SKØN morgenmad med frisk lavet omelet eller hvilken type æg du ønsker. God service og skøn pool. Bedst af alt er hotellet målrettet voksne.

Das Frühstücksangebot war einfach top: frisch, vielfältig und sehr lecker. Besonders danken möchten wir dem Eigentümer, der unglaublich freundlich, zuvorkommend und jederzeit hilfsbereit war. Host Klaudio could not have been more welcoming and hospitable - nothing was too much & he rightly prides myself on making his guests satisfied. Property/building was clean & facilities felt >4 star, as rooms were spacious, modern & super clean, with great balconies extending the leisure opportunities. The pool is also a great size for the property & had clean comfortable lounger chairs & plenty of them. Although most people were out & about so very peaceful and relaxing too. Breakfast was even better than expected, with freshly cooked eggs & a plethora of choices of fruits, proteins, cereals/bread & hot/cold drinks. ‘Great location; a 2km walk into the main town of Zadar or c.€4-5 in a taxi. Would not have chosen to stay anywhere else & will aim to revisit if/when going to Zadar or the Plitvice Lakes areas.

The room was well equipped and very clean. I really enjoyed the days at the pool side. There are so many tasty restaurants near by! The 2 ladies at the breakfast room were so lovely and helpful with various requests! The owner of the hotel was very kind and friendly! We will definitely be back! Amazing hospitality!

Great selection for breakfast in a top floor room with amazing view across Zadar. Bit of a walk into town but I knew that and it was easy and straightforward.

The hotel has an agreement with a local taxi company for fixed (lower) rates to anywhere you want to go. Huge savings. Room was superb. And, the most wonderful breakfast with a view!

La piscine est très agréable pour se reposer un peu entre deux visites. La chambre est très propre et bien équipée. Logement un peu éloigné du centre (il faut prendre la voiture) mais pas de surprise en ce sens, nous le savions. L’hôtel a un parking privé. L’accès à l’hôtel est compliqué, les rues pour y arriver étaient complètement défoncées, sûrement en travaux, mais difficilement praticables (c’était peut-être être temporaire, mais la en accord, l’hôtel n’y est pour rien) Très bonne expérience.

• Brigitte (8/5): Nice hotel with spacious rooms - The hotel is conveniently located outside old town in a quiet residential area. Our room had a very large terrace, and the room was also big. Although the hotel has wall-to-wall carpeting throughout, it appeared clean. Bonus is the very good breakfast.

Facility is very clean, front desk staff Sara was great checking us in and recommending food delivery using the Glovo app. We ordered pizza from a local spot and had some groceries delivered. We were told tipping isn’t expected as in the US, but tipped a couple of coins. Breakfast the next morning was fruit, pastries, eggs, and delicious coffee. Front desk staff Barbara ordered a taxi to take us down to the water to go to the Sea Organ. Highly recommend walking around the area, lots of shopping and cute cafes. Wear sunscreen - and a hat!

Bathroom could have used some hooks for hanging towels and an electric socket so as to not have to blow dry your hair in the middle of the room. Pool area was very calm and clean, pool was amazing. Which there would have been an actual refrigerator even if small as advertised instead of a mini fridge which never cold our waters that were placed in it.

The only down point is the location 40min walking to zadar centre and with almost no shoppings or restaurants around. Uber cost 5 euros to the town centre, very affordable even for the ones who prefer not hiring a car. It was a quite good experience, would be returning for sure. Strongly recommend the stay in Liburnum Hotel.

Really spacious, tastefully decorated, lovely shower and bathroom and a HUGE balcony. It was a 2km walk to the old town and a €5 taxi back. Breakfast... amazing. Pretty much anything you could ask for there as a buffet. For me, 5☆

The terrace is spacious, and the bathroom is clean and well-equipped. I enjoyed the well-prepared breakfast, where I could enjoy the sea view while eating. The only thing that I might complain about, albeit minor, is that you might sometimes wait for the receptionist.

• Daniela (10/5): - Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Liburnum war wirklich fantastisch. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit, und das Zimmer war sehr sauber, modern und ruhig. Das Frühstück war das beste, was wir seit Langem in einem Hotel bekommen haben - und wir verreisen viel! - und der saubere Pool-Bereich lud nach einem anstrengenden Tag in und um Zadar zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein. Für Ausflüge mit dem Auto war die Villa Liburnum perfekt gelegen und auf dem großen hoteleigenen Parkplatz haben wir immer einen Platz gefunden. Nur für Unternehmungen zu Fuß war die Unterkunft etwas zu weit ab vom Schuss, und der nächste Supermarkt ist etwa 10 Gehminuten (an der Straße entlang) entfernt. Das hat uns nicht gestört, sollte aber bei der Buchung bedacht werden.

Mycket god frukost, fanns lite utöver det vanliga, inte helt traditionell men passade vårat sällskap perfekt. Fräsch pool som städades varje dag, gott om solstolar. Ett mindre hotell som ligger lite utanför stadskärnan, tar ca 30 min att gå in eller möjlighet till taxi för ca 10€. Rekommenderas varmt och jag kommer gärna tillbaka!

La habitación es amplia y con todo en perfecto estado : cama, baño, etc) El desayuno nos ha gustado mucho por su calidad y cantidad, y el local es muy agradable y con vistas. La distancia al centro histórico (2.5 kms) en coche se hace sin dificultad en 5 minutos

Eggs cooked fresh every morning to your Preference with a lovely view out into Zadar. Would highly recommend and also like to return.

My brother and I were received warmly upon arrival and treated very well during our stay. Mr. Klaudio’s recommendations for the town were also quite helpful. The property is located a rather long walk from the town center; with transport however you’ll have no problem.

Isn’t the most ideal location to old town, but not too bad of a walking distance or a cheap Uber ride anywhere you need to go. My only complaint is that the walls are quite thin and everything can be heard, but overall satisfied with our stay!

• Kevin (6/5): Thin Walls - A very modern and clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very good and a short cab ride down town. My major concern was the extremely thin walls and noisy hall way that made sleeping difficult.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Nice place to stay outside Zadar - Villa Libernum was absolutely lovely for a couple nights stay outside of the city of Zadar. Although the city center is a "20" minute walk, it's still quite a walk in the summer heat. There is not much near Liburnum as far as shopping, restaurants or cafes - definitely need a car for this type of stay. The breakfast was very nice and a great view from both the breakfast room and my rooftop balcony on the top floor. Be prepared for a workout with stairs and luggage & visiting town. Zadar was too touristy for me, would rather visit on the off season, but I would recommend Villa Liburnum if you like peace & quiet. (Except for the noise of housecleaning in the hallways - they might tone it down.)

• Bryan (8/5): Glad we chose this place - One of those plain hotels with a staff that truly pushed it into awesome territory. It was easy to find - lots of signs and the staff were not just friendly, but helpful in making lunch/dinner recommendations for us and arranging taxis. The breakfast spread was modest but good and the staff always offered egg dishes and the view from the breakfast room was excellent. The only complaint was other guests too loud at 11pm and the sound echoing. Bottom line: I'd recommend this hotel and stay there again.

• Nora (8/5): Clean with good location - The place was clean and tidy, staff were helpful and the lady at the desk showed us the room and how to operate the TV and AC remote controls. Location was also good within walking distance to the sea side and city centre. The only thing was that there was no water in the whole hotel when we woke up next day which we were told was affecting the whole area due some problem with the water pipes in the city.
• Christelle (8/5): Quiet location to visit Zadar - We used this place as a base to explore Zadar and syrrounding area. A bit too far for Zadar old town to walk, but the advantage is that it is quiet and there is parking space. The breakfast was first delivered to our room, then was in the breakfast room in the building next to the villa. Breakfast is good: freshly pressed orange juice, tea/coffee, cold meats and cheese, eggs, croissant, bread rolls, butter and jams. Our room (no6) had a very small balcony which you could just about stand on, whereas most of the other rooms had a proper balcony with chairs on :(
• David (10/5): Great accommodation albeit a distance from town - Everything was great with the accommodation, however, you would be stranded if didn't have a car as it's 2km from the town centre, although parking by the port was easy enough, though maybe not at peak season

• Verified traveler (8/5): A clean, no-frills hotel reasonably priced - This is a no-frills hotel that doesn't even have an elevator. The location is ok about a five minute drive to Old Town. The breakfast is very good and delivered to your room. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
