- vereen (7/5): - The location was very convenient for our travel needs. The staff insisted we park our vehicle at the back of the property, which I thought odd. The bathroom floor needed mopping, but other than that, the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. I would stay here again.

I love that there is a Starbucks only a mile away and that you can get on the interstate right there next to the motel location is great. It’s the best priced option for my family. The only thing I can say I didn’t like about the property is that it wasn’t clean to my standards. There was a little bit of hair in the shower and my baby‘s feet were dirty from walking on the floor, but with the price you really can’t beat it. it’s substantially cheaper than any other location.

The chairs that the check in clerk sat in were ripped up and needed to be thrown in the trash. Bad first impression.

I chose this hotel (we usually stay somewhere else) based on their breakfast reviews and all they had that day was waffles, yogurt, bread and muffins. I had been looking forward to sausage and eggs and whatever else they usually serve. The room was clean and updated but for the same price I could have stayed somewhere with a hot breakfast

- Tim (8/5): - Staff are always friendly. The property is quite close to I-75, so there is some noise, but I usually sleep well there. They've been renovating the rooms these past couple of years, which sometimes shows, but overall its a comfortable, economical place I keep coming back to.

I asked the receptionist if the building had cameras because of our car, her answer was we are not responsible for anything. Room was dirty, spider webs, dirty floors, mold on broken bathroom door. Sheets and towels were old. Breakfast was poor quality.

- Keon (3/5): I give my stay a 3/10 - It was quiet and loved how the breakfast was an option. I didn’t like the cleanliness of the hotel, most definitely ruined my experience there. Extremely brown water came from the water faucets and prevented me from washing my face & I didn’t feel comfortable washing my hands. Spoke to the management there & didn’t get no type of courtesy for this situation. Was very unsanitary & hope the situation may be fixed by now.

There was a huge gap beneath the door and i had to stuff a towel under it each night to keep the bugs out, which only mostly worked. Woke up this morning with bugs on the ceiling. - Momo (2/5): - First of all, I don’t know how this place has a rating of 8/10. It is absolutely the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and I have stayed at 2/3 out of 5 star hotels before. And these are my complaints: (1) really terrible customer service. My personal body scrubber I left in the shower disappeared after they came in to fix the clogged shower. I didn’t realize they were still doing daily house keeping, so I was surprised when I came back, all the beds were made and towels replaced. Had I known they were doing that, I would’ve placed the “privacy” tag on the door. I went to front desk to ask about the missing scrubber, and they said they would check. When I got back in the room, I get a call from the front desk, saying that the house keeping didn’t take it and maybe I misplaced it. I told him I used it that morning, hanged it on the towel bar, so the only reasonable assumption is that house keeping took it by mistake with other towels and I needed it back. He talked over me, very loudly, and I tried to explain again why I wouldn’t have “misplaced” it, then he hanged up. When I went to the front desk to continue conversation, he yelled at me and blamed that I was taking advantage of them. They are horrible people, I don’t even know why they chose to work in hospitality industry. Other reasons this is a horrible place to say are (2) clogged shower (3) very old and rough towels (like the ones you get at the pool), and the so called “park view” isn’t really a park view.
- Valencia (5/5): My stay was decent. - The staff were great! I was able to check in early, which was very convenient to me. They offered me to switch rooms after I had problems with the air unit. The location is convenient for GPSTC Training. I would stay again for training purposes only. The rooms are decent, however there was hair in the bathroom & on the both beds. The floors looked like they hadn’t been swept or mopped either & I had problems with the air unit towards the end of my stay.

- James (8/5): Quiet, safe place to stay - The area was quiet, room was clean, and check-in/out was easy. A law enforcement training center is 2 miles away, so there is plenty of security. All of the lights were nice bright LEDs in soft white. The bed frame was a bit noisy when getting up or down due to some kind of metal grinding like a screw came out.
