• Elizaveta (10/5): - Ho prenotato per i miei genitori e si sono trovati benissimo. Ottima posizione, bel giardino e poi la spiaggia privata (unica in localita’) , la stanza enorme e con due ampi balconi con vista sia mare che Etna, lacolazione abbondante, l’entrata nel mare comoda anche per le persone anziane.

• funixadventures86 (9/5): Una piacevole scoperta - Sicuramente, L'accesso diretto al mare è un punto di forza. Camera veramente bella e ben arredata, letti comodi e accesso diretto in zona piscina. Camera da poco ristrutturata.

Det var väldig högljutt i rummet och man sov rätt dåligt, men jag fick byta till ett annat rum som var lite bättre men fortfarande lyhört utifrån. Renlighet måste jag sägs minus okej och sängarna väldig obekväm. Det luktade också mögel i rummet när man stängde av luftkonditioneringen

The room had cracks in the plaster and the elevator in the corridor was making a metallic noise when movie hearable in the room all night long, hard to sleep without hearplugs

A disposizione postazioni balneare nella spiaggia di rocce privata e piscina di acqua di mare Colazione abbondante sia dolce che salata La mobilia un pochino datata e rovinata nella mia stanza, necessario anche una ritinteggiata della stanza.. forse x la colazioni è preferibile un caffè o un cappuccino da bar piuttosto che da dispenser. E magari prodotti dolci fatti in casa e non confezionati. Suggerirei magari una minore scelta ma più fresca. Nel complesso però buona.

• Coraima (6/5): Tranquilidad en Naxos - Habitación amplia, aire acondicionado correcto. Baño con todos los utensilios necesarios para alojarse. Ubicación tranquila con una playa de acceso fácil y mucha tranquilidad. La limpieza fue genial, nos quedamos dos noches y nos hicieron la habitación una de ellas. Desayuno correcto. La chica rubia que nos atendió no era nada resolutiva, le pregunté cuánto salía la guagua a Taormina y no lo sabía, opino que es algo de conocimiento lógico si trabajas ahí. Además, nos atendió con el iQos en la mano en todo momento (cero profesionalidad). La puerta de la habitación no se cerraba bien, había que darle portazo, por lo que cuesta la habitación por noche deberían cuidar más esos detalles.

Parcheggio disponibile a pochi passi dall' hotel. Possibilità di ristorante interno decisamente gradevole. Il personale del bar è preparato e molto disponibile e ci ha fatto gustare ottimi cocktails. Colazione internazionale inclusa nel prezzo molto abbondante e curata. Il giardino che si affaccia sul mare potrebbe essere più curato
• 15alessandro02 (10/5): Heartwarming Stay with Adorable Cats and Private Beach - We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Kalos! One of the highlights was definitely the adorable stray cats roaming the gardens, they are friendly and even let guests pet them. Seeing them enjoy a little food is such a heartwarming touch that really sets this hotel apart and adds a sense of care and humanity. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of quality products, and the reception staff were very professional and welcoming. We also loved the private beach access with umbrellas, perfect for a relaxing day by the sea. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a very handy fridge, though overall fairly average. A small tip for the management: some guests reserve sunbeds early by placing towels and then leaving for the day; a polite sign reminding guests not to do this might help. The price was €110 per night in August 2025 for a room for two. It felt a bit expensive, but considering the location in Giardini Naxos and the private beach, it’s understandable. Overall, an good stay we would definitely come back, especially for the charming cats!

La stanza è arredata con mobilio vecchio, la doccia perdeva e soprattutto dalle 6 di mattina è impossibile dormire in quanto si sente ogni minimo rumore e diciamo che non è il massimo. Infine, piuttosto che avere la macchina elettronica per fare le bevande la mattina durante la colazione, sarebbe meglio farli espressi.

(Ananas en boîte) et pommes que personne ne mange. Mettre des fruits frais de saison que l'on trouve partout en Sicile. Le petit-déjeuner se termine à 9h30, ce qui nous oblige à nous lever tôt alors que l'on est en vacances.

The food was terrible, nothing to choose from, no specification whatsoever, allergens or even the name of the food. The hotel is closely related to the nearby Hotel Nike, which I think looks much better and the reviews are more positive. Go somewhere else. My advice.

Really enjoyed ourselves, 10 nights at the Kalos hotel, room 309 which we thought the best room there, for the view and the breeze. Free room safe, free TV, free a/c. Free WiFi, (we used the WiFi of the next door hotel as well) Tap water seemed ok to drink but I drink bottled water anyway Staff all very good and multi tasked, rooms done daily and towels changed. We did a few trips, all well priced, which the hotel rang up and arranged for us. Pickup points were all nearby. We were on half board, food was tasty and enough of it. I think we were there just at the beginning of the season but there were no problem with sunbed numbers. Sea, which you can access right in front of the hotel still a bit cold, pool great.

• Eric (5/5): Pas terrible - Le petit déjeuner était bien à part le jus d'ananas qui était coupé à l'eau, aucun goût. Beaucoup d'escaliers. Des marches pour descendre a la réception, 2 marches + encore 2 marches pour accéder a l'ascenseur. Chambre petite et très mal insonorisée. On entendait tout des voisins. Porte dure à fermer, on était obligé de tirer et ça faisait claquer la porte. Pour aller au petit dejeuner parcours dans un labyrinthe.

• Alex (9/5): Душевное место в джардини наксос! - Аутентичный отель расположен на скалах в Джардини- наксос, на первой линии. Пляжа как такового нет, поскольку берег состоит из старых лавовых потоков, когда то излившихся в море, с Этны. Для купания сделаны сходы в море - лестницы с поручнями как в бассейне, к которым ведут бетонные дорожки. Любителям песчаных пляжей нужно идти на пляж джардини наксос - около километра. Благодаря скалам - идеально чистая вода и разные рыбки за которыми можно наблюдать. Завтрак сервируют прямо тут же , на берегу под тенью деревьев. Поужинать можно в ресторанчиках в 10 минутах ходьбы. Сам отель несколько староват, но в целом очень комфортный, при отеле есть бесплатный паркинг это очень большой плюс! На завтраке нет овощей. Это принципиальная позиция персонала - овощи дают на обеде, поскольку большинство отдыхающих немецкие и иные пенсионеры и живут на полупансионе, но нам молоденьким хотелось огурчика и помидорчика, поэтому ходили со своими ;)) Стаканов и бокалов в номере тоже нет, поэтому если вы любите выпить винца на ночь с видом на море,- сразу прихватите бокалы на завтраке, вечером не дадут - бармен строг по этой части ;)

Très mauvaise insonorisation entre les chambres. Nous entendions nos voisins discuter comme s’ils étaient dans notre chambre.

Teníamos 2 habitaciones con balcones con divinas vistas, una para Taormina, otra para el mar. Desayuno muy completo. Está un poco falto de mantenimiento, pero casi es parte del encanto.

(6/5): In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel mit Pool und Meerzugang in guter Lage zum Hafen - Außenbereich, Meerzugang, nettes Personal an der Bar /Restaurant, ausreichend Parkplätze, Lage Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht richtig und lässt sich nicht individuell regeln, wird zentral von der Rezeption gesteuert (auch erst auf Nachfrage angestellt)Einrichtung des Zimmers veraltet, Renovierung ist mehr als angebracht. • Angelo (9/5): - La struttura intesa come posizione e quant'altro All'ora di pranzo non ti ci puoi presentare con un solo cameriere, e chiaro che non può farcela, se chiedi qualcosa o lo dimentica o arriva tardi
• Berthold (8/5): Einfaches aber sauberes Hotel (Motel) direkt am Meer, gut gelegen für Ausflüge zu Etna und Umgebung - Lage direkt am Meer, Zimmer mit Meerblick, Klimaanlage gute Funktion, man konnte Temperatur auch selber einstellen, mit Salzwasserpool, Frühstück auf Terrasse möglich, Restaurant auch tagsüber, genug Parkplätze, nicht weit nach Giardini-Naxos, daher viele Restaurants, Promenade, Hafen und wer lieber Sandstrand und Beachclubs mag, alles leicht per Fuß erreichbar. Klar ist nicht das neueste und könnte sicherlich mal bisserl Farbe brauchen aber es war sauber, Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt und somit passen die 3 Sterne auch. Beschreibung Hotel ist etwas irreführend, ist nicht ganz klar das es sich eigentlich um ein "Motel" Style handelt bei der man die Zimmer von außen erreicht aber an sich nicht so schlimm da das Hotel sich eigentlich alles mit dem Nachbar "Nike" teilt (Frühstück, Rezeption etc.), an sich genug kostenlose Liegen/Schirme vorhanden aber leider gibt es auch hier die Unart diese schon am morgen per Handtuch zu reservieren. Frühstück war etwas eintönig, gab eigentlich täglich das gleiche aber was es gab war Ok.

Appendi abito staccato dal muro. Frigo bar sporco. Colazione scadente e servizio camerieri altrettanto. Il carrello delle pulizie ostruiva il passaggio verso l'ascensore e la signora delle pulizie, nonostante ci avesse visti con tutte le borse e i bagagli in mano, mentre lasciavamo la stanza, ci ha completamente ignorati senza premurarsi di spostare la sua attrezzatura.

The Place gives so many options to visit other close Beaches ⛱️🏖️ and Super Market. Thank you so much. Between the Toilet and shower was very close! Icouldn't seat in the Toilet straight 😔I had to seat aside! Something else ihad to ask in the reception all the time to switch ON and OFF the AC. Otherwise People were very friendly and helpful.. • Solitaire73 (10/5): Kalos Hotel Giardini Naxos Sicily - Lovely stay at Kalos Hotel after reading the reviews I must say the stay we had was better than expected firstly the breakfast is not just continental but bacon, eggs and mini sausages too. Secondly they do have a pool of their own you do not need to walk next door to use theirs. When you check out however there is no option for a room extension for extra time this did not affect us as we were leaving at 13.30. The bar had shut by 23.00 one night but really that is more to do with guests not arriving by that date we stayed five nights and at the end of the stay the hotel was much busier. On the whole a lovely place to stay and only 15 walk to the centre where there are plenty of restaurants.
• Sándor (10/5): Nagyon megfelelt és rendben volt minden. - Nagyon szuper helyen van fantasztikus kilátással. Nagyon kedves személyzet még a plusz kérésünket is sikerült teljesíteniük. Finom reggeli a tengerparti teraszon ami talán a legjobb volt. Nekünk nem volt olyan. Részünkről minden rendben volt. Talán a reggeli lehet picit változatosabb, de ami volt az is megfelelt.

• Johann (3/5): Eine nicht empfehlenswerte abgewohnte Anlage! - Die Lage ist super , weil direkt am Meer. Das Personal war sehr nett Auch das Frühstück war lecker. Wir waren nur eine Nacht in dieser Anlage. Keine zweite Nacht währen wir nicht geblieben!! So eine Abgewohnte Anlage haben wir schon lange nicht mehr gesehen! Da würden wir sicher nicht mehr hinfahren. Das Abend Menü für 20 Euro ist nicht empfehlenswert. Preis Leistung passt da überhaupt nicht!

• Stefania (4/5): - Avevo prenotato e pagato una camera con BALCONE al Kalos,tramite Booking.com, e siamo stati portati in un alloggio fuori la struttura. La stanza assegnataci aveva solo 3 finestre e un forte “odore”di muffa, per cui riesco da questo alloggio e mi reco all’hotel Kalos, chiedendo alla signorina Vanessa il perché di questo alloggio visto,che avevo tutta la prenotazione dettagliata tra cui il balcone, risponde dicendo che non fosse così, come se mi fossi inventata il tutto..Peccato per la ragazza,forse alle prime armi ,che nella mail di conferma c’e nel dettaglio cosa avevo richiesto..e pagato senza fare storie, l’ alloggio con tre finestre al costo di quella con il balcone…

• biljana011 (8/5): Pretty good small hotel on the beach - This is very small, nice hotel, maybe 20 minutes of a pleasant walk near the sea from Giardini Naxos. It shares the pool, restaurant and the beach with Nike hotel, which is a good thing because pool, though small is filled with sea water that gets warm during the day and feels awesome! Beach is nice, for swimmers only to be honest, because it's slippery and has lots of rocks. What I found bad are the ladders that go into water, they are quite sharp, so I cut pretty badly my foot while getting out of the water. I think they should repair that before someone else gets hurt. The rooms are clean and just fine for a small hotel. I got one of the not so great rooms, where fridge didn't work but they immediately replace it, and AC was so noisy I had to ask them to shut it down. TV had issues and I got new one 2 days before my last day but ok. It's still a nice room, pretty spacy for such small hotel. Receptionists are ok people, they will help you if you need help. No one in Italy was particularly kind to me so I didn't expect more that professionalism and that's fine with me. In general, small, cozy hotel, with nice pool and beach, small choice of decent meals, with free coffee and juice in the morning and decent prices for drinks in the evening. I have nice memories, although I have to say: "repair the ladder! Downside of ladder is sharp as knife!"

• Jennier (2/5): DO NOT STAY HERE - Hotel Kalos has misrepresented itself on the hotels.com platform. They have photos of Hotel Nike, their sister hotel, listed as the ones for hotel Kalos. When we were led to our room it was a disgusting, run down, falling apart hotel. We were afraid to stay there and left immediately. Now we are trying to get our money back. Do not stay here.

• CAROLINE (7/5): C’est un hôtel très correct mais le tarif est un peu élevé tout de même. - La piscine, le parking réservé La clim faisait pas mal de bruit et n’avions pas de télécommande pour l’éteindre. Le lit est un peu raide.
• CAROLINE (8/5): - Although there was no beach access, the location and view were very good. We had a car and there is a parking lot. We were given a room with a sea view even though we did not reserve it. The breakfast was good, I especially enjoyed the outdoor terrace. There are both stairs and a lift. We had access to a pool and sunbeds. Amazing view of the moon and moonlight reflection on the ocean. You cannot control the AC setting so it was too hot for my husband at night. We tried to open the balcony door but the guest next to us was a smoker so the smoke was coming into our room and it was unbearable. For this reason, we also did not spend any time on the balcony which was a shame considering we have a sea view room. The pool for our hotel was closed so we had to go to the pool next door; that wasn't an issue as it was not yet the busy season (end of May) but I hope that it opens in time for then.
