Guest Reviews
- Sabelo (4/5): It was cold which made it so difficult to sleep - Secured It’s cold and the electric blanket is not working
- Thato (10/5): Good value for money - The reception guy was warm and welcoming, making check-in easy. The restaurant (part of the same BnB group) had great music and good food, which really added to the experience. The room was clean, and any issues were handled quickly. Would definitely recommend.
- Futhi (10/5): -
- Robert (8/5): We were pleased to have booked the venue and it provided a nice break in our journey. - It was a convenient stop over and good value for money. The location was enclosed by a high wall and parking was safe. A small garden provided open space. The weather was cold, but the accommodation had air conditioning. One needs to pick up the key at another location. We arrived in daylight so that didn't trouble us much.

- Terrey (8/5): Excellent value for money. A great halfway stop over, Very friendly staff. we;ll definitely be back - The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and wonderful to have the aircon. The TV channels were difficult to use. Perhaps they could provide 2 plates, bowls and cutlery as well.
- Elize (8/5): -
- Joe (8/5): Family overnight on the way to the coas - Liked the swimming pool and the outside braai area and garden. Next time we'll make better use of it instead of dining out.
Rooms were clean and comfortable, with a small fridge, coffee/tea station, microwave and en suite bathroom.
Safety and peacefulness The aircon remote in one of the rooms was not working properly (maybe old batteries?) and this led to an uncomfortable sleep.
The doorstep to one of the rooms had loose pieces of concrete that is a slip and trip hazard.
The pedestal to the toilet in one of the bedrooms is located on a raised platform - so you keep on bumping your toes against it.
- ColinMackenzie (5/5): Comfortable but not ideal. - The restaurant was excellent The non smoking room reeked of cigarettes.
- Janetta (9/5): We will return. - Clean and comfortable. Dinner at the lodge was very enjoyable. Bathroom door handle on the inside absent and the towl rail is completely loose and fell off.

- Lephaga (1/5): Worst - Nothing really It was nothing like what the pictures were and they service is the worst. They make you go up and down like a headless chicken just to get keys for the rooms... worst place I have been on ever
- Zandile (7/5): Good -
- Ray (7/5): As an overnight stay, the facilities were good, but some little changes would make a big improvement - The security of the facilities was excellent. Free parking off the road and enough space to turn a trailer. Once inside the room, it seemed very secure. The main point of contention was the lack of a privicy door between the sleeping area and the bathroom. Yet there was more than enough space to accommodate a sliding door.
Secondly, coffee creamers do not taste good in tea. As we arrived late, 9pm, and had no milk of our own with us, those small triangular UHT milks would have been way preferable to any powdered coffee creamer.
- Morufe (7/5): Affordable stop at Middelburg - I loved that they could make a booking for us with the restaurant. The room was a bit dark with not enough light coming in and the bathroom had a strong old urine smell.
