• Caio (2/5): Desesperadora - Da gentileza dos funcionários que, apesar de pouco treinados, fizeram o que puderam para nos receber bem. Apesar de havermos solicitado na reserva a cama extra, essa não foi disponibilizada com aviso muito em cima da hora. No primeiro dia em que chegamos, havia uma larva no chão. O frigobar estava cheirando morte, o quarto estava com uma pintura bem velha e cheirando mal. As toalhas não secavam. Muitos pernilongos na propriedade, que também cheirava muito mal por conta dos animais (gatos e cachorros) que vivem lá. Quando cheguei em casa, estava me sentindo sujo.

• Oliveira (10/5): Lugar de descanso e acolhimento - Gostamos da recepção, do acolhimento, do atendimento e aconchego do local. Seria mais um feedback sobre o banheiro do nosso quarto (14). Na área molhada onde se toma banho empossa de água devido a água não escorrer para o ralo. Sugestão de imediato seria colocar um tapete ante derrapante para não correr risco de queda dentro do banheiro. Mas ideal seria refazer caída do piso para direcionar a água para o ralo.

• Claudia (10/5): Perfeita pra Paraty - Perto do centro. Não precisa tirar o carro. Tem restaurante, padaria. Farmácia. Sorveteria na esquina. E o atendimento com hóspedes é muito bom Td bem
• Maria Eugenia Borges (7/5): Bem localizada mas com café da manhã simples. - Da localização. E dos gatinhos. O café da manhã é muito simples. Como não tem funcionários você precisa chegar na pousada até as 22 horas e só tem um chave por quarto.

• Gonçalo (9/5): nice place 10/15min from center - The place inside is nice with a nice garden with tables and some plants. the rooms are ok and toilets as well. you take 10/15min walk to the center so it’s quite close

• Liam (6/5): get what you pay for - - super cheap - we got a free room upgrade as I think we were the only people staying - room is very basic with no proper duvet and it feels kind of damp all the time - shower is lukewarm and the bathroom smells badly of drainage - further away from the old town that I thought, but you can walk there in 10 minutes
• Lau (1/5): TO FLEE !!!!! - We only liked thé location of the property. First when we got there room was not prepared (no sheets, tv not plugged in, only one roll of toilet paper for 4 days). During the 4 days of stay, the cleaning of the room was not done once, the towels were never changed. We had to ask the manager for extra toilet paper rolls and to be able to change our towels. The manager and her employee are very rude. They make no effort to try to communicate with us despite the language barrier and are not accommodating. For example, we had to cancel an activity starting at 8:30 a.m. because breakfast is at 8 a.m. and they refused to give us a simple fruit earlier and did not try to find a solution with us. When we solicit them, we have the impression of bothering them. At night, we even wonder if a member of staff is present because other vacationers were making a lot of noise and we were obliged as a customer to ask them to be quieter

• Joao (8/5): - Fomos muito bem recebido, e o quarto bem arejado e limpo.Estacionamento em frente a pousada sem muro ou proteção .
• Daniel do (6/5): - Apesar do custo baixo para temporada, o hotel deixou muito a desejar. O banheiro estava com cheiro ruim o tempo todo e a porta não fechava por fora. E a cama era muito próxima. Apareceu barata e outros insetos no quarto. O carro ficou na rua por que o estacionamento é rotativo, é só tinha 4 vagas. A Cida foi bem atenciosa e o café da manhã foi bom e bem variado.
