able to get and eat in my room while getting ready for my charters. I did not have time to sit down and eat in the mornings, so I was never able to have one of the included breakfasts.

• OLYA (10/5): Absolutely the best place we have ever stayed in, in Italy! - Yacht Club Capo Cervo was our absolute favorite place we stayed during our entire trip! The location couldn’t be more perfect — it’s right in front of the marina, which made it super convenient for catching the ferry or a private boat, and just beneath the main downtown area of Sorrento. You do have to climb A LOT of stairs to reach town, but honestly, we loved it! It was the perfect way to walk off all the pasta and pizza we’d been enjoying. (There’s also a lift or taxis available if you prefer to skip the steps.) The breakfasts were absolutely delicious — every morning we had fresh pastries, coffee cakes, homemade quiche, and a great selection of cold cuts and cheeses. The hosts were so kind and welcoming, and the lovely woman who cleaned our room (I wish I remembered her name!) was the sweetest. Even though the marina is just steps away, the area is peaceful and felt incredibly safe. The building and rooms are secured with digital keys, and we never once felt uneasy — in fact, we accidentally left our safe unlocked with our passports inside multiple times and didn’t even consider going back because we knew they’d still be there. The view from our room was stunning, and we had every amenity we could need (ladies, much like at most places in Europe, I’d still pack hair conditioner - I find it to be hit or miss at most hotels). My husband is extremely picky when it comes to travel, and even he agreed this was the best stay of our trip. We’d come back here again in a heartbeat. The chef’s kiss was the personal gift they gave us at checkout - I don’t want to spoil it, but we were so grateful!! Thank you, Yacht Club Capo Cervo, for making our time in Sorrento so special! 💙
