• Markus (6/5): - Leider wird die Qualität des Hotels immer schlechter. Zimmer, die seit Jahren nicht modernisiert wurden. Frühstücksbuffet, welches nicht regelmäßig aufgefüllt wird und ein falsch eingestellter Kaffeevollautomat, der nur lauwarmen Kaffee zubereitet. Das Ort selbst verfällt leider auch immer mehr. Die wenigen Cafés haben nun auch am Kurpark geschlossen. Die Therme sind ebenfalls geschlossen und selbst der kleine Tante Emma Laden des Ortes ist zu. Das Kurhotel bietet nun dauerhaft auch keinen Restaurantbetrieb mehr an. Bis auf den Kurpark hat das Ort für Touristen und Reha Patienten leider nichts mehr zu bieten. Sehr schade diesen Verfall zu begleiten. Die Frechheit ist nun auch noch, dass von ursprünglich 10€ die Hundepauschale OHNE VORHERIGE INFO auf 20€ pro Tag angehoben wurde für nichts! Positiv anzurechnen ist, dass nach einer Beschwerde über die Hundepauschale uns hier nur die alte Gebühr in Rechnung gestellt wurde.

• Elizabethw (10/5): A very comfortable stay - A perfect location to be close to our family reunion nearby. We had a very comfortable room, with two big windows overlooking the Kurpark, a spacious bathroom, and located on the first floor, which was accessible by lift or stairs. We were welcomed by the lovely receptionist on arrival, who explained everything clearly. The breakfast buffet was adequately served with the usual German cheeses/cold meats, cereals, fruit salad, yoghurt, eggs, bacon and fresh breads, rolls, croissants. We also had dinner here on arrival, which we enjoyed and meant we didn't have to drive anywhere else. Lucky for us, the annual Christmas Market happened to coincide with our stay and was a lovely bonus.

• Diana (8/5): Very peaceful location and a hotel steeped in traditional style. Very comfortable - The hotel is a splendid building situated on the edge of parkland. Parking is available in a private car park to the side of the hotel. Check in was easy and staff were very pleasant. Bad Salzhausen is a very quiet little village with the hotel situated at the very end of the village. It never got very busy. Our bedroom was enormous as we were on the corner of the hotel so we had windows overlooking 2 different aspects. We had a fridge with complimentary water each day and mini bar if required. We had a table and chairs to sit at and lots of wardrobe space. We stayed for 4 nights and ate in the restaurant once. Breakfast was good and the evening meal was very substancial which is typical of German food.

Just across the road at the front is a pleasant parkland area for an evening walk. Would certainly make this a stop-over again. We travelled during a particularly warm period. Although a fan was provided in the room, air-conditioning would have been preferable.

Das Zimmer geräumig mit einem schönem Bad. Man verlässt das Hotel, überquert die Straße und steht direkt im Park. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder. freundlich

• Udo (8/5): Ein gutes Hotel zum wieder kommen. - Das Hotel liegt ruhig im Kurort, die Zimmer sind sauber und großzügig. Ich werde hier immer wieder hinkommen. Der große Kurpark lädt zum spazieren ein. WLAN war sehr langsam und nicht zu gebrauchen, es wurde keine Internetseite geladen.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Schöne Lage - Gastronomie verbesserungsbedürftig - Die Lage direkt am gepflegten, weitläufigen Kurpark mit altem Baumbestand (sehenswert!) ist sehr schön. Unser Zimmer war ruhig, geräumig und hell mit Blick ins Grüne, dazu Vogelgesang am Morgen. Essen im Restaurant ok, aber extrem lange Wartezeit (ca. 1 Stunde; unsere Erfahrung 2017 und 2018).

Äußerlich macht es einen guten Eindruck, auch die Gastronomie ist ansprechend. Ich hatte dein sogenanntes Deluxe Doppelzimmer, was aber diesen Namen nicht verdient. Deluxe war da nichts, normaler Standard. Was aber Deluxe war, war der Preis. Deutlich zu teuer. Man kam sich vor wie einem Krankenhaus, was den Flur etc. betrifft
• Christian (10/5): Rundum zufrieden - Das Haus und die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. Personal durchweg sehr freundlich und ausgesprochen adrett. Frühstück war in Ordnung. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Außenanlage. Sehr dunkel, schlecht beleuchtet und beschildert. Wir haben abends die Einfahrten zum Hotel und zum Parkplatz gesucht.
• Dennis (10/5): Sehr Empfehlenswert - Ich bin erst spät abends angereist und früh wieder abgereist. Das Zimmer war sehr groß für ein Einzelzimmer. Das Hotel und die Lobby machten einen sehr guten Eindruck. Auch das Restaurant machte ebenfalls einen sehr einladenden Eindruck, auch wenn ich es leider nicht besucht habe. Ich kann das Hotel empfehlen und werde bestimmt nochmal dort übernachten.....
